This is such a cute hotel. The staff are so friendly. Just a 5 minute walk to Menin Gate. Hotel was very quiet at night so I had a great sleep. Shower is really good. I will definitely stay here again.

My 3rd time to stay here - the hotel is conveniently located just across from the train station and a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the town square. Rooms are with modern furnishings and very clean. Internet speed (complimentary wireless) was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet here is also excellent, though I find the restaurant is a little overpriced in relation to other dining options in town. This hotel remains my first choice for when I need to stay in Kortrijk.

We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were friendly and helpful in every way. The Hotel itself, is I think, undergoing a make-over. This would be the reason the bathroom floor was very shabby and the bath too. Having said that, we did chage from the room allocated to us as my wife, who is slightly disabled, […] felt she could not walk the length of the corridor.
