Due to the hotel's location, it was difficult to see upon exiting the freeway. The carpet (room) was filthly!! The room smelled heavily of disinfectant.

Only 30 minutes from most attractions and central LA. Nice and cozy, bed was very comfortable. shower leaked and would not turn off fully but we notified management when we checked out. No problems.

First of all let me please inform you that we were flipping channels, looking for something for my young children to watch and they have XXX programing on their channel line up. I thought that you had to pay extra for that kind of trash TV. Beware if you have kids, and don't let them turn on the TV. They don't have Disney or Nickelodeon. Not a kid friendly […] hotel for sure. Unfortunately, the "breakfast" isn't for the average American either. They serve Asian cuisine for breakfast: noodles, hard boiled eggs with some weird green topping, and rice with milk. Not my idea of breakfast. The hotel was also very filthy. The comforters were not clean. So gross. Also the room had a ton of graffiti on the walls, TV, and furniture. My children, after taking a bath the same morning, had black feet from the dirty carpet. Disgusting. The door had to literally be kicked open each time we entered as it stuck and would not open properly. The sliding glass door on the other side of the room did not seem to be very secure. Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone in a million years. Be warned that this is a ONE STAR hotel, and Expedia needs to update its record on this hotel. Mark this hotel with a huge FAIL stamp of disapproval. Read more

Staff put us all the way in the back on the 3rd floor when the hotel had most of the front rooms and ground floor rooms empty. Beds were rock hard. A/C did not work well. TV remote did not work. One small soap for sink and shower with no shampoo. Pool was closed by health dept. Find another hotel.

The breakfast time is 7:00 am - 8:30 am. It is so short that all of customers crowd together. It is hard to find a chair and clean table to seat for breakfast.

It seems as though the owners/managers are in desperate need to stay in business. Many of their rooms are condemned and not available and more convenient entrances are blocked so there is only one gate to get to all areas of the hotel.

Internet access really bad. No Refrigerator, if you want it, you need to deposit it first or pay $5/day. They didn't tell about it when i was check-in. No coffee/tea maker. No hair dryer in restroom too. i will spent more money for better motel.

Overall, I am unsatified the service that they served me. I asked them to replace different lightbuld. They said they didn't have any light or lightbuld to replace this time and asked me and my family to move to another room at another floor on rainny night with my little children.

Awful service, will never stay at this place again. Checked in 2 hours after check in time and rooms were not ready. Everything is old and outdated. Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, A/C broke within the hour and claimed there was no more N/S room so had to use a smoking room even though the N/S room next door (that was cleaned after ours)was not in use. […] The A/C in the other room broke sometime in the night because we all woke up sweating.
