Ive been to many hotels aroud the world that were nicer and newer, but the service was far beyond my expectations !!!!!!from the hotel restaurant the pool the sauna the front desk always ready to help and quickly. This is actually a pretty great hotel depending on the price you get. Mostly nit picking here... Thermostat was inconsistent and was hard to get the room to cool without window open over night. While in hot tubs on the roof which were pretty cool, they fired up the outdoor movie screen above it with fairly loud sound - on some Much Music lame drama […] - while it was raining and I was the only one up there...location was decent, a short walk to most things one would need (10 mins or so) but really appeared to be very little within a block or two...like I say, not a bad place at all, just would be my back up plan if I can't find decent rates at a few other places. The hotel is pleasant enough and only a few blocks from the main shopping street. The room was generally clean and well maintained but a little dated. Bed comfortable. Staff very good and pleasant. The neighbour hood is what lets it down. Lots of homeless people and shelters, reminded me of the Tenderloin (lite) but that said, no trouble and I was perfectly […] safe walking around even at night. Good selection at the complementary buffet, noon check out, gym, pool, hot tubs, lots of services. Late room service, decent parking prices, rooms are so nice, spacious and comfortable. No complaints.

Loved the rooftop hot tubs, great rooms, friendly service, didn't make it down for the complimentary breakfast but the free wi-fi was very handy, they were accommodating to a late check-out for us which was much appreciated... We'll be back!

An excellent stay. The hotel was all it said it was in its description. The customer service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. We enjoyed all the amenities - great breakfast, roof hot tub, swimming pool. We will certainly stay there next time we are in Toronto.

The room was clean and spacious enough but the bed was terrible and didn't get much sleep because of it. The hot tub on the roof was nice but would be good to know they don't stock towels up there. The breakfast the next day was excellent in the hotel!

We really enjoyed ourselves. This is my second stay, and although I do not care to much about the fanciness of the hotel, the amenities are what I enjoy!! The two hot tubs on the roof are great! We spent many hours in them, just wish I had remembered my slippers!!

I stayed at the hotel because I had meetings in the morning and did not want to fight traffic. I took advantage of the free shuttle to the financial district. The hotel staff were very helpful. The full breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I will probably stay here again next month for 2 nights.
