Hotel was very clean. Room was great with nice amount of space. Staff were very friendly. Located right next to mall with many choices for food. Free breakfast in the morning got us off on the right food for the day.

Clean, great hot breakfast with many choices, wonderful heated pool and the pool area was beautiful. The fitness room was very nice. Helpful staff, good restaurant attached to hotel. My daughter loved the cable channels…. I would stay again.

We checked out one day early due to the level of smoke smell throughout the hotel, including our room. We both spent the first day coughing and hacking due to the smoke smell and smell of chemicals they used to cover the smell. ALL employees spent most of their time sitting on a bench out the front door smoking with the door to the hotel lobby open....this […] included the maid and front desk personnel. The only thing we didnt like was we got a non smoking room and when you got up to the floor it stunk of cigarette smoke. Why? Because at the end of the hall was where they placed the smokers. So no matter which you way you came in you got hit with the smell. Not Cool!!!!!!!!!

the hotel is ok. but the service is bad....When we arrived in the hote, the older lady working in the front desk was on the phone for 5 or 6 mins, totaly ignored us. After she got off the phone, she did not appologize, instead she was very rude and argumentative.

This place was available and affordable for our overnight. Oddly, the door to the bathroom had a chunk in it because the room wasn't really engineered to fit the toilet and the door. The room was clean and suited our purposes. There are many more small hotels directly across from the Hollywood Casino that looked preferable from the outside.
