Excellent rooms, clean and fresh... If you can, please request a room in the rear side of the hotel facing the Pikes Peak... We were checked in nd within minutes got a call asking if everything was ok. Breakfast was good too... Overall a warm experience of pikes peak and county side

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. It is approximately 8 miles N of downtown Colorado Springs. Our room was well equipped. I loved having a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, breakfast downstairs every morning. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I will stay again!

My wife and I had stayed before at this location. Previously it was more quiet. This visit there were quite a few families and many times I noticed bands of children running around in the halls. I noticed much more noise.

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old son while I was on a business trip. It was fantastic! The room was very clean (and I'm picky about that!), well stocked, and really comfortable. We stayed in a studio, but were still able to have some separation for our son in his pack n play, because of the way the room is laid out (with the large shelving […] unit separating the sitting area from the sleeping area). The room was great and the hotel was very clean. I did not get housekeeping 2 out of the 5 days and by the time I was back to the room and realized they had already let there housekeeping staff go home and could only bring me clean towels and sheets to change myself. There was hardly ever any one at the front desk to answer the phone or help with requests. […] They did have a sign that said they were helping another guest and would be back shortly, but they would be gone for up to 20 minutes, at least, at one time. These were really small issues compared to the good things about the room and hotel and felt these things were only a reflection of the low price for the hotel. They have a motion detector on the central heat and air system, if there is no movement in the room for two hours, the temp resets to a default setting. On my trip, the default setting was to warm and made for a restless night of sleep. I complained to the desk and was advised there was nothing they could do.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while he was visiting me from PA. Let me start off by saying, I have never left a review before, but I felt the need to after my stay here. This hotel was a great value! The staff was very friendly, and the room service was great. We even stayed an extra day, just because of how convenient it was! I liked the […] layout of the room, and I loved that it had a sectional couch in it, not to mention a flat screen LCD TV, which my guy loved watching ESPN on. It had a very comfy and homelike feel to it. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. If you are looking to be able to cook your own meals, this is the perfect place. It is right by an entrance/exit on and off of highway 25, which is the main route to get anywhere. TV was constantly a problem and we got to know the maintenance folks quite well during our week long stay. The motion-sensor temp in the room got very cold during our stay as the outside temps dipped into the single digits. Would be nice to be able to override that feature. I really like the kitchenette setup, and the roomy layout. However, two little things: 1. There is a constant ventilation noise out of the bathroom. Not loud, but noticeable. 2. There are some streaks on the bathroom walls; a fresh coat or serious cleaning would be nice. Staff is really great.

This is a nice hotel.they have free breakfast, free social hour which us beer, wine and snacks. It's not good wine or fancy snacks but they are free. The rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Our only complaint was location as we were right next to a loud train that ran frequently. We would stay here again.

I had a one bedroom suite. It was odd that there was no door from the bedroom to the bathroom sink area. It was difficult to get ready for the day if someone was still sleeping. If I put the light on, it woke up my husband. (the toilet had a door) The room was along the train tracks and it kept me up at night. At least three trains during the night. […] I have stayed in this hotel before, and I didn't hear the train. If you stay, ask for a room away from the trains. Breakfast was great, but it was very busy during my stay and two women to clean the table and bring the food out. They work very hard, but the hotel needs to double their staff for breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved how the TV rotated so that we could watch it in the living room and in bed. Kitchen facilities were up-to-date and very easy to use. Only thing missing was an oven. Staff were very friendly. Evening socials were nicely appointed and breakfast was yummy!

This chain never disappoints. The front desk was friendly and ready to assist. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was new. The breakfast was probably the best buffet I've ever had. it is right by the freeway, but there was no noise.
