the person on duty at check in was rude because we needed a room down stairs because of physical conditions and there was not an elevator. She was not willing to help. But when I said I was calling expedia and have our hotel reservations changed to another she made other arrangements and we stayed. The rest of the staff were great. The room was great […] but not cleaned very good. the shower had mole on the soap dishes. Just need to call and make sure there are elevators when you book a room at any motel direct. Read more
