Really nice room, nice, soft beds, estra pillows. We had a room with an up stairs and down stairs bedroom. The hotel is close to the university, a drug store, gas stations and many resturants. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The service was great. We'd happily stay here again. My only issue was that the drain in the tub was extremely slow. It was really late when I used the... shower, and I only stayed 1 night, so I didn't bother to have maintenance come fix it. I told the lady at the front desk, and she was very apologetic and made note of it (so I hope it gets fixed). My room was on the 2nd floor above the main entrance. I could hear people downstairs talking as they stood outside the entrance. It's close to eat and shop, but also not a crowded or busy side of town. by Julie from Stephenville on 05/13/13

Room was clean and shower head was great. Makeup mirror came in handy and the bedpillows were marked firm or soft on each case. Thought everyone was friendly. Had good breakfast choices from eggs to cereal.

Great customer service! Our room was great, turned down the A/C, unpacked and went to the pool. When we got back the room still had not cooled down. The front desk sent someone up immediately to check it, when unable to fix it; they moved us up to a free upgraded suite. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than most free breakfast hotels, so I felt like I got my money's worth and then some. The fitness room was OK, it needs a new treadmill, but it too was better than other hotels that advertise a "fitness center". This hotel had 3 fitness machines- […] a treadmeal, a stairmaster, and a stationary bike. It also had some free weights and there was a water cooler in the room. They hotel offers a pass to a local gym if you are looking for more. Although it was too cold to go swimming, this hotel has a nice pool. I would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. This particular property has a 48-hour cancellation policy, as opposed to the standard 24 hours.
