Excellent hotel, but it is missing the services and amenities of a hotel of this category. Parking is expensive and not well connected to the hotel. Lounge is basically one of the rooms in the eight floors.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Convenient walking distance to cruise ships and sky-train to airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a good night rest & a good meal at the near by Four season hotel. We will come back to this hotel on our next trip back to Vancouver. The staffs simply wonderful, we just disembarked from a cruise in the early hour & we had our room in no time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect location prior to a cruise"
We stayed at the hotel prior to a cruise to Alaska. The hotel is within walking distance from Canada Place Ship Terminal. When we checked out, the hotel actually took our luggage for us to the ship, we did not have to deal with it, it was delivered for us. The staff is very gracious and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting V […] ancouver. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close To Waterfront Walk"
Great hotel for the price. However, some may find it difficult to locate. The walk from the garage to the hotel lobby is like a rabbit warren.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location for the waterfront and Gastown"
I enjoyed the hotel and would return. The Concierge was very helpful and recommended some great places to eat.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Room/Nice Services"
Staff let us have our room at 9:00am after ending a cruise at 6:00am. Sooo nice!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
There is quite a potpourri of businesses within the building. In addition to the hotel, there are office suites, a private club, residences and a fitness center. The pool is not really part of the hotel, but is part of the fitness center and is made available to hotel guests when the fitness center is open. The staff of the fitness center/pool acted […] as if the hotel guests were a nuisance and the hours were odd. On Sunday, the pool closed at 5:00 pm. The pool was completely closed on Monday as it was a holiday. The hotel portion was lovely - great room, well located, staff gracious and the service excellent. Great location. 2 blocks to cruise ship! Nice staff. One low point, our room which had a big window faced a large brick wall!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Auberge is outstanding! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. They also offer a free continental breakfast. The location is perfect, just two blocks from the cruise port and very close to the convention center and other points of interest. The Auberge would be our hotel of choice if we return to Vancouver.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice hotel. A bit hard to find but in such a convenient location. Have been there twice and like itGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for Cruise get away"
We booked this hotel due to the convenience of the location and ratings by previous guests. We were not disappointed. It was right off the SkyTrain, two blocks from Canada Place port and two blocks from our favorite Brew Pub - Steam Works. The front desk moved us to the top floor with an excellent view. Great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great little boutique hotel"
Great hotel. Quiet and a nice harbor view. Close to convention center, cruise ships and Gastown. Breakfast is provided as well as refrigerator and microwave and coffee/teapot in the room. Free Wi-Fi and exercise room and pool. So much nicer than the rooms my friends stayed at for more money and just as close to all the attractions.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay if you are cruising"
Classy upscale place walking distance to cruise terminal and Canada Place. We loved the whole experience there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
No valet, but good spot to stay for cruise, park at Canada place only a block to hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel was beautiful"
Room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Would definitely stay again!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved our stay at the Auberge, and will consider staying the the future. There are a few things that others should note. The Auberge is is in a tower that has both offices, and residences as well as the private Terminal City Club. In fact this used to be run by the club, but is now with the Sterling group. Of note: 1. There's not much of a street […] presence, there's no doorman and the signage is easy to miss. Look for the Terminal City Tower on Hastings. 2. The lobby is sparse, and doesn't offer any place to relax. 3. They offer parking, but I didn't see a valet. Pro tip: park at the adjacent EasyPark lot, it's a couple bucks cheaper during the week, and only $8 on weekends. 4. As guest, you are invited to use the professionally maintained Terminal City Club athletic facilities. These are top notch. The pool, spa, work out facility are top notch. The pool is on the 4th floor, with a view to the north and west. 5. Included breakfast is light, and in a cramped room, come early. 6. The room was very well kept, clean, service was quick for any needs. No (food) room service. In conclusion, there's a lot of hidden perks here: No doorman or valets to tip, cheaper parking adjacent, FREE wifi, FREE simple breakfast and FREE access to an amazing gym/pool/spa. This well exceeds any of the missing items like doting doorman and plush lounges. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location.... Customer Service needs improvem"
Parking was confusing when we arrived late. I did not receive a good welcome when I checked in later than the time I was expected by the front desk employee. Check out was unprofessional when two of the employees were discussing my final charges.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not really worth the price."
The hotel has no major sign outside and is difficult to find ( 2 taxi drivers had never heard of it). There is no restaurant or bar and the continental breakfast was very basic. There were two chairs in the room and neither of them was comfortable to sit in for any length of time. Using the TV was so complicated we gave up.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice room, great location though a little spendy"
The hotel is in a mixed-use building so don't look for a flashy sign on the outside (go into Terminal City Tower). I walked past it twice before going in and asking if it was the right place. Train from Vancouver Airport stops one block away for an inexpensive trip in and out. Hotel was two blocks from Granville and downtown Vancouver for restaurants, […] shopping and sightseeing. The room was lovely- the deluxe king included a kitchenette - and everything looked fairly new. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Hotel and Great Location"
We spent 3 nights at the end of a cruise at the Auberge Vancouver Hotel. The staff, Ali in particular, was very helpful. He checked us in promptly, stored our bags for a few hours and placed them in our room once it was ready. He provided several excellent suggestions for sightseeing and dining. My wife enjoyed using the fitness center and pool. She […] mentioned the staff there being very helpful as well. The continental breakfast included a good selection of pastries and breads and excellent coffee. We certainly will consider a stay at the Auberge on our next trip to Vancouver. "Great stay in great hotel"
Staff was wonderful! Very eager to help in any way they could. Definitely recommend this place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall we had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. The taxis and tour bus operators had a hard time finding hotel due to the name change. Our only complaint was that the bathroom lighting was dark. This made it very hard to shave or apply makeup.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not 4.5 Stars"
Not a bad hotel, but not 4.5 stars. There was only basic cable, no on-demand movies. That part was very disappointing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel close to harbor"
Hotel is not as new as it is shown in pictures. Seems a little run down. Overall very nice and helpful staff. In my opinion a little overpriced for what it is. Gym is outstanding (it is a freestanding Gym).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Classy place, large room"
I stayed here for a conference at the VCC in May 2014. It is conveniently close to the conference center-just a turn around the block, cross the street, and you are there. Located in a nice area of town, but rooms were more affordable than some of the other posh hotels in the area. My room came with breakfast which was quite good, for continental. Walking […] distance to everything imaginable. One relatively short bus ride-Bus #50-to Granville Island. Hotels guests get free tickets to nice gym located in hotel building. Downside is that hotel is located within an office-apartment building, and noticeable lack of porters to help with luggage. I had to schlep my bags up to my room. Room itself was large, comfortable, modern; 2 complimentary bottles of water supplied every day. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Excellent location to waterfront & gastown, shopping. Accommodating & friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with great views (11th floor). Kitchenette in room. "Better than home"
Fantastic 2 room suites close to everything in Vancouver.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our room. It was great for the price. Nicely appointed. Excellent gym and pool. The Hotel was hard to find since it is actually a part of a City Club and not distinctive as an independent Hotel. Don't expect any service for luggage. Desk staff was not too helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A weekend away"
I was very impressed with this hotel! My girlfriend and I are young professionals from Seattle and wanted a quick getaway. We arrived at the hotel and the people at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful. They answered questions about the surrounding area and even offered us options for food and gave us some recommendations for bars as […] well. We were even offered a free upgrade to higher floor room with a view. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were only a couple blocks from the Gastown district and we had a wide variety of dinning options right out the door of the hotel. What was most impressive was the level of service! We literally felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel! I plan to go back very soon! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overall good, with a couple of improvements needed"
The rooms were nice, quiet, clean and great for a family with small children. The health club access was frustrating as the club only allows children 6 and over, however NO ONE published this information or informed us in any way until we went to check into the club to go swimming. As a family with two small children, a pool is a huge highlight. Parking […] is wicked expensive. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Pleasantly surprised- great value, great location"
I really enjoyed my stay here in the heart of downtown Vancouver overlooking the north shore. The hotel has a very posh welcome area, and the rooms are very inviting and well thought out. The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it is free and has a great view of the city below, so I can't really complain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Needs work on facility"
the staff saved it....otherwise not impressed with physical facility and size of room....very small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
rather awkward hotel, I think it's more of a club. Getting from the garage to the room is like going thru a maze. The view was far from sweeping unless you like looking at a wall. The rooms are small but comfortable, the bed was great. Don't order the tuna melt in the Lion's Pub downstairs, yuck.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet and Comfortable...Very Relaxing"
We were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hotel at Terminal City Club. Like others in some of the reviews we had read before booking, we found it to be a bit different than a regular hotel, but for us the differences were the best part! If you're looking for a vibrant hotel scene with lots of activity then Terminal City Club is probably […] not your best choice. If on the other hand you prefer a quiet and more calm oasis in the midst of all the Vancouver city life has to offer, you should find the Terminal City Club just right! Our room was on the 10th floor and very near the elevator, yet we never heard anything with other guests or hotel employees in the hallways or rooms next to ours; just what we wanted it to be after each long and tiring day/evening exploring Vancouver. I am a somewhat picky hotel guest when it comes to upkeep and cleanliness (I take a plastic bag for TV remotes, HATE bedspreads/blankets that get used 100's of times, etc!) but I didn't have any issues with things here. We had read that the dress codes in the various eating areas are strict, but for us that wasn't an issue because we weren't around the hotel at mealtimes. We did stop in at the Lions Pub one late afternoon for a glass of wine and a couple of appetizers (2 for 1 for guests!) and our "nice" jeans and fleece jackets were completely acceptable there. We would not hesitate either to recommend Terminal City Club or to book another stay here in the future! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice and clean hotel close to cruise line docks"
The hotel was nice and close but über expensive. The maid walked right in after a knock on the door to bring complimentary water and ice which I thought was odd. There was no chance to answer the door. The dress restrictions for the hotel restaurants were a bit extreme ( collared shirts and colored jeans, no denim). That made leaving the hotel for all […] meals the only option. Would probably not use again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

AC/Heat thermostat would not raise temp in room. Staff did bring in space heaters and maintenance did fix problem on monday. Sauna in health club did not get hot enough.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent hotel, close to everything!"
Absolutely loved our time here. Stayed for 2 nights, and it was just fantastic. Got a nice coupon to use at the pub nearby, enjoyed the spa, and loved being in the heart of Vancouver. Whenever I go back, I would absolutely love to stay at The Hotel at Terminal City Club again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Surprise dress code"
The hotel is very nice, very comfortable, but the dress code that was not advertised beforehand was slightly off-putting. This hotel is part of a club and the club has certain rules which made my partner and I a little uncomfortable in just our casual clothing. This hotel would be fantastic for business trips or if you're traveling in formal wear.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
