Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino - Cebu

I loved the view of the Mormon temple, when I opened the curtains, room #217! The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! The Christmas decorations were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I had stayed many times in this hotel and i really like it. but I am having only one problem always that once i check in there are some emergency deposit which is blocked on the credit card. And once checking out, they make new approval from credit card for any pay. That creates problem since the block amount releases after 15 days. That doesnt help […] during trip and infact makes problem on credit card. They should make sure that they use same authorization number to get any payments instead of taking new approval. Friendly staff, clean hotel but the room is very small.

The hotel was so great but there noise like disco music coming from the back of the hotel Until 0300am we try to ask the hotel They say there a disco bar at the back of the hotel Seem the room window cannot protect the noise From outside Thanks

It's located near shopping mall and IT park. But, i disapointed that smoking guy in the hotel hall. There's no crew to complain the smoking guy.

One of the best hotel in Cebu. The staffs are friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. They even allow me to do an early check-in (with a small fee) as my flight arriving in the morning. Currently the hotel is undergoing a minor renovation and it was carried out in a well organised manner. I am sure it will be better after the renovation.

before this i last checked in at this hotel 5 yrs ago. I think the hotel has degraded in quality. It is curretnly undergoing a major renovation. This the the first time I stay at this hotel in Cebu. Compare to other city hotels such as Marriot, Marco Polo, etc.This hotel is relatively old. Have stayed on this hotel for many years and recently theres renovation going on , it will be even better when it's complete.Hopefully the shower wont leak thru the floor. Looking forward to stay after the renovation. Keep it up. Thank you...

I stayed at Waterfront Cebu hotel to attend a conference. My 4 day stay was indeed comfortable and nice. The amenities and facilities were satisfactory. The service was good but can be improved. My wife requested for an iron at 7pm. Despite repeated calls and reminders it was only delivered the following day. The excuse being the hotel was full!! Nothing was annoying and was pleasant place to stay. But the bathroom was quite cold and the water drain was bad in the shower booth... and the water was not hot enough. We didn't stay long, would have call the desk for the water drain if we were to stay longer. Other things were okay and buffet was fine.

I was indeed very happy to see the quick response of your hotel staff when I complained of the smell of smoke in my room because I immediately got an asthma attack triggered by the smell of cigarette. Your front desk supervisor I think is Serene arranged for downgrade to another non-smoking floor and offered in exchange a free use of the facility for […] refreshment and food on the I think 14th floor. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Waterfront Hotel.

The hotel was spotless, lots of attractions in the hotel its self, service of the staff was friendly and helpful enough, room was clean, very comfortable and nicely sized. My only issues with the hotel were that check in time was stated at 2pm which I arrived at 1pm thanks to early flight to find the room wasn't ready.. not a problem of course but […] when I came back at 2pm it still wasnt ready I had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins past check in time, then go up to the room and wait another 10 for the cleaners to finish... annoying when your jet lagged and want some rest, the reception was always swarming with people and the queue took a long time there, and the hotel elevators were the most popular thing there and could take 5 mins or more waiting to get to your room... Great service. Good food. Easy check-in, no hassles. They even have the option of not paying the security deposit for the fridge(they'll just padlock it instead). I think the only CON in our stay here, was the bell boy eager to carry our things at our room while we were talking to someone we met at the hotel, I find it rude.

I come to Philippines on business and put alot of effort into the area. I love the Hotel and never experianced a problem. It is very comfortable, so generally the staff makes it very friendly. One night however, and i add this is very indifferant to any other time I have frequented the hotel. This time however, my fiance was singled out and they demanded an id that i told her she did not need to bring as we were only in there for the evening and she would accomapny me only to the port the following morning and i didnt want her to carry addition atems for my early morning trip. The night in question we were int he hotel and ate in the lobby following a walk to the elevators where we were hunted down by an unprofessional security guard demanding her id. Even though she was listed on my check in. I demanded to see his boss who was forced to stand by her security managers decision. The ironic thing is the prior night we attended a movie in the hotel and returned to the hotel after midnight and were never questioned. I feel it was somthing personal and will definightly consider other hotels in the future as i feel this decision by an overzelous manager jelous I am dating one of his kind. It takes away from the overall positive rating because i never know what to expect from them. I recommend if you are not married, to consider another location. I travel to Philippines often (about 8 times a year and to Cebu about 5 times a year.) This trip was to attend a graduation. I tried this hotel on my last trip and decided to book it again for 4 nights. Boy was that ever a mistake!!!! Where do i start? No doorman or staff to help with my bags on arrival? (its a walk over 2 roads to the hotel entrance). […] I arrived in the early hours of the morning (Abt 5am) and i was tired having travelled after a days work the day before. The hotel was asleep. I mean it the whole hotel seemed to have shut down even thought the casino was active. There were no staff! No front office staff to verify my credit card details and prepare billing in my name upon check in? (Had to be woken up from slumber in adjacent room). Couldnt believe this was a 4 star hotel. A room that was large but had such a lot of bare wall space i actually thought the room was unfinished! Disconnecting my room phone despite 2 reminders to the front office? Poor cleanliness after the first night? Aircon that was permanently turned on and could not be turned off even when power was turned off?Freezing temperature? Room service staff who call you 3 times on 2 separate days to ask for the return of plates and utensils even though you had already returned them immediately after use?Chipped glassware? A hotel that badly needs renovation to justify its 4 star rating? Or the clincher? trying to stiff me for about 25% the daily room rate upon check out on an allegation of a missing saucer and teaspoon? Most of the aspects which one looks for in a enjoyable stay rate highly at the WCCH & C However, there are only 3 of 15 or 16 floors allocated to non smoking.and from our experience this is not policed as we could smell cigarette smoke in our room at night.The hotels policy seems to be SMOKERS COME ON IN and when this reverses and the establishment […] moves in step with the rest of the developed world this hotel would then become highly recommendable. After staying in the Waterfront Davao City I was expecting the same service or even better. Wish I booked another hotel the staff here were not friendly food stone cold and generally you felt uncomfortable Would not recemmend

Good hotel; good location; comfortable room and fine food outlets. I was disappointed with one aspect. I used the business center twice and asked for an itemised account for my faxes and xeroxing. I was told it will be given to me at check out. I asked if I could be certain of this and it was confirmed. As expected, on check out my request caused pandemonium […] in the front office and the receptionist found a box full of random receipts and proceeded to sift through 100s of receipts. She could not find my receipts. At least she offered to write out manually a receipt breaking down my business center expenses as requested originally. She attempted to do this and got it all hopelessly confused. I was really annoyed about this - surely they can make original receipts available to guests as they said they would. the hotel is located in a nice location with commercial establishments nearby. the room is clean and relatively big in size, the bed is a nice king size bed. service is quick. i enjoyed my stay, although i did not really get a chance to check out the casino since i don't gamble. the buffet breakfast was superb.

１）ツインで申し込んだはずが、ダブルベットになっていた。２）トイレのドアノブが壊れて取れそうになっていた。３）シャワーカーテンでガードしてもシャワーのお湯がトイレに飛沫して、床が水溜状態４）ペーパスリッパが、水に濡れて履けなくなっていたけど、翌日換えのスリッパは無し。５）チェックアウトに一時間！以前も利用して問題なかったが、今回は最悪でした。もう二度と宿泊しないかも？？

주변에 대한 접근성. 호텔의 청결이나 친절 등등 다 마음에 들어요. 하지만 체크인 체크아웃 할 때 시간이 너무 오래걸립니다. 게다가 체크인을 오후 5시에 하는 데도 방이 준비되지 않앗다고 한시간을 기다리라고 하네요. 이것만 아니면 완전 좋아요. 친절함도 짱!!

우선 워터프론트는 가격대비론 만족합니다. 위치도 시내에 있어서 걸어서 ITPARK까지 갈수있어요.. 세부에서 가장 안전한 몰이기도 해서 그건 참좋더라고요.

Dejligt det eneste der manglede var en altan eller balkon. Klart minus man kan ikke åbne vinduerne så man kan ikke få frisk luft ind. Der var for strenge regler ved pool området. Da vi ikke er børn men voksne mennesker. Prisneveu på hotellet alt for dyrt.

Super godt ophold, sødt persionale. Værelserne var gode med rigtig gode senge. Der var mange regler ved poolen der måtte man næsten ikke noget. Deres vagt system er i top.

Et veldig bra hotel med god service i alle ledd. Fantastisk frokost buffet. Flere restauranter med varierende menyer. Glimmrende beliggenhet til det meste. Flott basseng område med 3 basseng, hvor av to er spesielt godt egnet for barn.

대체로 사용하기에 좋은 호텔이나 다음 몇가지 개선요함 1. 로비 천정이 너무 단조로워 우아한 느낌을 주지 않음 2. 로비에서 연주 또는 노래하는 위치가 고객과의 눈높이와 전혀 맞이 않아 즉시 수정요함. 3. 객실 전원 장치가 종합콘트롤 전원조절장치로 즉시 변경요함. 전등을 일일히 끄고 켜야 하는 아주 불편한 구식임.

시설은 조금 오래되어서 화려하지는 않지만, 정말 중심부에 있어서, 지리적 여건이 이보다 더 좋을수는 없을꺼 같아요.. 주변에 한국식당, 맛사지샵, 몰 기타등등 이동하기도 너무 좋고요.. 카지노도 있어서 나름 잼나게 놀수 있네요... 막탄에 있는 화려한 호텔 또는 리조트에서 숙박하시는게 아니라면 세부시티내에서는 최고인것 같아요...

我們住進這間酒店是旅程的最後一晚. 到達的時候, 比較晚, CHEKC-IN COUNTER 只有2人在, 要等差不多半小時才完成CHECK-IN. 因我們想先出去吃飯, 故行李暫托在LOBBY, 沒有人在寄存位置, 要周圍找人才有人幫忙. 雖然進出酒店都要檢查, 但行李寄托處沒有人看管, 也讓人感覺不太好. 酒店位置尚算方便, 坐15分鐘車程就到SHOPPING MALL. 但附近沒有便利店, 想買東西吃也只能向酒店購買. 第2天早餐, 食物質素失望, 服務質素更失望. 想食一個熱的奄列, 還未開口, 那廚師已叫我們去旁邊的爐取已煎好的, 我們以為不能ORDER, 怎料有外國人來, 她好熱情地問他要什麼, 我們感覺不良好, 好像有點歧視我們是華人, 另外, 服務員如是, 沒有人收碟, 整張抬都是都沒人理會, […] 胡椒 服務員如是, 沒有人收碟, 整張抬都是都沒人理會, 胡椒樽壞了, 也不替我們換, 我們自己去取隔離抬的才可以. 세부시티 중심부에 위치하고있어 아얄라와 아이티파크가 가까이에 있습니다, 특히 조식은 왠만한 디너부페와도 견줄정도로 잘나옵니다,!! 카지노도 같이 있어서 모든것이 해결되는 곳입니다,, 호텔은 조금 오래됐지만 그래도 가격대비 완젼 강추입니다!

휴가가 갑자기 생겨 얼떨결에 예약하고 가게 된 호텔인데요 일단 놀러가실 목적으로 이 호텔에 투숙을 하신다면 좀 비추에요.일단 바닷가와 멀리 떨어져 있어서 이동 할 때 마다 택시 타야합니다. 또한 세부에 있는 다른 호텔은 안 가봐서 그렇겠지만 일단 내부 시설이 대체적으로 노후하더라구요.한국 호텔만 생각해서 그런지 일단 샤워실이 뭔가 좀 으스스한 느낌이었어요.그리고 샤워부스와 욕조가 따로 되어 있는데 샤워부스에는 해바라기밖에 없더라구요 근데 물발이 좀 약하고 그 또한 노후되어 있어서 좀 찝찝했어요.그리고 욕조 부분도 물 내려가는 구멍(개수구 하고 하나요??)에 머리카락이 엄청 많았는데 전혀 치워져 있지 않았구요. 어쨋든 좀 […] 손을 봐얄 할 부분이 많아 보이는 호텔이었어요 그래도 아침은 잘 나오더라구요.아침 만큼은 높은 점수를 주고 싶네요. 워터프론트 세부시티 호텔 가실 분들은 참고 하셨으면 좋겠네요.
