In my case, this was a vacation trip. Great hotel location: bus and taxi stations are in front, walking distance to city center and other city's attractions such as the Romer, Main River side, the Zeil (Shopping District). Rooms are very comfortable and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful when needing directions/information.

This hotel is near the river which is nice and the tram stops across the street which is convenient. The room was clean and modern, but small. The bed was very comfortable. The shower is a glass enclosed box across from the bed rather than in a separate bathroom, which was weird, but there was lots of hot water. Flemmings in not a 5 star hotel, but I would definitely rate it almost a 4. The rooms are basic, but have been newly remodeled, very clean, and comfortable. The person checking me in seemed overwhelmed and cranky. She seemed annoyed that I didn't speak German, getting mad if I asked for clarification given our language differences. The rooms are cramped with the shower in the middle of the room. Breakfast is great, but otherwise, nothing deluxe about this location.

Room was very nicely designed and appointed and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable and cleaning service was very prompt. The restaurant food, breakfast and otherwise was delicious. The only warning I would give about this hotel is that the shower is out in the room and has glass sides, so anyone that is showering is on display. Our room had air conditioning, but we were unable to adjust the temperature. The front desk explained how to change it, but the room stayed at about 22.0 C and that was a rather warm for us. The hotel was OK to good in every aspect... The rooms were perhaps a little on the small side, but comfortable and clean. The location is OK - about a ten minute walk from the Ostendstrasse S-Bahn, and about a ten minute walk from the Altstadt / old town. One can also take a pleasant walk along the river, or head to some of the bars in the pedestrianised […] Grosse Ritter gasse area. The Steigenberger experience. Frankfurt: Dirty carpet, dirty walls, holes in drapes, empty body wash (made request to have it filled at 10:00am, returned at 6:00pm still empty. Desk clerk was polite and filled it), no wash cloth (imagine, the first thing you have to do is go shopping for a wash cloth), air condition was turned off by staff. One bright […] spot was the bartender at night, friendly and efficient. Stuttgart: Regrettfully we had a non-cancellable reservation so we moved on to Steigenberger Stuttgart. Slightly better. I made a request for parking, separately from reservation and was told no problem. There was no parking. However, the hotel has a great location. Towels could only be called rags, totally inadequate. Again, no washcloth (unacceptable per my wife). Unable to watch TV, it had to be 20 years old. Augsburg: We have visted this hotel, the Drei Mohren, for the past 25 years. Once Steigenberger took over it lost most of its charm, but remeined the best hotel in Augsburg. Carpet had stains. The room had no safe, years ago it had one. We needed an ironing board and a 50 Euro deposit was required, beyond tacky considering our credit card was on file. No air condition in summer did not help, but we had a wash cloth (no doubt corporate will correct this). Therafter we went to Munich and luckily had not booked a Steigenberger Hotel, which insured that we could enjoy our last few days in Germany. Read more

I would not consider this a 5 star hotel, but a solid 4 star. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The heat and A/C took a few minutes to figure out how to adjust them for the right temperature. We booked a suite here and were delighted with it. Had a few issues with the aircon, but at least it had aircon, unlike the majority of the hotels we stayed in. The shower was fabulous, the hotel staff very helpful, had BMW taxis to the airport waiting out front, and the food was wonderful. The beginning of my stay was not pleasant because myself and several other guests arrived from the Middle East, after boarding a flight at 3:20 am only to be greeted with "Check-in is at 2:00pm" instead of inviting us to have breakfast and letting us know that we could have an early check in for a small charge. The very worst thing is ALL the rooms in these Fleming hotels have a completely free standing glass sided shower IN the bedroom - there is no privacy possible so if sharing with someone not too close to you look out! Our hotel is rated 5 star I would call it 4 star max - soul less draughty lift lobbys and stair wells and carpets in the rooms no better […] than a holiday Inn. Ideally situated just 10mins walk and 2mins tram from the town center. Frankfurt Airport and Main Station easily accessible by transport or underground car park available. Free internet and access to the gym 24/7. Around the corner from the riverbank where most people go jogging. The restaurant is a bit pricey but there is a snack bar. Glass shower cubicle in the centre of the room a little strange if you were to share and had modesty issues. Great shuttle bus laid on to the Messe each morning at 08.30.

The coffee maker was not working on arrival and blew out the electricity in the room twice but the managemnet could not replace this machine. Wonderful room with trendy decor and well maintained. There is lots of natural light in the room and the windows open fresh air. The breakfast is excellent. Good location and close to the historical area and the main shopping street. However, there is practically no restaurant close to the hotel. This is a fairly good standard business hotel in a very nice location next to the river and within 10 minutes' walk of both Frankfurt town centre and Sachsenhausen. The staff were very polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the cosy bar in the evening. Only one main grumble - beds were a bit hard - but that is clearly always going […] to be a personal preference. Our main light switch broke, but we were quickly moved into a room next door. The rooms were warm and spacious and clean. On the whole I thought it was friendly and welcoming and was perfect for us as a place to stay for the Christmas market. ホテルから中心部まで徒歩7〜8分でとても便利です。 スタッフの対応も洗練されている。 部屋は清潔でとても快適ですが、シャワールームが部屋の中心部に設置されまたガラス張りであるため1人が使用中、もう一方はロビーで待っていなくてはなりませんでした。 全室同じ作りだそうです。 それ以外は文句ありませんでした。
