The hotel was nice. We had a small problem when the fan in our bathroom didn't work, so I left the door open while I showered. The front desk called and sent a cleaning lady to accuse us of smoking in our non-smoking room. I had to stand there, in my towel, and try to explain the problem with the bathroom. The room was a great deal for the price. Clean and room cleaned daily. Large tv with international channels. Free basic daily breakfast consisting of buns, juice, spreads, and coffee/tea. The hotel is about 13 euro away from the LIS by taxi. There is super market a block away and nice restaurants for the locals within walking distance. Metro is right at the corner.

Well sited and within two minutes walk from the metro station, this is a medium-sized, five-storey hotel. The decor is rather dated and faded, but my room and too the hotel were very clean and everything worked. There is only one lift, though the stairs are generously wide. My room was smallish, though its bathroom was proportionally large, once again […] spotless, well-appointed, and the air-conditioning worked well. The only notable omission was the lack of tea-making facilities in the room although drinks can be ordered at low cost from room service, The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. They are happy for you to leave your luggage with them on the day you check-out (by midday) for you to collect later. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and is served from 7-10am in the next-door cafe which belongs to the hotel and has in- and outdoor seating. Though the breakfast choice is not wide (cereals, yoghurt, fruit, sliced cheese, sliced meat, rolls, brioche buns, croissants, the little cakes loved by the Portuguese), the quality is high. I was in Lisbon from 8pm to 8am so this was perfect. Cool Art Deco* building. There is no night life close by. But I had a taxi driver take me to The Raddison hotel nearby...5 euros, so that I can have a drink and dinner. Breakfast is included so It's a good deal if you want to stay near airport and looking for a quiet night before your flight.

I booked two TWIN rooms.We were given two SINGLE rooms. Mine was small but OK - his was small and appalling; no curtains, no blind, no a/c (it was very hot). The following day he transferred […] to a double room - but I had to stay in my small (but very comfortable) single as there was nothing else available. For the third night I got a pleasant double.Later we spoke to the very helpful reception "boss" who was horrified that my friend should have been given the awful room on the fifth floor as it "was not to be allocated - it was for emergencies only". So a bit of training necessary - but all this apart it really is delightful and wonderful value. So, do book it, do visit, but don't accept a room on the fifth floor and book for two persons even if you will be just the one in the room - it will cost hardly anything extra and will ensure you get the right standard. As to the area - terrific; not at the centre of town but immediately by the Areerio metro station -so all parts of the city easily accessible- with restaurants around that will shock you with their prices - because they are VERY VERY good value and high quality. Hotel simples mas confortável, boa limpeza e bom atendimento. Café da manhã simples mas de boa qualidade. A região não tem muitos recursos mas tem um ponto do metrô a 50 metros do Hotel. Facilita muito o deslocamento. Região difícil de estacionar carro, mas com acesso fácil ao aeroporto ou rodovias federais. Recomendo

Das Hotel ist 5min mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt und 1 Gehminute von der Metro entfernt. Ansonsten entspricht das Hotel dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war ok, sauber, nur das Bad war sehr eng. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab jeden morgen dasselbe.

A minha intenção era passar apenas uma noite para logo de manhã cedo ir para o aeroporto. O hotel é muito bem localizado, 10 min de ônibus e uma meia hora de metro do aeroporto. A estação de metro é logo em frente ao hotel. A minha única queixa é o carpete do quarto e consequentemente o cheiro do mesmo. 地下鉄駅から直ぐ近くで交通至便なのですが、貰った部屋のシャワー室のメンテナンスが悪く、 ぬるいお湯か水しか出ませんでした。 これは初夏から夏にかけては問題になりませんが、冬場では辛いです。もちろん全ての部屋がそうではないのかもしれないので、 チェックインして入室したら直ぐに点検し、必要であれば部屋を変えてもらう事をお勧めします。

Hotel di due stelle e non di tre come era scritto. Nessun check in effettuato, ovvero nessuna richiesta di documenti o caparra. Camera non corrispondente alla descrizione non essendoci nè minibar nè asciugacapelli. Aspetto della camera completamente diverso dalle foto. Per la colazione e la pulizia nulla da dire.
