Comfortable stay... My son had an atheletic event in duncanville...this hotel allow easy access. I most definitely will stay again.

It was great for our purpose. Club basketball tournaments. If it were a leisure trip I would have to choose a hotel with a bit larger rooms and bathrooms.
Location.
Located in Addison (Addison - Galleria), Holiday Inn Addison is close to Addison Circle Park, Water Tower Theater, and Cavanaugh Flight Museum. Also nearby are Galleria Dallas and Northwood Club.
Hotel Features.
Holiday Inn Addison has an outdoor pool and a fitness facility. There is a business center on site. Dining options at this business-friendly hotel include a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Additional amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and a porter/bellhop.
Guestrooms.
The 101 guestrooms at Holiday Inn Addison include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms have wireless Internet access. Rooms are equipped with flat-panel televisions. All accommodations provide desks along with free local calls (restrictions may apply).

"Good Place To Stay"
The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was a menu breakfast that was good. Room comes with 2 free breakfast for about $10 more when you book the room. They had pancakes, eggs to order, omlets, etc.

"Cultural differences"
I never did figure out the breakfast procedure. It looked like it could have been a restaurant but there was no one there. No waitstaff. No buffet. Curious. The room had a coffee maker - the single cup variety. Housekeeping would replenish the coffee packets but not the cups. Where I come from, coffee is King. It seems that everyone drinks it 24/7. […] Not so in Dallas. Even in winter, it seemed iced tea ruled. Once I was out of coffee cups, I went to the front desk seeking more. With all the commotion, you would think I asked for pack animals or , firearms or something. Lots of rushing about but no cups. I'm assuming that the Customer Service / Front Desk Department has no control over Housekeeping. Nor can they impose on Housekeeping. I didn't get any coffee cups. I went without coffee. Other than that, the hotel was clean, seemed secure, and reasonably priced. I was concerned at how close to Addison Airport it was but the noise didn't bother us. "Non-Smoking??"
We asked for a non-smoking room. We were given a room on the fourth floor, which was the floor with some smoking rooms, but we had to walk past several smoking rooms from the elevator to our room. Not much logic there.

"Holiday Inn Addison .. convenience is the key"
We had a last minute meeting come up .. knew we would be on short time both to and from DFW but wanted to be able to meet the client and take them to a restaurant close the hotel and still upscale ... We were able to do that with ease ... Return trip to the airport ... 25 minutes ... very nice ... good accommodations ...

"October Fest"
The main problem we had was the noise level due to the other people staying in the hotel. evidently many were attending the above mentioned event. We hardly got any sleep either night. I also reported someone smoking in the hall but they were unable to find the person but they did check on it promptly.

"NOT READYU"
This hotel was not repaired they did not have the room ready upon arrival, they gave us the wrong room I asked for two double beds they put me in a room with one king. They put me in a smoking room after I asked for nonsmoking. They did not have bath towels or any solutions for any of these problems previously mentioned. Just not a good place to st […] ay. Overall clean, inexpensive, they did run out of wash cloths and I had to go without which was frustrating, good location near lots of dining options

"hotel addison - great location"
The first night we were there apparently there was a disruption on a floor above us and resulting in the fire alarm being pulled at 4:30 in the morning. Shortly after returning to our room and getting back in bed we starting hearing a drip as water started coming through the ceiling. We packed up and went to another room. On the second night we returned […] to the room and was overlooked by maid service so we went to the desk for towels. After a long day and little sleep the night before we crashed only to be awaken again at 1:30 with another fire alarm. Of course, no fire but frustrating to be outside in the middle of the night twice. There was no explanation from the management, we were just told by the fireman that it was safe to go back to our rooms. The restaurant had a small menu and not open very late but decent. Read more

The over all experience was good,the only thing I wud comment on was that breakfast finished at 10am and u cud not order any room service till dinner . I mean who wants to wake up early on a Saturday?? Weekends are for relaxation and enjoyment ,so they should keep the cook there for longer periods . On weekdays it makes sense to finish breakfast by […] 10 am. And I had booked a 2nd room for a friend and when I wantedto check in to that at 7 pm they were still not sure if that room was physically empty or not. One of the plus points,they let me check out at 12 so that was really nice. The room was good,with fridge microwave,a free ice machine just outside ,most of these things I did not find in otter hotels which had rooms for around fifty bucks. Their reward program however sucks. You only get points for stay if you book through their website. Which does not make sense,as u get airline miles regardless of whichever site u use to book tickets. And plus I think other hotels don't have this kind of a policy. Read more

"Highly Recommended! Very Nice"
For the deal I got on Hotels.com, this was a an absolute steal! Very nice decor, very clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice, well mannered and patient. The room was spotless and overall the place was way above what I consider Holiday Inn standards. Only disappointments were the size of the pool (Looked way bigger in photos) and the […] TV had no remote and seriously needed replacing. Thank You and Great Job Holiday Inn! "Nice place, Nice price"
This was by far an unexpectedly pleasant surprise! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Great room at a great price. Definitely will stay there again!
"great stay"
Myself and two friends stayed for one night. The check in was fast and easy. The staff explained where everything was located. The bed was WONDERFUL! I would stay here again and I would bring my family here as well. We walked to a restraunt and then to Pete's Piano Bar and walked home at 2:00am and felt very safe.
"Love this Hotel!"
I was very impressed with the quality and look when walking in for the first time. My only disappointment was that there were no complimentary breakfast like most other Hotels but the quality of their food and service made up for it! The room and beds were extremely comfortable and very clean.

"Snow in Dallas"
This hotel is just across the street from a bus terminal, lots of noise. However, it's central location to highways and north dallas was great. It's safe and generally clean. Good for lower budget business travel. It's blocks from ALL the great restaurants. My only critque is it's wear on the hotel - heavy traffic. This place needs another update.

The staff was super nice, the rooms were well worth the money. Close to lots of restaurants, nightlife in Addison. I will be returning to this hotel!
