The hotel room was a bit small, with a small TV, but the view of the river from the window was very nice. It was clean with a nice bathroom.. Breakfast was on the 3rd floor, with tables and backless chairs, not conducive to lingering over a cup of coffee. The food offered was really bad, just barely acceptable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Had business at the Wilmington Convention Center and the location of the Best Western is ideal! Gorgeous view from my room, loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints from me. Staff was super friendly, as well. I would certainly stay here again.

Very little counter space in the bathroom. Weird shower head that came down directly from the ceiling. Few electrical outlets around the desk area. Outside room access. Staff not super-friendly. Clean enough. Cool sanitized TV remote. Neighborhood seemed safe. Not enough pros to stay here again.

Quaint, low cost, clean, all River Front rooms with friendly staff. Lots o' parking and minutes by foot to beautiful and historic Wilmington, NC. Qulte acceptable. It was the only pet-friendly hotel I could find in a very pet friendly area, so we more or less had to stay there. That said, it was a very nice experience. The location couldn't be better, right on the dock with plenty of benches and within a 10 minute stroll of shops & restaurants on Water St and Front St (many of the restaurants are dog friendly too and happily bring your pup a bowl of water).
