We visited our son who's attending Oxford University. This hotel is near a bus stop. Convenient, affordable and short bus ride into Oxford. There is nothing around this hotel. Make sure you have dinner before you arrive. The menu in the restaurant is limited. The bed we had was very uncomfortable. Needs updating.

Front desk extremely helpful. I needed early check in after serious jet lag and they hooked me up. Walls were thin, TV disappointing. The hotel is close to the bus station but not to downtown. Overall excellent. Restaurant very good - breakfast in particular. The air conditioning is, in fact, just a fan. Very hot overnight even though it was not a warm time of year. Would have been better if they made it clear that you need to keep window open (has safety limiter so no problem there with kids).

Hotel has good size room for a family with excellent 37" lcd Tv. I like that the mini bar is now a fridge to the milk & bottled water cool. Breakfast above average, quality could be better and a bit more choice but overall 3.5 / 5. Good location for oxford park and ride and access to major roads. Very convenient for park and ride bus into city centre. Very clean and comfortable room. Very impressed with buffet breakfast, both hot and cold, excellent pancakes in particular! Nice to have the pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Children of 6 and over allowed to use the jacuzzi which pleased our 7 year old son!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage children and our 17 year old son had to share a room with his parents on a sofa bed, which as he described as uncomfortable. We was very disappointed that for the price we paid for our stay, we didn't get 5 proper beds.

Petrol station, cafe shop, fast food and supermarket next to the hotel. Hotel room is very big and comfortable. Nice staff. Breakfast is fabulous. Good drive to both Oxford city and Bicester Village.

Overall had a great time. Kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Disappointed about housekeeping, we requested our room to be cleaned in 1hr and no one came back. Another annoying thing was the towel rail over the toilet seat, we had towels dropping in the toilet which was annoying. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful

Convenient location for oxford sightseeing.Park and Ride service only 400yards away. Food standard in hotel restaurant very good, excellent breakfast selection. Staff without fail were exemplary, great attitude and excellent service were the norm. Only less than positive comment concerns the price of a glass of wine, it was on the expensive side.

The hotel was immaculate. Very pleasant staff and very good breakfast. The bed was rather hard and the duvet was too small for 2 people in a double bed so I didn't sleep well . Overall very good but I will ask for a twin room next time.

The Holiday Inn is a very comfortable hotel, well located for the City of Oxford and close to a Park and Ride Bus Station. It has a comfortable lounge area, good gym and swimming pool and nice restaurant. Only negative is they charge for internet use - £5 for an hour and you cannot logout and re-enter your account.

The location was not a problem to us .It took £11 to a cab from train station to the hotel. Then we take a 3 to 5 mins walk to the bus station. It took 20mins to go to city. The room was clean and big. The english breakfast was okay. We were quite happy to stay there.

Pleasant hotel , pleasant staff, nothing too much bother, will definitely stay again. Only downside was breakfast, not to my taste. It was an extremely busy morning and it is a buffet breakfast. There was plenty to choose from, but quality of food not what I would be happy to pay extra for, however it was an inclusive breakfast as part of an offer.

This is a good solid hotel with good facilities for children and adults with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The only drawback is that location by motorway means you can't just go off walking to enjoy local amenities. You'll need to use your car or public transportation to move around. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel. I did not use the pool etc but there is one free to guests. Also my room rate did not include breakfast but a short walk away is a Starbucks where you can pick up a bite And a coffee.

I had imagined a Holiday Inn to be a grade above a Holiday Inn Express. In this instance, absolutely not! This hotel had the most basic room and most uncomfortable and smallest double bed I've had the misfortune of sleeping in. We will not return to this hotel and will seek out an alternative should we return to Oxford.

We have a fabulous time at this hotel. Very convieniently located next to the park and ride which takes you straight to Oxford city centre. It even runs late into the night (think the last bus is 11.15pm) so it is easy to get back again.
