Five blocks (albeit downhill) from the Alhambra, steps from a beautiful park and in the must-see Albayzin neighborhood, this was a beautiful and unforgettable place to stay. The walls are a little thin, though, so if you have noisy neighbors it can get hard to sleep. Otherwise, fabulous.

The young man at the desk when we arrived at 1:30am was alert and very considerate. He provided us with the options for parking and made sure that we... had a very nice room to accommodate the fact the we were two sisters and not a couple. The room was spacious and clean. We had wifi and bath amenities were provided. It was a 20 min walk from the cathedral where you could get a bus to the Alhambra but we were driving and it was just off the highway and only took about 5-10 minutes to get to the Alhambra which has parking. My two night stay at the Hotel Rallye was beyond what I expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and the staff and the receptionist were really nice too. In no way is this a 4-star facility. Hotel very difficult to find because of location along major transit construction project. Seems they lost their vacuum cleaners, as hallways were littered with dirt, and remained that way throughout our two-night stay. Breakfast buffet (7:00--10:30 am) very substantial...unless you get there after 9:00. At that […] point, food trays don't seem to be replaced when empty. Computer for use by guests in lobby didn't work. Hotel staff not entirely helpful. Had one minute of hot water in shower then nothing but cold first morning. Let staff know of the problem, who assured problem would be fixed. Second morning, same problem. Apologies from the desk, but obviously nothing had been done. To their credit, the hotel waived our parking fees (15 euros/day) as a concession for the water problem. Read more

When we first got to the Hotel, it looked good. When we went to the room, we saw the most disgusting carpet I had ever seen! My daughter walked barefoot 5mn on the carpet and got black feet right away. Then we entered the bathroom to find hairs all over the place. It was certainly not hairs that fell from the head but certainly from other intimate part!!! When […] I called the reception telling them that it was all awful, they told me that it was too late to get the room or the bathroom cleaned. I should have called before! Then they proposed to go to another room that actually did not have any carpet but certainly the same quantity of hairs behind the bathroom doors. Overall, we were stock in a dirty room with no one who cared about helping with a 13 months baby!!! On top of it when i asked them to give me something to be able to boil water for the bottles of the baby, they didn't even try to help and told me that I should go down in the middle of night to the reception and see if the person there would help!!!!! Very disappointed with this hotel. It was a 15-20 minute walk to city center and when we would return to our hotel room after a long day, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. We were traveling on a budget but there are so many better hotels in Granada that we should have chosen. Look elsewhere for a hotel in Granada!

The Hotel is terrible, for that is so cheap. The parking is always full. The cleaning is terrible, the rooms are dirty, the air conditioning system doesn't work properly and the staff turn off them from the reception. Realy sad!!! The conservation is poor, can be a 2 stars, never 4 stars hotel. The reception desk can't help you never, as single questions […] about a restaurant to eat. During the middle of the night I must change my room because the sewer flow in the bathroom. The city is builting a subway in the avenue in front of the hotel, the access is a one meter width aisle, really terrible when you have to carry the bags from a public parking and kids. If you want go ahead but it's a 2 stars dirty Hotel. Read more

Bien situado, actualmente con los alrededores en obras. Lo mas criticable el no disponer de WIFI, aunque fuese de pago, y ni siquiera de un ordenador con conexión a internet a disposición de los clientes. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y la TV tenía un decodificador deplorable que no permitía ver ni las cadenas nacionales.

Quartos limpos e confortáveis . Bom banheiro e ar condicionado. O estacionamento e café da manhã, em compensação, são muito caros perto do que se encontra no entorno. Não fica exatamente no centro, mas a 10 minutos de caminhada da Catedral. Tivemos uma boa estadia e achamos que ele oferece uma boa relação custo-benefício.
