Enjoyed everything about this stay! They was in the process of redoing the floor in the pool but still made it accessable!Genuine Expedia guest review
I booked this hotel for a short business trip. The hotel was well rated and inexpensive. Upon arrival I was treated as an old frined. The room, gym, pool and buildong are in good condition and clean. The breakfast is better than average for a hotel in this price range. in myopinion this is the best hotel for the money in Topeka. Great job!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Topeka Inn & Suites"
This is a very nice hotel. My only suggestion is that they get softer beds. The pool and hot tub are great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Topeka Best Western"
It was raining when we arrived but could not park under the awning to check in as the clerks husband and kids were in the lobby playing on the computer. Room was noisy and they did not refill the milk during breakfastGenuine Expedia guest review
"great place to stop for a night."
it was a great stay. Right off the highway. I also liked the breakfast it hadd waffles, eggs, bagels etc. I did not get to use the hot tub it was closed by the time we got there other than that a great cheap place to stay if your passing through.Genuine Expedia guest review
"bed was as hard as a rock"
The hotel itself isn't bad, just old and what you would probably expect for the price. The beds were very uncomfortable- I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was basically cereal and your typical toast/ pasteries, cheap coffee products ( I pretty much always stop somewhere else for a decent cup). All in all, I would've been satisfied except for that awful […] bed! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
My fiance' and I loved the room. AmazingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Topeka Inn"
Everything was wonderful. However, our room was never made up after our first night. Beds were unmade and dirty towels were not picked up. We were short on washcloths because of this. The complimentary breakfasts were very nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent in all respects"
We stayed in this hotel & were very impressed with it. The breakfast was the best of any of the 10 hotels we stayed in on our cross-country trip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"GREAT except for....."
The hotel and staff were great! It was very clean. The ONLY complaint is: The bed was VERY HARD...firm wouldn't touch the description of the mattress!! I have been camping, slept on the ground and the ground was softer! Seriously!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I decided to stay in Topeka because all of the hotels in Manhattan, Kansas were sold out due to the Kansas State season opener that my sister and I were attending on September 3rd. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady and were checked in a matter of minutes. The only downside to the hotel is that it does not have elevators and you have […] to take the stairs. The room was clean and cold which is great considering we had just drove up from Texas. The room was very quiet and even though our room faced the street we did not hear any street noise which was awesome. The breakfast was okay and the price of the room was great. Overall, an excellent stay!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western in Topeka, KS"
Great place to stay for the cost! Everything looked good and was good. Appreciated the continential breakfast with many choices (was so much better than a higher price competitor was).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Our 3 night stay"
The hotel was a decent place to stay. It was based on older wood construction and not the new concrete design, so the noise of people walking down the hall may have been a little louder than the others. But overall not bad. The location was fine. It was not really close to anything but Topeka is such a small town it does not matter. You can drive 5-10 […] minutes and be where you need to be. It is a fine cheap hotel. I would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel has a well-suited floor plan with easy access from each end of the parking lot or the center lobby entrance. The indoor pool, ice machine and breakfast area is located close to the check-in counter.
"Beware of the sofa bed!"
07/29/14 Foggytravelers Blackwell, Oklahoma
Our group of 6 stayed here, excited we could all stay in one room. But for us on the sofa bed it was the worst night of sleep. The bars under the bed were completely bent, so the mattress was like a taco. After hours of trying to get to sleep, we opted to put the mattress on the floor. That was marginally better, but the mattress was thin and you could feel all the springs. It was horrible. We took pics of the broken bed and showed the staff at the front desk, but only got an "I'm sorry" with a blank stare. Couldn't give us a discount because we'd received a discount when we booked our room. What??!! So we got a discount for a problem we didn't know we were going to have. Besides that ordeal the room was clean and sleeps 4 people nicely. If I were you, I'd avoid the sofa bed. Or at least check it out before you commit to the room.
Good staff. Gave us an upgrade to a suite which was really nice for us. Breakfast was unbelievably good with eggs, biscuits, juices, waffles, and more. Very nice! No Elevator, which was not the greatest, but gave us some exercise.
"Worth the stay"

Friendly folks when made reservations and at check in. Room was on first floor so had noisy neighbor above us. Rooms was nice and comfortable, price was reasonable, with my Best Western card. Nice pool and hot tub w/ plenty of towels! Worth the stay.
"If it hadn't been so late"

If it hadn't been so late I would have gone somewhere else. The room had a horrid smell. the room was on the second floor and I was to tiered to play musical room. The shower was barely warm and when I shecked out they didn't even bother to ask how my stay was.
"Great location/ready for updates scheduled in the fall"
07/24/14 Cairn T Springfield, Missouri
This hotel served us greatly. Got an awesome rate for a king suite that easily handled 3 adults for a 4 night stay. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate the amount of guests. The decor was clean but needs upgrading and that is going to be completed over the next few months. Hotel is located within driving distance of Target, Carrabas, Fazoli's, Arby's, Bagel Shop, Baskin Robins, 20 theatre movie complex. Walking distance to Denny's and Village Inn which when you present room key you get 10% off.
"Clean and neat."
07/21/14 Maryk2112 Wichita, Kansas
The hotel was very clean and neat. It had a little bit of a musty smell but we were very close to the pool. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was given a rate on the phone when I reserved the room that was in connection to a family wedding however I was charged more for the room when I arrived.

We have stayed at the hotel several times. It is convenient when we are traveling on interstate 70. The rooms are older and could use some renovation. However, the overall experience is pleasant. Staff is helpful and courteous.
"Very Nice Place!"
Stayed here for a short business trip and the hotel worked out great. Hotel Staff was friendly, hotel is exceptionally clean, and it has easy access to highway I70 and many restaurants. Will stay here for future travel!
"Horrible night's sleep - horrible breakfast - stinky room"
07/07/14 AL1239999 Clearwater, Florida
Stayed here 6/28, room 123, and paid $104.00 with AAA discount. Could not sleep all night because the sound barrier between first and 2nd floors is nonexistent and the people above us made noise all night long. We had specifically requested a quiet room through AAA but, when we requested to change room, as soon as we checked in, the Indian receptionist replied in a very insolent manner that the 2nd floor was full and, besides, we had not requested a quiet room. Also, the room had this heavy musty smell like a large dog had lived in it. The breakfast was just as bad: the coffee was undrinkable, in small Styrofoam cups without lids, the orange and lemonade machine was empty - it did get refilled but the orange juice was so acidic that I was afraid it would kill me so tossed it. Oh and, by the way, the place was so full that there were only 2 people having breakfast at 7:35am..... never again....
