My family and I had a great time there. My 93 year old mother in law was kept busy drawing the fabulous views and the two 13 year olds loved the pools and games. It was great having a kitchen. Neighbors were a bit noisy, but that can't be helped. Maybe we were too. We will be going back if we can get the same rates.

Very relaxing..nice layout of room ..(Townhouse).. Enjoyed a nice breakfast the following morning also. Location is great..easy access to alot of things....The only downfall was it had snowed earlier in the week and the walkways to our room and stairways were not cleared very well, so they were icy, and it was slippery as we were trying to get to our room.

I keep forgetting that this hotel has the smallest pillows on the bed that I've ever encountered. There are four small (about 14"x 14") pillows on my Queen-sized bed. Ugh! I didn't sleep very well. Also, I was in a room with a small couch and the TV was in front of the couch rather than the bed. I ended up moving the table that the TV was so that it was closer to the bed and angled toward the bed. Breakfast was great, as usual,and staff were pleasant. Hotel is located on a main street with a variety of restaurants, Mall of NH, stores, etc. Free toiletries are available at the front desk upon request- I forget my toothbrush/paste and was able to get them at the front desk.

My family frequently stays at these smaller, privately owned "resorts," and have come to be prepared for anything. We were pleasantly surprised with good service, a good stay, and decent food at the restaurant. Would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful, exactly as expected. The breakfast was all that you could hope for - something for everyone. We have difficulty with low toilets and the room had one. While there was room on either side of the toilet, there was absolutely nothing to hold onto on the way up OR down. We suggested to them that an add-on item can be found at WalMart […] for very little money, and it would be a very good idea to have one or two available. It is simply arms, that go on and off the toilet with little work. our son purchased one for use when we visit... It would allow them 'not' to use their handicapped rooms just because of a toilet height issue. They seemed to welcome the suggestion. Read more

The room description on Expedia listed two queen beds and a pullout sofa. I reserved this room specifically for the sofa-bed since a friend was staying with us. Our room did not match the description shown....no sofa and two full size beds. Perhaps they were small queens. The hotel staff person read the description back to me from the reservation and […] said: "we don't even have that kind of room". She offered a roll-a-way bed but then said she didn't have any available. The manager was worse telling us "we have that type of room but it's not what you reserved". He refused to read the room description from the reservation. He was argumentative, unhelpful and refused to address the fact that we had overpaid for the room we were given. I would not stay here again. The Fairfield Inn a mile away is a superior hotel for less money. This hotel is clean but is in an industrial area and the room was very small. Read more

The hotel staff was very helpful from check-in until check-out. Breakfast was more than expected with danishes, bagels, fresh eggs, home fries, and sausage. There was also yogurt and cereal. We choose this hotel in case we ended up bringing our dogs - which we didn't, but it's a good pet friendly option close to Bow and Concord. The only down side was […] that our room did smell like smoke until we opened the windows. Just stayed for an overnight get away. Clean room, non-smoking, however, did have a scent of smoke in it. (unavoidable I guess) Took advantage of the spa and pool. Nice and clean area and water. Breakfast area and selection was better than average. Great price, location and stay!!

Best Best Western I ever stayed at. They were very accommodating to cross country cyclists. Beautiful room with nice staff. Also very good breakfast. Immaculately clean everywhere. Location is not the most picturesque area.

Stayed at this location for Laconia bike week. The hotel and staff were very accommodating to the motorcycle community. They provided at least three bike washing locations and ample parking for trailers as well as the numerous bikes and few autos. For the money you're spending, this is a very good hotel. Close the restaurants and places of interests near Concord (you'll definitely need a car!) We had an incident with some people close to our room that were smoking, but the front desk clerk quickly allow us to move to another room. Average hotel, clean and very good staff.

even though our room was a non smoking room it did have a slight smell of smoke....when we turned the air conditioning on, ashes blew out.

I can not complane, overall it was a good stay. The only thing that was Not so great was how thin the wals were, so you could hear everything that went on from above and to the sides, and people got up early so i did to cause i could hear them.

Clean room, comfortable bed lots of pillows. Front desk woman was nice and helpful. we asked and she suggested the "Common Man" restaurant down the road. Common Man was good but a bit on the pricy end and service was not super great and the place was hot inside. The hotel was very acceptable.

Based on the stars rating I did not expect much from this hotel so I set my standard low. However, I was very surprised how nice and clean this hotel was. The staff was GREAT! Very friendly and willing to help. Great indoor pool, the kids had a great time using it. The price was more than reasonable for what we got. Thank you!.

I put my brother and his wife and their grandson in this hotel,they loved it! Heated pool and jacuzzi!! He said the staff were GREAT! Enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was perfect for the 3 of them would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making my family's stay a pleasant one!
