HOTEL SCHWERT - Rastatt

An annual trip stop over. This time we were given a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking a petrol station that seemed to be open all night. It was very noisey for most of the night and kept us awake. A good tip therefore is to ask for a room at the front of the hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood, daily housekeeping services, high speed internet (additional fee charged), plus a small kitchen so not all meals need to be in restaurants. A grocery store is nearby. It is a ten minute walk to the main shopping areas. Whenever we're in Karlsruhe, we stay at the Acora.

location is incredible. large rooms. great staff, including manager that greets all the guests at breakfast.

HOTEL IS WONDERFUL, VERY CONVENIENT TO CHRISTMAS MARKETS AND THE SPA IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERUL

This was a great hotel in Baden-Baden. Easily walkable to nearly all of the main attractions. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The room was comfortable, but it was quite noisy in the mornings as the alley where the hotel is located is the route for school children. The mattresses were also quite firm. Aside from these two minor inconveniences, the room was great. I would also note that the hotel is very difficult to find. We had printed directions out on Google maps, and ended up just coming across the hotel on accident. There is reserved parking, but can be tricky to get in and out of the spot so I recommend parking and then walking everywhere during your stay. Overall, quite pleased and would recommend to friends and family, and would stay again myself.
