Stayed here for one night in order to play a long session at the Bike across the street. Adequate for those needs. Wrong for any other needs. When the Bike opens its own hotel, this place will have to cut rate in 1/2.

Internet service was all but there. They kept saying they were resetting the system, but still never could hook up. Neighbor hood is not the greatest. Right across the street from the casino. Lots of noise.

Needed a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom to get ready. Even though we saw a homeless woman bathe in the jacuzzi, we would probably stay here again. the hotel seemed to be dirty. The hallways and rooms where very dirty it seemed like the rooms would only be vacumed and beds done, no deep cleaning and just felt dirty.

Bed was comfortable and room was nice. The only draw back was the television. The TV was old, color was off and reception on some channels was very poor. Hotel needs to upgrade the televisions. Excellent WiFi service was able to use multiple devices.

Room was acceptable however the phone didn't work properly, old CRT TV, and alarm clock didn't work. After a long night out I came back very tired to the room and the room key wouldn't open the door. That was very frustrating to have to walk back down to the lobby at 3:30 am to get a new key. Also witnessed a near-mugging outside.

They only things I have concern with is that the info said there was an in room safe, which there wasn't. They didn't really have tv service it seemed like. The tv was pretty old and the power button was broken out. There was some minor cosmetic damage in the room but nothing that was very intrusive. It was close to shopping and dining so that was very convenient. There is a nightclub/restaraunt right next to the hotel. When parking you have to park in the very back of the hotel if you come in during the evening because the parking is shared with the club/restaraunt. I dont know how often they vacumn the rooms because there was a piece of acrylic […] finger nail on the carpet. I thought i will just leave it there for them to vacumn up the next day and every day it was still there. The sheets are stiff and not soft and they were stained look like someone had walked on the sheets before they washed them and the wash didnt get the stains out. The fridge didnt work in our room and during breakfast they ran out of egg and sausage. They have alot of people that stay there and not enough breakfast to accomadate the guests. However, on a good note there was enough waterhead pressure in the shower and i was given enough towels everyday. Read more

Very disapointed. we requested to be moved from our first room as it stunk like mold, carpet felt damp, mold was flowing out of the sheet rock in the bathroom. The room we were transfered to had a mild damp smell. but was tolerable. carpet still felt moist and dirty. I never walked barefoot on the carpet. Wifi was horribly slow and I couldn't do any of my business work - no joking when I say dialup is faster. The area is a little run-down and mostly spanish speaking, so that was an issue since I don't speak much spanish. Right across from a casino though. The hotel fridge broke and ruined all of our food and we were never compensated for that (about […] $100 in food total). Hotel location was fine, fairly close to anything we needed to do. The bathroom door was broken and the TV wasn't visible through all of the static. I even replaced the cable with my own cable cord, but it was the TV. Was fine. I've stayed in better places for a cheaper price through priceline and the like. Bedding and bathroom was clean. Carpet was not. Feet got dirty walking from window to bathroom barefoot....
