"Perfect hotel at Heathrow"
Staff was fantastic, hotel very clean & comfortable. Hotel amenities and comfort was exceptional. Ease of access to Heathrow & London Underground. Great spot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"had to pay for the WiFi"
it was an exceptional hotel, thought it was odd to have a small charge for the WiFi.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Modern and close to airport"
Very new and clean hotel. Nice and near the airport terminals. Had a good meal down the road at the Three Magpies pub. Would use this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel close to Heathrow Airport"
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and It was a nice experience. Hotel has double windows so I didn't hear any noise from the street or the airport. Getting from the airport to the hotel was easy and free of charge, taking the U3 bus from the Central Bus Station located in terminal 1,2 and 3. The bus stops about a block from the hotel. Staff was nice […] and friendly and very courteous. The hotel has a restaurant or if you prefer there are a few restaurants nearby as well as a small store were you can buy food. "Heathrow Airport Holiday Inn - nice but no frills"
The overall experience here at the Holiday Inn Hearthrow was good - however, you pay for every "extra". The staff was helpful, courteous, and business-like. Breakfast not included and VERY expensive. No alternatives in the immediate area around the hotel except Starbucks and McDonalds.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good place for a layover"
Plus Side: The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. No issues with aircraft noise. The hotel is within the Heathrow "freeflow" zone so city buses to the airport and Hatton Cross tube station are free - there is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel door. If visiting London again I might stay here and "commute" to the city which could […] very well be cheaper and would certainly be more comfortable than a tiny overpriced Central London hotel room. Minus side: The hotel is right across from the airfield in a somewhat "sterile" neighborhood. Wireless internet is not free - except for 30 minutes at a useless slow bitrate. "Clean, comfortable, and convenient."
The hotel was very pleasant, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The pub food was very good. Our room was just across the road from the take-off runway at Heathrow, but we NEVER heard noise from the planes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel right next to the LHR, close to bus stops"
Hotel staff very friendly and would recommend this hotel for anyone. We had a maintenance issue and they did their best to fix it and offered us another room even though they were pretty full. Very pleased with the hotel. Just if you want to be close to downtown this one isn't the right one, had to take bus' and underground to get into town. "Great hotel near Heathrow"
The hotel is close to terminal 4 at Heathrow, reachable by the Hoppa shuttle. We arrived at 6:30 am on an overnight flight from JFK and were very pleased when the hotel let us check in then. We were able to take a quick nap and then get on with our day.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient to Airport"
The hotel rooms are spacious compared to those in central London. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. All of the staff are very professional and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Holiday Inn - a good experience"
Great place to stay when an an overnight stay is needed to catch a flight at LHR.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great and Convient !"
Our stay was short but sweet this hotel is very convient to LHR with full ammenities. Shuttle bus to airport (not included) but very convient. Staff very friendly and helpful as we had to also deal with rental car return which was at a different hotel down the road.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Typical holiday Inn. Clean but fairly cheap decor"
Very convenient if you need an overnight hotel at Heathrow. Lobby area was OK, and rooms were fairly typical of Holiday Inn's - Fairly cheap furnishings and bathroom but clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
"OVERPRICED AND UNDERSTAFFED"
We had unusually poor experience in the dining room of this expensive hotel. We had to ask for some water after being seated for more than 20 minutes, and we had to ask the waiter to check on our salad after waiting for a half hour or so. If you choose the menu over the buffet, be prepared to wait a long time for your food. It was difficult to get […] our luggage through the many fire doors to and from the single elevator (lift). The air in the hallways was stale and not moving at all, largely because of the incredible number of fire doors. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very convenient to Heathrow Airport"
Excellent. We were allowed into our room at 10.00am and check out at noon the following day. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for sleeping with coffee maker etc., available. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We would stay there again if needing a hotel for Heathrow Airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Several issues - overall disappointing"
If staying at this hotel, first be aware that there are two Holiday Inns at London Heathrow, both on Sipson Way. So first I was dropped off at the wrong one by the £4 Hotel Hoppa. Even though there were two other parties who were also dropped off at the wrong one (I.e. this clearly happens all the time), the other Holiday Inn had no provision (like […] a shuttle or hotel vehicle) to take their valued guests to the other property, a mere mile away. None of the employees at either property seemed concerned by this issue, although the concierge was all too happy to call me a car (probably his cousin) who, after a 20 minute or so wait, gladly took me to the other hotel for a mere £10. Sheesh! Checkin' at the correct hotel was okay, rooms were just okay, quite dated and not what I expected for over £150 a night, but decent. Hotel amenities were okay at best. Internet access was only free for 30 minutes, then paid. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn at this price. Upon checkout I was charged £4 for an in room movie even though I never even turned on the TV. Unfortunately I did not notice it, because I had to run for the bus back to the airport which arrived ahead of schedule. I'm a seasoned traveler, and in the UK twice a month, so overall I was quite disappointed in my stay. I guess in a pinch it will do, but I would not stay here again if I had a choice. "convenient for connection"
a nice hotel 20-30 minutes bus ride away from Heathrow terminalsGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was wonderful thought I arrived into Heathrow late at night so I was a bit nervous taking a double decker bus there but it worked out. The hotel itself was wonderful though I did have to walk a ways to get in. In general it was definitely one of the better hotels that I have stayed at just wish it were close to the city center.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I would stay here the next time I am at Heathrow. I wish I knew this hotel before!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"All was well but for the following"
Navigating the hotel was difficult because of the dual elevators and finding our room was almost a comedy. The entrance was unlit and we had trouble seeing our way when walking back to the hotel at 10pm. There didn't seem to be any detailed maps for navigating the free bus service.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent hotel at a great price."
We stayed at the Holiday Inn for two days at the conclusion of a cruise. We chose this hotel based on price and location. The location is right outside Heathrow Airport. The hotel is spread out so have the bell-hop take your luggage to the room. The rooms are very clean and modern in design. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. They have insulated […] the walls and windows so you do not hear noise from the airport. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Travel to the heart of London is easy with use of public transportation. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, from which you can get to the Heathrow Tube station for free. From there it takes about thirty minutes to get to the heart of London. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great Hotel for the Price and Location"
Great hotel just outside Terminal 1 and superb staffGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fine for airport stay"
It is an airport hotel. It was fine for the purpose it served and that is staying close to the airport. However, shuttle service to the airport isn't free. I believe it was 4.50 pounds per person. You can also take a cab for 12 pounds total.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Overnight Stay"
We spent one night here wrapping up our eight-day trip to London. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. We got an upgrade when the lights would not come on in the room. Not sure what the malfunction was, but the manager immediately moved us to an executive room since the maintenance people were busy at the time. Warning...do not stay at any […] of the airport hotels if you plan on going into central London often. It takes forever using the Underground and the Hoppa bus is not convenient for frequent trips to the airport to catch the subway. There is the Heathrow Express train that gets you to Paddington Station in Central London in about 15 minutes, but it is expensive and definitely not worth the cost if you use it many times. However, if you are only staying near the airport and not venturing into London too many times then this is a wonderful hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Needs new beds."
This hotel is an old Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, and the front desk and restaurant are well run and helpful. One major compaint: The small full-size bed had an actual trough on the side next to the phone. Bedding was clean and nice, but they really need new mattresses since most people go there to sleep before a morning flight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location for a couple of days in London"
One of the things I liked the most about this hotel was its location, so close to the airport but also close to public transportation to go to the central areas of London. The place is well taken care of and the people from the hotel were super nice. There was this girl from the reception Ewe if I am not mistaken that was super helpful with directions […] on how to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall very good. Would recommend staying here, especially for convenience to heathrow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I would never stay there again. The hotel is accross the street from the airport but you have to pay 4 pounds to take a shuttle. They charge 10 pounds for internet service and it is extremely slow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Holiday Day Inn at Heathrow"
This was a good Hotel located across from Heathrow Airport and easily assessable by the Airport Hopper busses. It was also very cost effective as most decent Hotels in the London area can be very costly. It does have a nice restaurant and if you arrive late the Bar will serve food so you will not starve to death. Also you can use major credit cards […] if you are short on English pounds Our room was really nice size with all the amenities one would expect and then some. I did not expect an ironing board and iron but it was there in the closet. I would definitely will use this Hotel again without reservation. Something I should mention and that is a lengthy layover at any airport. If you have never been to that city or country it can be a bonus mini vacation. When we returned from Rome, we had a very lengthy layover in London. We choose this Hotel because of its location and transportation availabilities. A quick trip on the airport hopper takes you to the hotel and back to the airport every 20 minutes or so. At Terminal 3 one can catch the Underground Piccadilly line (train system) and you are off to London. The layover allowed us to use the time we had to see a little of London. We were able to go to some of the major spots (Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace and the big ‘Eye” in the sky which as wonderful.) This layover gave us a free stop in London and a taste of England. My point being, use layovers and stretch your vacation Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Don't be fooled by the HI label or the price. Everything is an extra charge - airport shuttle, parking, breakfast, etc. Some comforts (ex hair dryer, ice machine) not provided. Front desk gave me wrong times for shuttle and I missed it. Next one was 30 minutes later so I had to take a taxi - for $30 - to my terminal. (the hotel is about a 10-15 minute […] drive from terminal 4). The room was - thankfully - clean. Overall relatively inexpensive but not a HI experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Adequate Facilities, Great Service"
This is an older HI, showing its age. The staff provided top notch service. The business internet was not speedy, but it worked. Very close to the major rental car returns such that you can return the car, walk to the hotel, and depart on that early AM flight. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Heathrow"
Very convenient hotel close to HeathrowGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth the price"
This hotel needs a taxi ride that cost approximately £10 to terminal 3 or you can take the hoppa bus H4 to terminal 3. This hotel needs a major renovation in order to qualify itself as four star. I would rate this a 2.5 star hotel.. Slightly better than dorm rooms at university.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good place to lay-over between flights"
Nothing special about this hotel, but it is totally adequate as a place to lay over between flights to/from Heathrow. It's as convenient to the airport as any other local hotel and easy to reach via Hoppa Bus H4. The in-house restaurant is fine with a good menu and rairly reasonable prices. I would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review

"prepaid rooms, issues when checking out"
Good stay except when we were checking out they said we had paid for two rooms instead of 3. I sent proof of all three rooms being paid for and haven't heard anything back. Frustrating!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Check other options."
Very basic services available within the room and the facilities. As a value proposition it is poor. Very expensive for what's offerred. Nevertheless, at London there's nothing economical; particularly if your currency is the dollar.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel if you have an early morning connection at Heathrow. Wouldn't stay here if you plan to sight see in central London for several days, though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
...compared with my previous stay at this hotel. Despite being promised the previous Monday that I would have the same room as before, I was given a different room that was not as quiet. Because of the way the iron and ironing board were hung in the closet, it was impossible to hang anything in the closet. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, I […] waited over 15 minutes after being seated before a person approached to take my order, and the service continued to be slow. To top it all off, when I checked out, they had no record of my room being prepaid and wanted to charge me! Luckily I had my Hotels.com printout with me, so they accepted that. "Layover in London"
The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay, particularly with an early morning flight. Shuttle to and from airport.. Not much around but easy to get to the city if you have time via public transport. Definitely a no frills hotel but you can access anything you need upon request.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good but expensive"
Good - Room service wasn't so great - I was hungry ordered food and I had to call after 1 hour to find out what happened.Genuine Expedia guest review
