I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sonesta. The space was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. There was a sense of community among the quests that I've never experiences. I appreciated the hotel providing dinner and having so many choices for breakfast. I can't say enough about this great hotel.

This is like the marriot courtyard of Sonesta. Only a few people maintains this establishment. The room is pretty clean and neat. No apparent blemishes in the room. This Is right behind HMart and Market Basket. So it's great if you have a studio.

Great stay for the pricing though we seemed to be able to get better pricing through the 3rd party. I didn't take full advantage of all that the hotel had to offer (ie gym, pool, laundry service) but everything else very welcoming and comfortable. Included breakfast was better than most other hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely come again.

The room was very nice. Located right next to the mall so if you needed anything, you were minutes away. The staff was nice. Complementary breakfast was also pretty good. It was also nice that T-Th they had complementary dinner too.

There is no water provided at all even they said there would be 2 bottles of water per stay. The front desk service is not nice. The floor has a lot of stain which need deep clean. There are holes in the sofa. Overall it needs maintenance.

Excellent hotel for the price, has two TVs one in the bedroom another in the living room, living room also has a comfy sleeping sofa, which could well accommodate one more person. has a small kitchen with pans and pots, which is excellent if you stay longer or travel with kids. Bathroom is nice and clean has iron and hair dryer. Not too far from Boston […] area, good safe location. Staff is excellent, great service. Free buffet complementary breakfast with variety of food ( waffles, baked goods, fruits, sausages, boiled eggs, toasts, bagels, variety of juices and variety of coffees). I love this hotel! Particularly for multiple night stays due to the Kitchenette and the sitting area. It is very conveniently located to the mall and many easting establishments in the Bedford area. I will definitely stay here whenever possible.

We have stayed at this hotel 1 to 2 times per year for the last four years. We find the two bedroom suites a wonderful option for our little family. The complementary breakfast is great and the location is very convenient to the highway and local malls. The rooms and common areas are beginning to show a bit of wear and tear. I stayed at this hotel the night before a job interview and it was perfect! I had everything I needed to prepare for the interview. I'm so, so happy I chose this hotel. If I get the job, I'll be coming back with my mom and staying for a while while we scout out apartments.

It must have been a full house. They ran out of some breakfast items on the first day, Saturday. Sunday's breakfast was better.
