Efficient, friendly desk staff, well maintained breakfast area, walk to okay restaurants. Hallway carpets a bit ragged and no elevator but okay for me. Location convenient for my purpose. I didn't drive during heavy commuter times. I'd stay here again. Location, room, etc. met my needs.

The pool was closed, which was not what I expected and was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, along with the location and price. The room was tiny, old-fashioned and outdated. The refrigerator was not very cold. The AC had one setting--on or off and blew the curtain up in the air over the bed next to the window. It was very clean, nice size, great mattress room. The staff were friendly and we were so happy we stayed an extra night. Very happy and no one asked me to say this. I am just a normal Senior traviling around the state with my husband with our little get aways.

I have stayed here periodically over the past 4 years. This is a great hotel for the money. Helpful staff. They have a good breakfast, waffles, cinnamon rolls coffee, fruit, cereal and yogurt. We were running late for a bday dinner, so we checked in to get the keys, but left without putting our stuff in the room. We got back to our room at 3 am, there were no sheets on the bed and no pillows in the room. We went down to the lobby and the clerk gave us keys to a new room on the 3rd floor (no elevator) we walked up to the 3rd floor with our […] luggage, only to have the keys not work. We walked back down to the lobby, and we were given keys to a room with two double beds instead of one king. It was so late by that point we didn't care. It was okay. There were a few issues though. The shower and toilet did not operate correctly. There was only toast and cereal for breakfast. The blow dryer broke in the middle of using it. Other than those issues things were good.

I travel on a regular basis and this experience was less than stellar. In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. I should've just shelled out an extra $40 bucks and stayed at a nicer hotel. ISSUES: Could not check me in (10pm) because their computer router went down. Had to call Pratish's uncle who didn't answer the phone. After 20 minutes of waiting, […] they checked me in anyway without a credit card for "Incidentals." They put me on the 3rd floor, but they don't have any elevators. I had about 200 lbs worth of gear in my car that I wasn't going to leave outside. They moved me to a first floor room. None of the 3 sets (6 keys total) worked to open the door as I had to make 3 trips from to room to the front desk and back (carrying 200 lbs worth of stuff with no help from staff). They used a master key to open my room door and told me that I just have to insert my card key properly. REALLY??? Also as I walked down the hallway, you could smell marijuana and cigarette smoke. Geez!! Room was small, updated, and well maintained. Tiny sink sits outside the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Went to the "Free" breakfast and my choices were cereal, or small / stale danishes. Coffee wasn't brewed and I didn't want to wait. I ended up leaving, and went across the street to Jack in the Box instead. Not a horrific stay, but you certainly get what you pay for. Read more

We were on our way to Reno and needed apace to stay near the Ariana so that we could go to the Kings/Lakers game. For the price it was the most convenient being only 7 miles from the game. The hotel itself was ok but some of the clientele were very creepy and are running around the halls all night. This place was quite new. It was significantly nicer than the typical Super 8, with nice room furnishings in near-new shape. Breakfast lacked fruit or yogurt, so was nothing special. I always book a hotel that has Internet. They said they did, but it wasn't working when I needed it. This problem then required me to go find a Starbucks to get some important work done. I wasn't happy. The room was fine besides that and the price was good.

We got a non smoking room but when we walked into the hotel the whole place smelled like smoke! It was terrible because my daughter is allergic to smoke! The hallway and rooms smelled! It was gross!

the WiFi only worked in the breakfast area. I had work to do and it didnt get done because I had no internet connection in my room. I also only used my phone in my room therefore I did not benefit in any way from their Wifi! When we checked in it was just after noon and we asked if out roomms could be next to each other. The attendant told us the only rooms he had were on the third floor. We said ok. After checking is in he handed us the keys then told us there is no elevator. (Would of liked to have known that before we agreed to third level). Got to our room it didn't […] have a bed spread. Only 1 thin blanket and sheet, 2 small bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash rag. Called down to notify desk about bed spread and ask for more towels. We were told not enough bed spreads for every room and they didn't have anymore towels. We we're towel to wait for laundry to be finished and we may get some then. We left our rooms and went sight seeing. When we came back we asked again for more towels. No each room is allotted 2 towels and that's it. I. Asked for another blanket and I was also told the hotel did not have extra blankets either. I should just turn up the heater. So I will not stay in another Super 8 again. Read more
