Weekend stay. We were please with everything about the hotel. The room was clean, had a mini fridge, location was great. A pretty large selection for the free breakfast; waffles, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc.

Hotel itself was great, better driving instructions would have helped. The Hotel is off the road and behind othe motels and restaurants.

The rooms were very well kept and clean. We had two families of four and our request of rooms next to each other was accomidated both rooms had plenty of space. My only complaint would be the pool hours. We had something to do that evening and wanted to let the kids swim when we returned but it was closed. Seeing there are no rooms surrounding the pool, my recommendation would be that the pool be open 24 hours with an adult present.

Only drawback is the crazy road to get in, winding around back of a restaurant with 1 blind corner.

It was a little hard to find from the main road, but it was a decent place to sleep for the night.

For the price, this is a nice hotel. It's convenient to Hoosier Park if you're in Anderson to watch the races or go to the casino.

We have 2 children, a six yr old and a six month old. This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable having my family there. The breakfast bar is very nice. There was something there for everyone. They have a friendly staff who took care of whatever we needed. This is our second stay at this hotel. It has been consistently worth the money to stay there. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Anderson.

I sent a letter to which I never received a reply. We were suppose to have a non-smoking room. To our surprise all the bed clothing smelled of cigarette smoke when we left. This smell also got into my car trunk. The reason we didn't notice the smell was because we bring our own bedding and sleep ontop of that. But, when I got into my car after we went to church services (we had left the hotel by then and the bedding was in the trunk) I smelled that terrible cigarette smell. As a non-smoker and one who does not allow smoking in my car or my house I wasa deeply upset by this. I can only reason that the maids put a comforter on the beds in my hotel room that was from a smoking room to cause that sort of damage. After writing I was hoping to at least get an apology letter, but nothing. Leaving a poor rating is not what I wanted to do, but under the circumstances I feel this is the only course I have.

Bed sheets never washed. Long black hair in bed & shower. Found blood in other bed. Hallways dirty. Many other things too numerous to mention.

Not until we came home did we realize that the non-smoking room we had had definitely been smoked in a lot. We always bring our own pillows and blankets. Because we each had sinus problems we did not notice the stale cigarette smell in the room. But when we got home our bedding as well as my new car smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This means this room was smoked in a lot or else they put bedding on beds from smoking rooms on non-smoking room beds. There is no excuse for this. We plan another trip in a few months to the same place. I will definitely find another hotel to stay at. Because of this it doesn't matter how good their breakfast is, it ruined the entire trip.

we travel alot and we , as well as our grandkids loved our stay at your hotel. the breakfast was very good and our time in the pool/hot tub area was quite enjoyable.

It was exactly what we needed. A good night stay and a great breakfast. Everything was clean and very convenient.

I have stayed at other Quality Inns and felt this one didn't achieve "quality." When we arrived the room was OK but I had to find an ice bucket because it was missing from the room. Then there was no ice machine on our floor and I used the stairs because the elevator seemed like an afterthought. It was in a closet and hard to find. The matresses were hard and uncomfortable. I felt as if I was sleeping on a board. I will say we appreciated the Manager's get-together on Sunday evening where snacks and beverages were available for hotel patrons.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now because we are very pleased with everything. The mattresses are very confortable. They feel like new ones, with good support. Instead of the standard acrylic blankets most hotel use, this one uses down comforters that feel so good, the rooms are very clean. I cannot say enough good things about the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet includes biscuits with sausage gravy, shelled boiled eggs, varierty of bread items such as baggels with all the fixins, sliced bread and pastries. They also have fresh fruit, cereals, make your own waffels, yogurt, hot and cold cereal fruit juices, milk, coffee, hot tea..etc. This hotel also has a well maintained and clean indoor heated pool and hot tub. the only draw back is the hotel closes the pool area at 10:00 p.m. I have heard other hotels have exptended their pool hours to midnight, so it would have been nice if all the hotels would extend their hours to that also. When my husband and I are in the area, we will always choose this hotel to stay in.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. THE PERSONAL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKSFAST WAS A SURPRISE WITH THE VARITY OF CHOOSES. I WAS SURPISED BY THE FITNES ROOM AND POOL.

Very nice. Easy access to main highways. Nice breakfast bar. Large rooms, not so cramped. Very clean. I will tell everyone to stay.

Shower area could have been cleaner and the towels were a bit rough. Staff very friendly and a great breakfast was included. Great value overall.

I loved the hotel. The room was big, the pool was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable with big, soft pillows. I was amazed at how nice the hotel was even though it was one of the less expensive hotels in the area. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have never stayed in a hotel this horrible. The beds were so uncomfortable, Management was very rude, I felt the need to sanitized the room before allowing my children in it. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I asked for an early check in (11am) and the desk said that they were still cleaning the rooms, but didn't bother to see if any were clean. Now I understand that I might not get an early check in, but I had to lug all my stuff to thanksgiving dinner and what upset me was that the desk clerk didn't even make any effort to accommodate me (like making a phone call to see if there was a room I could have) Nothing much against the hotel, it just that they didn't go that extra yard. I would stay there again, but only if it was the cheapest place.

Very good bargian for the price.

Everything was fairly well kept, housekeeping could do a little better with room in bathroom area. Breakfast was great though.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel with a pool and complimentary breakfast. Close to the interstate. Worked out great for us.
