We were visiting Chartres Cathedral and needed an inexpensive place to stay. This hotel was just outside of town. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel had a restaurant. The room was clean and it was a few kilometer drive to see the cathedral in the morning.

Room was good, however no outlets, TV, fridge all did not work. When I mentioned it upon check out they looked at me as if I was crazy, customer service was zero

Comfort Hotel in Chartres is a charming small hotel with a very pleasant restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drive from the hotel to the center of Chartres is an easy, straight shot route.

Great service, especially friendly front desk staff, bilingual and very helpful. Difficult to find the hotel even with a good map making it tough for sightseeing tourists. Clean and simple rooms, showers are a bit odd (by American standards) but perfectly serviceable. Mostly quiet, most of the clients are business travelers. Good food in the restaurant, reasonably priced given comparable in town. Main complaint is difficult to find location, out of town, adjacent to major thruway however making it easy to travel to Paris or elsewhere.

"Trés déçue !"

Accueil déplorable avec un receptionniste désagréable.
