Nice hotel, just hard to find the entrance

I booked this hotel for my mother and her brothers for a short family get together while visiting their sister in Jax Beach. They all said it was clean and nice--esp loved the breakfast, could not believe it had so much variety of diff foods and they said it was delicious! Only dissatisfied thing is that when I made the reservation, they said the room had two doubles and a sofa bed, but found out when they checked in the hotel had no such thing--so kind of squished with 3 grown people in one room. But overall they enjoyed the trip and would stay there again.

I am easy to please. A bed, and a fridge, and a microwave so I have the freedom to hold my own food if I'd like. Not like I'm in prison. The free breakfast buffet was great. I was surprised at the quality of the food.

Flew down to Jax for a wedding. Decided to stay on the Beach. I had a King Oceanfront, put My Mom and sister in an Queen double Oceanfront. Location is perfect, loved sitting with family around the fire pit at night. The rooms and beds quite comfortable. View from balcony fantastic! Only thing missing was room service. Can't wait to come back.

"New Property Convenient to JAX"
The hotel is relatively new, so furnishings were attractive and in good condition. The business office featured computers and printers for guest use. Our standard guest room was large, with two double beds and a mini refrigerator. The guest room was attractive, well appointed and quiet. Continental breakfast was included with the stay; a full breakfast […] was available for $9.99. Courtesy shuttle service to/from the airport was prompt; the drivers were amiable and assisted with the bags. The front desk agent was upbeat and check in was quick. Complimentary newspapers and cookies were available at the front desk. Our bill was slipped under the guest room door before 5:00 a.m. for early morning departure. We would stay at this hotel again. The location to the airport was a big plus along with the free shuttle to and from. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room fit our needs very well. Stay was great! Hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the beds were hard. They had a knob to make the bed harder or softer and it did not do anything the bed was very hard.
closet door difficult to close---unbalanced; thoughjt it would come off tyhe track Shower head pulled out from wall and difficult to adjust. Staff including Cory who picked me up at airport were super.

"Ok for one night"
Main complaint- we did not like that the air conditioner kept turning on and off during the night. It happened loudly and kept waking us up. Perhaps were I not sooo tired from our trip, I might have figured out how to leave it on constant fan only- or even turn it off. Pillows were not to our liking either-very firmly packed.

"The Hilton Garden Inn at Jacksonville Airport"
The hotel should include among its menu items at the frozen food counter, items without milk and tomatoes since these are among themost frequent food allergies. The quality and attitudes of the employees was beyond reproach. They did all they could do to make the stay pleasant. I congratualate you for having such fine employees.
Overall, our hotel experience was excellent. Staff was marvelous with our accomodations and requests. Only minor issue was that the a/c unit in the room was quite loud. Other than the a/c, terrific hotel.
"Good Location, plenty of restaurants close by"
The check-in experience was fine. The room was clean. Our reservation included breakfast and the food was pretty good. The eggs were cooked to order. The only complaint would be that the bread was dried out. There was plenty of variety and it was a full breakfast. Very convenient for the Airport. The room was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant served a decent meal and breakfast .
