I had to stay for two nights in an emergency situation. We lost power due to a blizzard and needed to relocate. The Quality Inn was very nice. It would have been perfect if the indoor pool had been open, to keep my kids occupied. Also, a game room for kids would be nice...

Every year I look for a hotel room near my moms for New Years eve. This hotel while a bit dated is fairly clean with comfortable beds and hot clean showers and bathrooms. It's a great deal since my mom does not have enough room at her house.

Excellent facility. Every thing was working properly. and well stocked. We were upgraded from a Studio to a 4 bedroom which provided spectacular views of the ocean.in the early morning.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful; the rooms and grounds are extremely well attended to. The location is great -- we walked to the waterfront/Mayflower, one evening and felt very safe walking back (with our 7- year-old.) We often stay at Holiday Inn Expresses -- when taking our older daughter to college, etc. -- and I'd say this BW was nicer -- […] and the breakfast was much better. Make your own waffles, fresh cut fruit, bananas, cereals, granola, plain yogurt -- a mix of breads and English Muffins and bagels. I could find something healthy to eat, along with the usual pastries, etc. if someone wanted those. Nice stay. (My daughter also loved the pool. "Immaculate and comfy"
Although an older motel, it has been lovingly cared for through the years. Everything was in tip top shape and immaculate. Our room was spacious and had every amenity we could have needed. We stayed at this hotel for just one night on our way to Cape Cod, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. This hotel was great. It was extremely clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were updated (the bathroom while not fancy, was spotless) and had everything you need. They offered a free hot breakfast, it was serve yourself, but the staff […] was right there making sure everything was stocked. I have been to other similar hotels with this type of breakfast, but the offering at this hotel seemed to be better quality. I just want to say that I truly am very "picky" when it comes to hotels, and I have paid very high rates at luxury hotels, and while this is not a luxury hotel, it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the linens were crisp, clean and white, the exterior of the hotel was beautifully maintaned and the entire place felt clean and cared for. To me when you really break it down, it is all about the staff, the cleanliness and mostly that the establishment takes pride and truly wants to provide a nice place to stay and this hotel offered all of that! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, a desk and a couple of chairs. We loved Plymouth and thought it was a quaint town with a rich history and wonderful shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and located close to all the Plymouth attractions. The hotel staff were all very professional and helpful.
