Everything in the hotel was perfect. Location and cleanliness. The front desk at check in was my only complaint. The gentleman checking me in was very unprofessional. He was holding a side conversation with the other representative at the front desk. She wasnt being unprofessional she was just asking him for help in regards to relocation another guests […] room and he definitly was just not willing to assist the guest. Felt it was a bad experience for the guest in addition to whom was around watching. In additon, he also gave me poor directions to my room, causing me to take the wrong elavator. Dolce was a joy to stay at. I came in late and the staff was courteous and helpful even in the wee hours of the morning. It was easy to check in and get up to my room and into bed. The room was comfortable and in good order. All amenities were easy to find and take advantage of. The hotel is beautiful for sure and amenities are great. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. However, my main complaint is that we booked a room with a king sized bed and instead were given a room with 2 full beds. Not exactly what we were looking for. In addition, we were not told about the change at the front desk. We only found out once we got to our […] room. We called the front desk about the room but were told they only had doubles available even though we had booked the room barely an hour before online. They didn't offer anything to make up for the mistake, which was completely disappointing. We wanted to stay in the room we booked and unfortunately had to settle for something less. The attendant at the front desk didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. The hotel itself was lovely. Very clean and we definitely loved the pool and jacuzzi. However, the service was completely lacking. As far as the surrounding area, it's very quiet and not too much to do, though there are a few good restaurants. Read more

Overall very nice hotel. My bathroom could have used a bit of updating, large crack all the way across the counter top but other than that pretty nice. Room service was good and very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

pretty much what you would expect. decent sized rooms, nice fitness facilities. the front desk staff was a little rough around the edges, but no real complaints. the only downside: there was some serious noise late-night from members of one of the wedding parties in the hallway. The Dolce is a very nice hotel. You will have to drive for a bit if you want to dine away from the hotel. The staff at the front desk is very nice. Location, buildings, and facilities are beautiful. Sadly some of the staff destroy this good feeling. My wife and I arrived in the evening for the start of a romantic weekend. There was only one robe though, so I called and asked for a second. Shortly after, the lady that brought the robe seemed to be annoyed that she was disturbed into doing her job. […] She did not have a pleasant drop in her attitude. As I was tired I still thanked her, to which there was no reply, she actually rolled her eyes! The next morning, when I went to use the robe, I noticed a BLOOD stain around the neck area. Disgusted, I asked housekeeping to replace the robe when the room is cleaned. Upon our return, we again found only one robe. It was not a pleasant experience. When I asked for a fridge for the room, the lazy guy at the lobby just said "oh, I don't think we have any..." when I explained to him it says in their brochure they provide fridges upon request, he repeated his sentiment. Getting upset I asked him to check instead of "thinking" there are none. He asked another employee standing around if there were fridges available and his partner agreed... Then I saw his name tag and realized the lazy guy was asking security.... Asking security if there are fridges available??? Just lazy and poor client service I think.
