Perfectly good stay for a simple business trip. Small, charmless, but perfectly functional and quite comfortable. Service was quick and responsive. Only complaint was that noise from the elevators was audible from my room.

My over all was stay was fine. However, my room was really small and the window was on the celling. This was an odd feature and I never could get comfortable with it. I would have changed my room if I stayed more than three nights. The location was awesome!

I usually like staying at club quarters central loop when I attend a nearby conference. This time, however, the price was jacked up by $20 a night making the price of the stay comparable to much more expensive hotels. The reason I went with CQ is that the queen superior is fairly large with a microwave, fridge and sink. The room was not as nice as the […] one I stayed in before and it was way too hot. I tried to cool it down using the in-room control but it didn't work. If CQ doesn't improve then I will forgo the fridge and micro and stay in a much nicer hotel for the price. The hotel is very conveniently located 3 blocks from the Adams/Wabash station, and a few blocks from Union Station. The room was small, but plenty large to not feel like living in a shoebox. The bottled water available n the floors was convenient. And the check-in and check-out was super easy. I would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay just for the night. The parking garage was close (5 minute walk) and the price to park for the night was reasonable ($22 no in and out privelages). What a great value in a great location. The room was basic and not overly large, but it was bright, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again, and look for their hotels in other cities too. I thought the self-park arrangements might be awkward, but proved to be easy and hassle-free.

Very close to Millennium park, the art institute, etc. Like the other commenters mentioned, the room is very small. Staff is nice. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors closing the bathroom door.

Despite the $22-$35 dollar parking the hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately you only have to options for parking, pay $22 each time you take your car in and out or $35 for valet. I recommend this hotel to anyone and with the great price from hotels.com the parking situation is doable.

We arrived at the hotel at noon from the train station. Our room wasnt ready so Tamica gave us the "show room." It was a large room with a nice bathroom, a sink, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and a pullout couch, along with 2 TVs and a nice desk and 2 chairs. It was perfect. I loved the water refill station in the hallway and the guest closet where […] you could pick up an extra blanket, pillow, shampoo, coffee, etc., without needing to call housekeeping.
