Pro: Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, and well kept in safe neighborhood adjacent to Marina Village Marina. Con: Water pressure drops to literally nothing after about 6 minutes showering. Wifi did not work at all. Don't forget to "ask" for toiletries because there is only a bar of soap in the room.

The view out our window towards the harbor was fantastic, neighborhood fun to walk in, quiet....shopping center has a Lucky's Foods and a CRV....and a dollar store, easy public transportation....had a great stay.....all services helpful.

They only supply one bar of soap. No hairdryers, shampoo, or even dishsoap for the dishes. The refrigerators are loud while you sleep if you're a light sleeper. The views are nice of the Marina. Because it's family oriented there were alot of children running up and down the halls.

Booked our trip in March 2012 and stayed in May 2012. Reservation clearly stated NON smoking room. We were put in a smoking room by Extended Stay and told that we could switch to a non smoking room the next day. The next day the front desk girl caught us as we came in the front door and asked about us changing rooms etc...only to find out that she had […] confused us with someone else. The breakfast (continental) was very disappointing. no cereal, milk, no cream cheese or jelly or at least bagels, very light coffee (almost hot water only). Only fruits, oats and hot water. The hotel is in the process of renovating with new rugs, flooring,paint, marble kitchen counters, and exterior paint. It is very nice now. Internet is finally free. The location on a quiet marina is very nice. One has to walk or drive about 1/2 mile to restaurants and stores.

The hotel location is quite nice, on the water. my room was less than desirable as my sheets were had mildew in one corner and the floor had not been vacuumed. Hotel staff were good and helpful at getting things straight.

Front desk was nice and courteous. I was expecting a view of the waterfront with the sailing boats, instead I had the view of the parking lot. the room I had wasn't the same from the pictures online, and I was hoping to have a flat screen tv like the others have. Nice stay. The hotel is in a commercial district with no wanderers in site. You don't have to pay for parking. The internet is $5, but it is not super slow like the free internet that you get for free at other hotels and the overall cost is not nearly as high as surrounding hotels.
