Doing business in the Perimeter area of Atlanta so I booked here. I called ahead to ask about the best options for getting there from Atlanta. It was suggested I take the marta to Sandy Springs metro stop and then grab a cab to the hotel rather than get an cab directly from the airport. I turned up at the metro at 7:30pm and looked for a cab. Couldn't […] find one anywhere. Asked about twenty different people - no-one knew where to get one. I called the hotel and the indifferent woman on the front desk told me to walk (with two large suitcases) despite me telling her I had no idea where I was. It seemed she didn't know the area very well either. She then connected me to a local cab company - the guy who answered had a heavy Greek accent and kept telling me he wasn't a cab company. I called the hotel back twice and got no answer from the front desk. Finally I found a security guard at a nearby building who was able to call a cab. 45 mins wasted. But what made this a very unpleasant stay was the woman at the front desk who was totally indifferent. When I arrived I asked if there was a restaurant nearby - she said no. The following night I found several. If you want anything close to service, avoid this hotel. I for one will never stay with this chain again. Oh, the rooms were average. The kitchenette had formica counter tops - with water swelling on the edges. And the bathroom only had soap - no shampoo. Also, they only clean your room once a week. Read more

My stay overall was ok. It could have been better with cleaner and fresher linen. The person at the front desk eas ride and unfriendly..she acted as though me asking about my key card not working was a bother to her.

The hotel room was clean and offered a kitchen area complete with tableware and a fridge. I stayed in the room with my dog and we both found it comfortable. This is a great place to stay for long or short trips. The only annoying part of the experience was getting checked in after hours. I called ahead to notify them that I would need a late check in. […] The keys were suppose to be kept in a safe locked in the lobby, which I could open with a combination the hotel provided. Unfortunately, they didn't have my room key locked in the safe out front. The front desk, however, was able to quickly help me with my problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean for being old. It was quiet on Monday and Tuesday. Super close (driving) to everything you need. For the price it's a great hotel!

booked in Decamber for smoking room. sold out when got there in March. sent to another hotel.... terrible.... went back to original hotel. begged to stay there. No carts to unload car, coffee maker not working. asked for wake up call, front desk said they dont do wake up calls, thats what the alarm clock in the room is for. alarm clock did not work. […] bought my own. bed had huge dips in it. will never stay there again. Location and staff are great!!! But the rooms smell musty, as if no one has cleaned them in ages. The bedsheets, comforter, pillows had faint cigarette odor (I was in a non-smoking room) !!! Saggy mattress with springs poking out!!!! Horrible!! I checked out a day early!! I'd rather lose 1 days money than sleep in such an unhygienic room!!

We stayed here because it was very cheap for the night. The location is fantastic. That is the last good part of this review. The first room they put us in was in a state of disarray, the lampshade was on the bed (which was pulled a foot from the wall) with no bulbs in it. The seat of the chair was on the dresser next to the table. The room smelled […] like rotting chinese. We were moved to a different room. This room had a broken recliner and intermittent smells of illegal substances and indian food. And the bed was as hard as a rock. The staff actually told us to hold as she took a personal call. room was clean but old, floor boards pealing away from wall, telephone did not work till day I left. paving driveway, had to park in the back lot. half the lights in the room did not work. lots of noise from the elevator. tryed to move, had last smoking room. staff was pleasant.
