"Hotel was beautiful"
Room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Would definitely stay again!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved our stay at the Auberge, and will consider staying the the future. There are a few things that others should note. The Auberge is is in a tower that has both offices, and residences as well as the private Terminal City Club. In fact this used to be run by the club, but is now with the Sterling group. Of note: 1. There's not much of a street […] presence, there's no doorman and the signage is easy to miss. Look for the Terminal City Tower on Hastings. 2. The lobby is sparse, and doesn't offer any place to relax. 3. They offer parking, but I didn't see a valet. Pro tip: park at the adjacent EasyPark lot, it's a couple bucks cheaper during the week, and only $8 on weekends. 4. As guest, you are invited to use the professionally maintained Terminal City Club athletic facilities. These are top notch. The pool, spa, work out facility are top notch. The pool is on the 4th floor, with a view to the north and west. 5. Included breakfast is light, and in a cramped room, come early. 6. The room was very well kept, clean, service was quick for any needs. No (food) room service. In conclusion, there's a lot of hidden perks here: No doorman or valets to tip, cheaper parking adjacent, FREE wifi, FREE simple breakfast and FREE access to an amazing gym/pool/spa. This well exceeds any of the missing items like doting doorman and plush lounges. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location.... Customer Service needs improvem"
Parking was confusing when we arrived late. I did not receive a good welcome when I checked in later than the time I was expected by the front desk employee. Check out was unprofessional when two of the employees were discussing my final charges.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice room, great location though a little spendy"
The hotel is in a mixed-use building so don't look for a flashy sign on the outside (go into Terminal City Tower). I walked past it twice before going in and asking if it was the right place. Train from Vancouver Airport stops one block away for an inexpensive trip in and out. Hotel was two blocks from Granville and downtown Vancouver for restaurants, […] shopping and sightseeing. The room was lovely- the deluxe king included a kitchenette - and everything looked fairly new. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and fabulous service"
Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a beautiful view of the inlet and the mountains. Service was excellent. Highly recommend the Auberge Vancouver Hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to cruise terminal and must-see sights"
It was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was wonderful and so convenient to everything. We loved it and would certainly stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best value for money downtown"
Amazing quality in a club-style hotel. Strongly recommended for business travelers.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay in great hotel"
Staff was wonderful! Very eager to help in any way they could. Definitely recommend this place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall we had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. The taxis and tour bus operators had a hard time finding hotel due to the name change. Our only complaint was that the bathroom lighting was dark. This made it very hard to shave or apply makeup.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not 4.5 Stars"
Not a bad hotel, but not 4.5 stars. There was only basic cable, no on-demand movies. That part was very disappointing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Classy place, large room"
I stayed here for a conference at the VCC in May 2014. It is conveniently close to the conference center-just a turn around the block, cross the street, and you are there. Located in a nice area of town, but rooms were more affordable than some of the other posh hotels in the area. My room came with breakfast which was quite good, for continental. Walking […] distance to everything imaginable. One relatively short bus ride-Bus #50-to Granville Island. Hotels guests get free tickets to nice gym located in hotel building. Downside is that hotel is located within an office-apartment building, and noticeable lack of porters to help with luggage. I had to schlep my bags up to my room. Room itself was large, comfortable, modern; 2 complimentary bottles of water supplied every day. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Better than home"
Fantastic 2 room suites close to everything in Vancouver.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our room. It was great for the price. Nicely appointed. Excellent gym and pool. The Hotel was hard to find since it is actually a part of a City Club and not distinctive as an independent Hotel. Don't expect any service for luggage. Desk staff was not too helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location and lobby were impressive but the room not so much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A weekend away"
I was very impressed with this hotel! My girlfriend and I are young professionals from Seattle and wanted a quick getaway. We arrived at the hotel and the people at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful. They answered questions about the surrounding area and even offered us options for food and gave us some recommendations for bars as […] well. We were even offered a free upgrade to higher floor room with a view. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were only a couple blocks from the Gastown district and we had a wide variety of dinning options right out the door of the hotel. What was most impressive was the level of service! We literally felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel! I plan to go back very soon! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasantly surprised- great value, great location"
I really enjoyed my stay here in the heart of downtown Vancouver overlooking the north shore. The hotel has a very posh welcome area, and the rooms are very inviting and well thought out. The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it is free and has a great view of the city below, so I can't really complain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice boutique hotel Rooms are nice but did not have a viewGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs work on facility"
the staff saved it....otherwise not impressed with physical facility and size of room....very small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
rather awkward hotel, I think it's more of a club. Getting from the garage to the room is like going thru a maze. The view was far from sweeping unless you like looking at a wall. The rooms are small but comfortable, the bed was great. Don't order the tuna melt in the Lion's Pub downstairs, yuck.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet and Comfortable...Very Relaxing"
We were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hotel at Terminal City Club. Like others in some of the reviews we had read before booking, we found it to be a bit different than a regular hotel, but for us the differences were the best part! If you're looking for a vibrant hotel scene with lots of activity then Terminal City Club is probably […] not your best choice. If on the other hand you prefer a quiet and more calm oasis in the midst of all the Vancouver city life has to offer, you should find the Terminal City Club just right! Our room was on the 10th floor and very near the elevator, yet we never heard anything with other guests or hotel employees in the hallways or rooms next to ours; just what we wanted it to be after each long and tiring day/evening exploring Vancouver. I am a somewhat picky hotel guest when it comes to upkeep and cleanliness (I take a plastic bag for TV remotes, HATE bedspreads/blankets that get used 100's of times, etc!) but I didn't have any issues with things here. We had read that the dress codes in the various eating areas are strict, but for us that wasn't an issue because we weren't around the hotel at mealtimes. We did stop in at the Lions Pub one late afternoon for a glass of wine and a couple of appetizers (2 for 1 for guests!) and our "nice" jeans and fleece jackets were completely acceptable there. We would not hesitate either to recommend Terminal City Club or to book another stay here in the future! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice and clean hotel close to cruise line docks"
The hotel was nice and close but über expensive. The maid walked right in after a knock on the door to bring complimentary water and ice which I thought was odd. There was no chance to answer the door. The dress restrictions for the hotel restaurants were a bit extreme ( collared shirts and colored jeans, no denim). That made leaving the hotel for all […] meals the only option. Would probably not use again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

AC/Heat thermostat would not raise temp in room. Staff did bring in space heaters and maintenance did fix problem on monday. Sauna in health club did not get hot enough.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent hotel, close to everything!"
Absolutely loved our time here. Stayed for 2 nights, and it was just fantastic. Got a nice coupon to use at the pub nearby, enjoyed the spa, and loved being in the heart of Vancouver. Whenever I go back, I would absolutely love to stay at The Hotel at Terminal City Club again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Surprise dress code"
The hotel is very nice, very comfortable, but the dress code that was not advertised beforehand was slightly off-putting. This hotel is part of a club and the club has certain rules which made my partner and I a little uncomfortable in just our casual clothing. This hotel would be fantastic for business trips or if you're traveling in formal wear.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nicest Obstacle Course Ever"
For context, I was in town for 2 days of biz meetings. GoogleMaps took me to the front of the building, but the hotel is not well-advertised on the street. It was Sunday evening so traffic was light and I was able to park and wander the block to find the entrance. After checking in, the front desk gave me a small paper map for the underground parking […] garage. The map was not the scale and I had to creep along the road to find the entrance. Exiting required finding the right elevator and then deciphering the two menus of buttons. Following the snaking hallway, I arrived at the lobby, then proceeded to another set of elevators to ride to my floor. Inside this elevator--yep--were two sets of doors on opposites sides of the car with mismatching buttons. You can't use the main elevator to get to the gym, despite what the sign says, and accessing it requires asking the Front Desk employee to use their card on another elevator to access the fitness facilities. However, once you are at the area, having gone through this obstacle course, you are treated to one of nicest hotel features; the pool is 25m long--great for laps--the jacuzzi is steaming hot, and there are adult-only hours in the morning and evening. The hotel has nice amenities and provides a comfortable stay and the staff is friendly. I never felt like a second-class citizen, but I was definitely left with the impression that serving folks like me was not a full-time job of the operation. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Great hotel! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the convention center, Stanley park and not too far from the Robson shopping district. I enjoyed myself .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Luxurious and a perfect location"
The view of Canada Place from our room was amazing. The hotel was very quiet for being in the middle of downtown. We could walk or take the train or bus to everything. We also loved the Lion's Pub on the lower level.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Cruise ship close"
Excellent location and a beautiful hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
If you are looking for a hotel close to Canada Place, this was an excellent choice. The room was expensive, but included a kitchenette (with microwave and refridgerator), had a lovely view of the city and was extremely comfortable. The hotel provided free wifi, and shortly after we arrived, they knocked on our door with complimentary bottles of water […] in a bucket of ice. It was a nice touch! Our only complaint was that the television had some issues, but as we were only there one night, we had no way of knowing if the hotel was aware of the problem before we reported it. Overall, would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We spent 5 nights in a king suite. Excellent value. Big, comfortable room. Nice bed. Only negative was the carpet seemed musty - a bit damp. Otherwise a very nice place, in a nice location.Genuine Expedia guest review
"The Hotel at Terminal Club City"
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night prior to a cruise leaving from Vancouver. Overall the experience was excellent. I booked two rooms at the most economical rate and one of the rooms was suprisingly upgraded to a suite.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very convenient for cruisers."
We stayed at the Terminal City Club prior to our Alaskan cruise. Bellman took us and our luggage over to the port terminal prior to our check-in. It was extremely helpful. The Grill was overpriced and the quality did not meet the cost. We should have eating takeout from the mall across the street.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It was ok but I expected better"
The hotel was ok but for the price you expect better. The restaurant in the hotel ( The Grill) was terrible. The food is so over priced and the food is of poor quality. The only thing on the menu that seemed to be ok was the prime rib. Overall I LOVED Vancouver Canada can't wait to go back, but there are so many choices to stay this hotel needs to try […] harder. "Walk to cruise ship docks, eateries and arcitectur"
The hotel was lovely. a $40 cab ride from the airport. Lobby was a plesant surprise; old world charm with a modern do-over.The staff could not be friendlier, the porter actually took our bags to the port terminal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
What a great hotel! The room was small (reminds me of rooms in Europe) but very clean. The room had a small kitchenette and a good selection of cable channels. The lobby area is just immaculate. I found the staff to be very courteous and professional. We arrived at 10:30AM and they let us check in! It's located right in the middle of town so it's convenient […] to walk to a lot of attractions: Gastown, the waterfront, Chinatown, and Vancouver Lookout to name a few. We arrived by cruise ship and walked 3 blocks to the hotel! For those that need a coffee fix, there's a Starbucks across the street. It's worth the stay!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Club at Terminal City"
Great location, convenient parking. Suite w/ Harbor view was excellent and very pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The attached Health is a very nice amenity and really enjoyed all the amenities in the club itself. Very very nice indeed.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Decent hotel, too pricey for issues the room had"
The hotel was nice for the most part, but there was popcorn on the floor of the room, the closet door didn't open properly and the entrance light flickered like a horror film. Also the elevator buttons didn't always seem to work. Other than that the hotel was generally clean and an alright place to stay. "We'll be back!"
Extremely nice staff, well appointed rooms, and a great location. Parking works out to about 25 a night.Genuine Expedia guest review
Gracious staff and spacious well-appointed room made us feel right at home. We were treated with the utmost respect (even though we didn't quite meet the club dress code.) Great location with easy access to many of the city's sights. "Quiet room in great location"
At first we were put in a room across from the elevators. I'm a light sleeper and the dinging was going to bother me. I asked the front desk if we could have another room. My past experience is that this is a big deal for a hotel. The Terminal Bay Club couldn't have been more accomodating or quicker with a new room away from elevators. It was one of […] the quietest rooms I've ever had (10th floor though). The room was comfortable with modern updates and very clean. Walking distance to everything and only a block away from waterfront and gastown. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing value for price"
We had a great experience. We booked a city view suite, that was large enough for our family of four. we liked the fact that we had two separate rooms in a way and a small kitchenette. The pool was amazing and the fitness center great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very central and everything is walking distance or accessible […] via public transportation. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that the hotel is part of a business club and therefore there is no real common area or warmth. We would not feel like hanging out anywhere besides our room or the pool, pretty much. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
