The hotel location was superb, good neighborhood, the center of fabulous Cali. Although I loved the people in the front desk and service, the clientele was not to our like. Ladies of the night, wont recomend it for families nor couples visiting Cali. The air condition was overly loud, the whole apartment was clean, well care for. I'll give it a 3.

El hotel es muy bueno, pero me hicieron firmar un voucher de garantia el cual nunca me devolvieron. Me parece aparte de un descuido enorme por parte del hotel no hacer entrega de dicho voucher teniendo en cuenta que esta en blanco.

En términos generales es un hotel bueno mas no excelente. Sin embargo, en la reservacion de hotels.com aparece que todos los impuestos y cargos se encuentran incluidos y en la recepcion me hicieron pagar los impuestos de la habitacion.

El personal es muy amable. El salon es decepsionante, no tiene bar y tampoco ambiente alguno. Da la impresion de gloria pasada. Al hacer cuebta me sorprendieron con un cargo de 5000 cop al dia por seguro contra robo y asistencia medica (supuestamente seguro hotelero). Todo el mundo que viaja saca ese seguro con companias de seguros siendo la responsabilidad […] de cada quien. Ademas al ingresarme no hicieron mencion de ninguna clase de seguro. Tampoco Expedia menciono algun seguro obligatorio en el hotel. De modo que negue de pagarlo junto con un cargo de 2200 cop al dia que no me pudieron explicar. Tampoco lo pague. En concreto, un buen hotel hablando de la habitacion y la atencion del personal, pero los espacios publicos dejan de desear. Read more
