Loved our stay at the Fife and Drum. The location is perfect for a visit to William & Mary's campus as well as Colonial Williamsburg. My fiancee and I... met in Williamsburg, and this was the perfect spot to stay for a walk down memory lane. Our room, the William & Mary, was very comfortable, right next to the pretty back porch and prettily decorated. We loved the W&M memorabilia in the room, every thing was very clean and cozy. The owner was incredibly nice, we enjoyed talking to him on our first morning at the Inn and our needs were well attended too. Overall, very quaint, clean, cozy and a perfect location. Stayed there for our anniversary. Couldn't have been happier with the room or their service!Awesome little B&B with a great home cooked breakfast available in the morning. Their cottage we got is perfect for a second honeymoon. Very cozy. Had a wonderful stay there!

I was very impressed with the Inn. It was very close to all the things we came to see, lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks, shopping etc. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great! My only (minor) complaint is that the front desk closes early each day. They were helpful in leaving our room key. The next day the owner of the Inn was able to provide useful information in touring Williamsburg. It's too bad we didn't get to talk to her the day before!

I was there with my 9 and 11 year old boys, and we loved it. If you have loud rambunctious kids, I would not reccommend this location. It is quaint and delightful, not somewhere you want to have high energy children. The rooms were comfortable and still maintained the period feel we were looking for. We loved our stay here. Location is perfect! Bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Loved that we could wal everywhere and shop. The only down fall is trying to drop off your luggage and park but doesn't matter with all the advantages you get staying here. We just loved it and would do it again in a second.

This is an excellent B&B - right in the middle of Historic Willaimsburg. We parked our car in their FREE parking lot and left it there. We could walk to everything. Some of the best restaurants in W'burg are within 1-2 blocks. We will definitely stay there again.
