Great location. Many amenities. Service impeccable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend especially for families.

The Corus was a good value for the money - especially after walking into some of the other private hotels in the area....the room was clean and spacious by European standards. The towels were a little worn as was the carpet and the upholstered furniture - but the bed had crisp linens and the bath was very clean. With little time spent in the room, I would consider staying there again for the price.

worst experience ever. i had to go get my own water from bar and the room was corridors and corridors away on the 2nd floor which was very bad since my mom was not well. also, we had to take our own bagsGenuine Expedia guest review

"Very clean hotel close to airport"
Room was very clean and Big. Bed was extremely comfortable. Right by the airport. We took the hoppa to and from for about 7 pounds round trip. The real disappointment was that breakfast was not included in the room charge. I don't believe we were informed of this when the booking was made through Expedia. In any case the Continental breakfast costing 13.95 UK pounds per person is a real rip off.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel"
Very clean hotel, near the airport, just 10 to 15 minutes in Taxi and we were charged only 15 pounds (couple with 4 bags from hotel to airport). Some airplane noise filters through, but not too bad. Food is good but expensive, so is the wi-fi and a bottle of water is 4.50 pounds!!! Connection with the shuttle bus is OK but the wait is long, more than […] 30 min (4.50 pounds per person). Do not have the airport information personnel call a taxi for you, it's a rip-off. They wanted to charge us 29 pounds (probably some profit sharing!). The hotel personnel is very friendly and serviceable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Holiday Inn Heathrow, Hayes"
I stayed in this hotel twice within a two week period. The first time was ok, but the internet was really slow and dodgy. I also ate in the restaurant and was disappointed in the buffet. The roast beef was ok, but the potatos were too dry. Overall, it definitely was not worth the price. The second time, everything was great. I liked the room better, […] the internet was working well, and I did not eat in the restaurant. It was a nice day, so I went for a walk and found a McDonald's and ate there instead. Extraordinarily convenient to the airport. Rooms nicely furnished. Service friendly and capable. Food mediocre and overpriced (you're a captive audience, there are no other restaurants nearby). "Disappointing - will try elsewhere next time"
Booked a double room but received single bed. Several bathroom tiles were cracked. Screw holes in bathroom where attachments had been removed previously but not filled in. Found the corridor doors narrow which for a Heathrow hotel is strange given that most guests will have luggage at check-in/out. "Nice hotel but food prices are outrageous!"
Hotel and bedding were in very good condition and comfortbale. However, the price of the food from the Restaurant was outrageous. Given the location to the airport I arrived late and had no easy other choice for a late meal. I ordered a basic dinner of fish (cod), nothing special and the price was $45.00, double what I expected to pay and the food quality […] was just ok. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Overnight for layover"
Very helpful front desk and employees. Food was quite expensive and not plentiful, Deli Steak Sandwich was very little meat and a lot of bread. Drinks at the bar were reasonable. Pub down the street was a much better bargain and good food, worth the walk (even in the cold). Room was very comfortable and suprisingly quite, climate control worked well […] as the window wouldn't open. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. Tub was EXTREMELY slippery and made for an uncomfortable shower. All in all very pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone and will stay again if the situation arises. "A letdown."
There was hair on one of the towels as we unraveled it and there was hair, not ours, in the bathtub when I went to have a show. Reception failed to help with a simple request for a bathroom scale. "Nice Hotel"
Overall, a nice hotel. I was surprised to be offered a smoking room but even being a heavy smoker, I was very turned off by the strong smell of stale smoke in the room. I've been in many smoking rooms in my time and there may have been a hint of a smoky smell but this was fairly overwhelming. Once I opened the window and aired the room out, it became […] tolerable but it was still very noticable. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable...I think the breakfast buffet was way too expensive but was very good nonetheless. The staff was first rate and the condition of the hotel was fantastic. As far as location, I don't think we could have possibly done better. The hotel was on a direct bus route(free for the airport) and we were there in less than 5 minutes. If you're looking to stay in London for longer than a night or two, this isn't the place to stay..Heathrow is quite a distance from the center of town but if you're looking for clean, friendly and convenient to the airport, this is the place. it was a very nice clean hotel with alot of comfort in the room, but muat say food places in the sorrounding are far away, food at the hotel to a tight budget is expensive, never the less is nice, and it is a good location for those who need a close hotel from the airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wouldn't stay here again"
Arrived to find a party with loud music in the lobby. The hotel staff told me that the restaurant was closed and that I would have to order room service. "Airport hotel -- want to charge for the air"
Typical airport hotel, expensive, and want to charge for the air you breathe. Example: wireless - "free 30 minutes" advertised, but (a) didn't work and (b) was 30 minutes at 128 kbs. Not 1 MBPS, kilo. Otherwise, place an order. Asked for assistance at front desk, very weak response. Fixed market, somewhat, and I'd go back only for the convenience of […] location -- if you need to be near the airport early, it's fine. If you want any sort of amenities, look elsewhere. A/C turns off when you leave the room (runs only when keycard is in slot). Not as useful as you might think to get a cool room. Restaurant / bar was very slow. Took 20 minutes for anything from the bar. It wasn't crowded. I dunno, I just got the feeling the staff was mostly going through the motions. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Couldn't get closer to Heathrow if you tried. good pub down the street. Clean and comfortable. Very nice for a nights rest before a moning flight back the the US. "Taxi Fraud"
Warning. There are in fact two Holiday Inns within one thousand yards on the same street. The hotel does not reveal this despite the fact that every day dozens of guests end up paying a taxi to take them to the wrong hotel, and then have to pay again to get to the right hotel. I saw this happening when I discovered I was at the wrong hotel. "Lay over at Heathrow"
This hotel was convenient for a one night lay over at Heathrow. Excellent pub (3 Magpies Pub) maybe two minutes walk, with small shooping area equi-distant. Check in was relatively painless, but although I had a non smoking room there was tell tale odors of tobacco smoke in the room & in the hallway. I had to call down to the desk to advise them that […] a previous client had knocked sizable holes in the back to the bathroom door. There was no bar soap in the room. There was however a wall mounted container of cream soap that had a strange congealed consistency...was tough to rinse it off. I paid for internet service, but it was not in existence in my room, either with their cable or wifi...this was a major hinderance to gettingwork done during the lay over. The Holiday Inn at Heathrow was a great place for an overnight stay if you are traveling through. I was quite pleased with the Holiday Inn Heathrow. It was a quick shuttle ride from the airport on the Hoppa bus. Reception staff greeted us nicely. "Overnight stay for flight out of LHR"
The hotel was fine for a short stay. We used it because of the shuttle to and from LHR (at a small cost). It is very close to the airport (view out front windows is onto the runway), but it seems to be outside of the normal flight path, so we did not hear the planes taking off or landing. The food in the restaurant is mediocre and over-priced. Beware […] if you wish to use the Internet. You will receive half an hour of free access and then after that you must pay by the hour or MB depending on whichever comes first. The system does not seem to track your time accurately so you may be charged several times for your so called "2 hours." Even with the Internet cable in the room, the Internet is painfully slow and you cannot move to the more comfy couch or bed to surf - you will be chained to the small desk. There was a small fridge in our room which was great. This is a very basic hotel - but had great amenities for an English hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location to LHR"
We stayed here cause of the early AM flight next morning. Our main question was how to get from Airport (any terminal) to the Hotel without paying 8 GB, or 20 GB for the cab. Rather than telling you how to get there, we found it effective to just go to the Airport central bus station and ask the help desk. All buses within a set diameter surrounding […] the airport, is FREE. The hotel is only 5 mins away on bus and trains are free within terminal transfers. Hotel was excellent, very clean, more modernize than i thought and the brkfst buffet was great. The front desk was great also. "Easier and cheaper to reach than website lets on"
We were upgraded to an "executive room," which was about the quality of a good standard hotel room in any major chain. We did not see the room we originally booked, which presumably was lower quality. We arrived at 8 PM--plane noise was persistent until about midnight, but we slept through it, and believe it stopped completely sometime during the night. Hotel […] website lists a "shuttle" from Heathrow terminals to hotel at 4 pounds per person, one way. This is NOT a hotel shuttle but a Heathrow bus (H3 or H4, don' t remember for sure) that runs every 15-20 minutes depending on time of day. Price is actually 4.5 pounds, so to get to the hotel and BACK would be 9 pounds--not cheap at current dollar exchange rate. HOWEVER, there also is the U3 bus that runs from Heathrow Central Bus Station and stops very near hotel, that is FREE. We used this to return to airport the following morning for our flight. It came on schedule, to the second! 6 minutes from pickup to drop off, and then a very short walk to any of the terminals 1-3. Don't know how it would work for Terminal 5. Excellent free 30 mnutes of Wi-fi in hotel common areas. Staff was very helpful and polite. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not a good choice"
This hotel, while very convenient to the Heathrow was not a place I would ever want to stay again. The service at the front desk was far less than stellar. They didn't even offer to have our bags taken to the room. We had to get a cart and do that ourselves through about a dozen doors and up the elevator to the third floor. The halls were very dimly […] lit and spooky. The room itself was only average or below average and the bathroom smelled like stale urine. The air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the window which looked out directly onto one of the runways at Heathrow, and we were so close that the jet fumes were awful, plus of course the noise was terrible as well. The price on Expedia sounded like a great deal and the location was great, but as the old saying goes, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't!!" Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Holiday Inn London Heathrow"
I reserved two non-smoking rooms for the night for my family. One room was fine, but ours was SO entrenched with the smell of smoke that I had to sleep with the window open and fan on, even though it was relatively cold. I would have asked for another room, but due to delays, we didn't arrive until 01:30 a.m. and we were too tired. The breakfast was […] really basic and astoundingly expensive. Though they called a taxi for us, the charge was 8 pounds more expensive than the taxi we got from the same destination at 01:15 a.m. I can't confirm or deny if there is any connection with the taxi gouging.
