Hotel Präsident - Munich

We were in a room on the 7th floor. The room was hit by sunlight all day, there were windows to help cool the room down, but the noise from the street was so loud it was disruptive when sleeping. It was a great location to walk to Octoberfest, but expensive for the location and quality of the room.

Good location, helpful reception staff. Lots of places to eat nearby and not far from train station. Room simple but served its purpose, breakfast was great, heaps of variety and friendly staff. Chocolate on bed each day too!

This was a very comfortable hotel. The room was clean and spacious with all of the necessary ammenties. The breakfas buffet provided was awesome. The location was perfect for attending Oktoberfest or access to the main platz. or trainstation and public transportation. My only critique is that there was a charge for wifi. Otherwise, it was great.

The hotel is very close to the train station, walking distance and tourist areas. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast is great with a big variety. We had a great stay for two nights.

The staff were most helpful and obliging. Our room was on the top floor and was extremely small and hot. My friends who booked long after me had a room on the third floor which was much larger and cooler. I had a comfortable stay, clean room though a bit on the small side and everything that I needed. Good selection of quality food for breakfast. Very central location leaves it easy to see the sights, its also near the main railway line

The hotel is in a great location, just 5 mins walk to the old town of Munich, 2 mins walk to the central train station. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However there were some significant issues with this hotel. The street outside is very busy and noisy. The hotel rooms do not have air conditioning and the street side rooms are south […] facing meaning you return to a room which has been heated by the sun all day. At night time you either open the window and to listen to all the sounds of passing traffic or people from the local bars or shut the windows and tolerate the stiffling heat. We booked with prasident hotel but when we arrived they put us in the Wallis hotel down the street. The staff was blunt and unkind. They charged us an additional 50 euro because a friend stayed with us and we went over the 4 person limit. Not recommended

Struttura un pò vecchiotta da rimodernare, ascensore piccolissimo (max 3 pax) e molto lento. Camere spaziose ma con letti non troppo comodi. Non forniscono il kit da bagno. D'estate l'assenza di aria condizionata ti obbliga a tenere la finestra aperta ma essendo molto caldo non riesci a dormire bene, in più non ci sono le tapparelle ma solo delle tende […] pesanti che ti tocca chiudere per non farti vedere da fuori. Se hai la sfortuna come noi di avere la camera che affaccia sulla strada non riesci a chiudere occhio anche a causa del gran rumore. La colazione è soddisfacente in quanto abbondante (ma non chiedete il cappuccino!). Posizionato in una via adiacente alla stazione principale di Monaco. Il quartiere è pieno di casinò, negozi che acquistano oro usato e ristoranti etnici. La strada è molto trafficata e chiassosa a tutte le ore, non girava bella gente anche se non abbiamo avuto problemi. A due passi da Karlsplatz (Stachus) e in 15 minuti circa da Marienplatz e dal centro. Possibilità di prendere la metro sia dalla stazione che da Karlsplatz. Read more

Nous avons demandé une twin. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un grand lit. En réservant longtemps à l'avance je pensais qu'une twin serait disponible.Point positif chambre très calme sur l'arrière permettant d'ouvrir les fenêtres ce qui n'est certainement pas possible côté rue ( il n'y a pas de climatisation)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielseitig. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sowie zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend.

L'hotel ha una ubicazione strepitosa per chi vuole passeggiare nel centro di monaco; è a due passi da marien platz e da questa è comodissimo sia girare a piedi nelle zone limitrofe, che prendere tutti i mezzi pubblici per andare in ogni dove....l'hotel poi è semplice ed è ottimo per soggiorni brevi o fine settimana...ed in ultimo ma non per importanza […] anche la colazione non è niente male. infine io ho scelto questo hotel anche grazie alla valutazione di altri utenti che come me si sono trovati bene. spero sia di aiuto. Ein 3 Bett Zimmer, leider ein kleines schimmelbefall über die Düsche müsste ich beim auschecken mitteilen. Ansonsten wirklich sehr angenehmen & gepflegt, von daher wird ich noch empfehlen. Falls doch noch jemand was vergleichbares berichtet sollte man dann doch die Fingern davon lassen.

뮌헨의 중앙역에서 도보 5분정도이고, 찾아가기도 쉬웠어요,.. 무엇보다 조식이 맘에 들었고요, 대부분의 메뉴가 다른 호텔들과 비슷한데, 제가 개인적으로 좋아하는 훈제연어가... ^^ 그리고 길 바로 건너에 k-town이라는 한식당이 있더라구요,.. 저희는 밤 늦게 들어오고 하는 바람에 체크아웃하고 발견해서 가보지도 못했네요~ 한국음식 그리울때 바로 앞에 있다는 점도 좋을것 같고요,.. 리셉션직원들은 무표정합니다. 독일 사람들이 그렇다하네요~ 단지 주위환경이 술집이 많고, 작은 카지노들이 있긴한데,.. 뮌헨역근처가 원래 좀 그런것 같아요. 위험할 정도는 아니었어요,..

Vi ankomt hotellet kl 07.30 om morgenen, og forventet ikke et rom så tidlig. Damen i resepsjonen ba oss vennlig om å gå til frokostsalen, og når vi hadde inntatt en perfekt frokost, var rommet vårt rengjort og klart til en deilig hvil. Hotellet ligger sentralt til, og anbefales til alle.
