Hotel undergoing minor renovation but not an issue; staff acted quickly to effect a room change (Inoisy party next door).

Nice little botique right in the middle of the loop! Help was friendly & room was clean & tidy.

Awesome place! This is what value for money is all about... Everytime I visit Chicago, this is the place I am staying at.

Location was great, price was fine for the Loop. I was disappointed that there was no tub, only a shower. But the shower was incredible! I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. Not great, not horrible.

The hotel and price were right. I will stay again. The location worked out GREAT! Service was friendly! I have recommended and will continue to recommend this place to anybody listening.

Great weekday value for conveniently accessible shopping and dining. Restaurant and bar with many options is conveniently adjacent to hotel lobby. Convenient, automated computer check-in/check-out option. Secure, key-card elevator access. Room hallways feature complimentary purified water dispensing. Great bedding and comfortable bed.

My wife and I thought the hotel had an excellent location and the service was fine. There was a large stain on the rug in our room which destroyed some of the ambience.

My overall stay at the Club Quarters was excellent. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Anything that we asked for was brought to us promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are not enormous by any means, but for the price you cannot beat it downtown Chicago.

Perfect location, perfect room, great price, Employee very nice and polite. I have nothing to say except that you can go withou hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay in this location. Its location is very convenient, very central. Walking distance to the Sears Tower. I was very pleased.

The room I stayed in was very small (the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, actually) but it was very clean. It was also very nice in terms of the quality of the furnishings in the room. However, I did get sheets that were incredibly stiff and noisy. (I think they overstarched them). My sheets would rustly like paper whenever I would move. But, that's pretty much the only negative thing. I liked how they had water dispensers and plastic water bottles for guests in the hallway.

yes, the hotel rooms are MINI, but it's clean, convenient and the price is good. I wouldn't really go here for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend, but for a nice, clean place to sleep, it's great. FYI-Park at the hotel is $30.

This hotel was very clean, felt very new, seemed very secure (could only go up the elevators with a card) although the room was very small and sparse, it was all I needed - well lit, small desk, Eurpoean style bathroom with shower only, no real room service, but adjoining restaurant. Great location.

...everything was very nice. My only complaint would be that it was a little noisy. We've stayed here before and I don't remember it being quite as noisy, so maybe it was just chance that we were on a noisy floor.

Was informed before stay that rooms were small, and they were. Great for traveling on business when you are not staying in the room much. But very good hotel for the money and location.

Club Quarters has extremly helpful and friendly staff. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and even make dinner recommendations. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good and it was in a great location. Everything I needed was within a 2-3 blocks and any extra activites were only a short ride away. Unfortuately, since the hotel has central heat I found my room to be a little too warm at times but I had no other negative experience. I would definately vist this hotel again.

I got stuck in Chicago for 2 days and got no place to stay. Called hotel dot com in last minute and recommended me this hotel with great price....great location...close to the train station.. BTW I made a reservation in New York for my next trip.

Reserved 3 rooms at this hotel for 2 nights. We got to Chicago early, so checked our luggage at the front desk, verified our room types (1 queen room, 2 twin rooms), made sure we could check in at 3:00 p.m., and headed into the city. We returned to the hotel at 3:15 p.m. to find that only the queen room was ready and the other two wouldn't be ready until after 4:00 p.m. We waited in the lounge for the other rooms. Finally at 4:15 p.m., the other rooms were ready - but one was a king room and the other twins. Very disappointing, but whatever. The bathroom in our king room had not been cleaned - bathroom products from the last guest were still in the shower and by the sink and there no towels. The rooms are dorm-room like. Narrow and deep. We didn't need a lot of space, so the small room wasn't a big deal. The bathroom is teeny tiny, but again - not a big deal. Our king room had a fridge and microwave - the queen room did not. There is a station by the elevators in each hall with water bottles and a filling fountain - really nice idea. Overall, the room issues weren't enough that I wouldn't go back. The location is good with restaurants and a few shops nearby. Staff is friendly enough and even though the price wasn't wonderful, for downtown Chicago, it was fine.

Club Quarters provided a convenient location for our weekend trip to Chicago. Automated check-in and check-out facilitated arrival and departure. Staff were very accommodating and provided re-quested services immediately. Restaurant on ground floor was convenient, location in heart of downtown was terrific. We had a discounted room through an on-line booking. This use over a weekend makes good business sense for a hotel in Club Quarters location. I especially liked the courtesy laundry and computer center available on our floor. We used both. I would recommend Club Quarters to other travellers looking for convenience and service in short term lodgings.

The location is perfect for visiting downtown Chicago -- just two short blocks from State Street and four from Michigan Ave.. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The internet is wireless and free! It is an efficient hotel which would be perfect for a business traveler or a tourist looking for comfortable accomodations at a very reasonable price. We recommend it highly.

I really liked the hotel. The room was smaller then what I am use to, but it worked great for just my husband and I. The only thing that I did not like was that the bathroom door was a frosted glass and you could see the person inside and make out what they were doing. So if you can not go when someone is so close or watching, this is not the place for you. Everytime I closed the door I would hear my husband say "I see you", very distracting. Besides that everyone was great.

We liked our stay at Club Quarters, the staff gave excellent customer service and the rooms were clean.

The room was very efficient, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The hotel staff and especially the valet parkers were very courteous and helpful. All this was for a reasonable price at an excellent Loop location.

I stayed in the smallest room, and it was still comfortable. The TV situation is much improved -- a larger and moveable flat screen instead of a little box stuck up in a corner. I would still love to see a movie channel added, but since the hotel focuses on business guests, so I can understand why they limit the cable channel line-up. While the premise of the hotel is mostly self serve, all hotel staff I talked with were very professional and courteous.

Room was immaculately clean & great amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
