I tavel 50% for business purposes and have had a lot of expierence with hotels. Overall I was not comfortable in this hotel. It was very difficult to locate and when I called the staff they were unable to assist me. I normally wouldn't have commented but was highly disapointed as I requested a early AM wake-up call (double checked because of it's importance) […] and never received it. This caused me to miss an international flight and had to stay another night in NJ. I chose a different hotel. This has costed me hundreds of dollars and a lost day. ...I admit...I love hotel stays and will pay $200+ per night to have what I like. We were in for just a night and starting with the difficulty finding the hotel, I entered with the idea that I would hate it. Not so. It's location is off the main street, behind stores and trees so we easily passed it twice. A little more education for the desk operators […] will help that a lot. I found the rooms to be spacious, clean (a little bit worn but well maintained) The staff was kind and we slept soundly. The continental breakfast was good and included hash browns. The dining area was roomy and though I came to relax, I noticed professionals taking advantage of the space and WIFI quiet comfortably. Between visitng friends in New Brunswick, NJ and visiting Manhattan we chose this location. Good hotel and decent neighbourhood but visiting Manhattan from this location is time consuming and expensive with the crazy tolls now in effect (last time I was in the area the bridges were $3.50 and the highway a few cents a mile...)

Everything about this place is good , the staff , the room , can't blame the lack of breakfast on them they have a couple of chinese basaball teams eat all of the food , I'm sure they did not expect that. Great price and centrally located within minute of many restuarants.

The first room I checked into had a window that had been broken with large cuts and an actual hole covered in card board - on the first floor! I am a single woman, so I was not comfortable in that room. They did switch rooms for me. Wi-Fi was a HUGE disappointment as I had work to do and was unable to get any reception in my room. I've now stayed at this hotel twice. It has gone through a name and management change, but overall, not a bad hotel. The rankings may seem a bit low but this is mainly because it's clear that they are still going through some cleansing and renovations. The breakfast is extremely sub-par. It was actually gross. If you are used to eating junk, then you might be ok with it. Hallways reeked of smoke and room stunk funky as well. It is not in a great area of town, and the wake up call did not work. They have two luggage carts which people are allowed to hog as we needed one in the morning but were told […] that we could wait till the people left in 45 minutes, the ones who had their luggage just sitting on the carts by the breakfast area while they ate. Seriously?! In hindsite I should have just moved their luggage. I had to make several trips to my car in a thunderstorm with all our luggage b/c of this. As we were leaving we noticed there was excrement all over the outside of the toilet that we had not seen there before. That is just disgusting. The staff was friendly. That is all I can give them. Will not be staying here again. We are used to cheap hotels but not THIS cheap. We could have gotten a Hampton or something similar for maybe a little more, but much better food, service, bedding, EVERYTHING. The clientel of this hotel revealed a lot. stayed for a night. But I'm glad it was only a night. Walls are thin and smelled like sweat when we walked into the room. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The coffee maker in our room were not cleaned from a previous use. it still had coffee grounds in the brew basket.

We chose this hotel because it was acceptably close to the airport at a good rate. The location is not especially appealing, but the room was surprisingly quiet for its proximity to I-287. The room was rather small (a reasonable size for the two of us) but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Decent enough hotel. I really enjoyed the fresh-baked cookies with the complimentary breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel had me use Holiday Inn's WiFi in my room? Kind of strange, but I needed WiFi and I got it, so I guess that worked out all right.

This booking was such a disappointment. I booked a non smoking room with 2 doubles. The staff gave a key first that didn't work in the door, then they redirected me to another room, that when I opened the door someone said "go away". Then they sent me to another room with one double bed (for our family of 4). Lastly they gave us a smoking room. It was […] awful for my 5 and 3 year old-we had to Febreeze their stuffed animals after this stay. The staff was not helpful and didn't attempt any compensation for this nightmare. Read more

Upon checking in we were given a room where you could smell cigarette smoke and other unpleasant odors, although we had asked for nonsmoking. We went to the desk about our problem and were immediately moved to a room that smelled much better and was nicer. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating to us, considering the entire inn […] was booked they still found us a better room to stay in. Kudos to the staff that worked that evening. Not only were they so helpful in accommodating our living conditions, they even gave us great suggestions for dinner and shopping malls nearby. We also must commend the breakfast staff the next day. The hotel was in a pretty good location close to restaurants and expressways. The room was quiet and had a small fridge and coffee maker (no microwave). Double beds were comfortable and room was very clean with no odors. Not a bad place overall. The only down side is the bed is stiffer than a board and the location of a nightclub just across the courtyard, bass and music blaring almost all night. I could sleep through it but the wife was mad. To get to it you have to use the lovely road systems of new jersey. Taking the exit passed it just to turn around and then go […] to it.
