the extra bed was a sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable and not close to flat at all. It isn't actually in Fleet but in a service area sort of near fleet but with all the different connections in the UK it may not be close, look at location carefully. Very basic room

We used this hotel for a small family break. Room was very clean and well maintained. All staff were very polite and friendly, especially towards our children. Location was good, just had to go down the motorway to the next junction (around 5 miles) to go the other way down the motorway. Booked through Hotels.com and, as usual, was paid in full prior to arrival. Lady behind reception insisted on taking another payment upon checking in. Had to log on to PC and show her the email before they refunded my credit card. This is not the first time it has happened with Days Inn.

This was a one night stopover for the family, after we visited Farnborough Air Museum. Hotel was nice and clean, staff were excellent, even got free newspapers. Breakfast was included, at the nearby service station. It was a bargain price as well. Could not have asked for more, and will stay again. The only drawback was that the outside lights had malfunctioned, […] but Days Inn have since contacted me to reassure us that this is being investigated. Bad location as its impossible to reach the nearby town unless you drive 20 min up and down the M3 motorway (unless you take the secret private road only for certain vehicles) Rooms were pretty bad. Service ok. Too many dogs ! Be warned that this is a pet friendly hotel. Nice shops and supermarket nearby is convenient.

Free wifi is shared with the entire service station so it's dreadfully slow at all times. Also the mobile signal is poor at best and is equally slow which made for a frustrating stay. Tv was mounted in the corner of the room didn't complement the small size of the tv to well and struggled the view with ease. Room was clean and staff friendly.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Receptionist particularly pleasant. Rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Only downside was a slight smell of damp in corridors. Very quiet even though in busy services and close to the A3. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

It appears that the hotel was once a 'smoking' allowed hotel and there is still a lingering smell in the corridors. Although the hotel claims to have free wi-fi in every room, it could be that you have to stand in your room entrance or even the corridor to access it. A great location, with Burger King, KFC, Starbucks, Waitrose and WH Smith on your doorstep […] but the general smell, sad appearance of the corridors and lack of decent wi-fi would probably put me off staying there again. The hotel is extremely good value for the money. Although the rooms and the building is outdated, it nevertheless comes up trumps with the facilities on offer. The rooms have a trouser press (you won't find these in travelodge), hair dryer, Freeview TV and coffe/tea making facilities. Wi Fi (free) is available in every room and the signal strength in […] our room was extremely good. The bathroom-yes there is a bath and you may not find such a thing in the accomodation provided by other hotel chains, is of decent size and hair and body gel is provided-again you won't find that at travelodge. The surroundings-a wooded area may be a cause for concern, a concern highlighted by the many notices in the car park warning of thieves in the area. However we experienced no problems and it did appear that the hotel has made use of a security guard's service. Read more

The hotel was very hard to find coming from the south on M3. The executive double room was a good size and the continental breakfast was great. However, the shower sprayed all over the place and the toilet had a leak.

Overall I would give Days Inn a 99% satisfaction rate. I always use Fleet when I am in the area because it is comfortable, clean and well presented with friendly staff. Eating facilities of many sorts are not far away and, because of all the trees, you would not know you were in a motorway service area. Many thanks

Ideal for our purpose - needed one night's accommodation after landing at Heath row in the evening. Easy to reach on Motorway. Clean and comfortable with a friendly welcome.

Stopped off here for the night on a business trip on way from Weymouth to London. Hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was large and comfortable. Would definately come here again.

Not easy to access from Fleet, but better from motorway, not helped by the fact that the postal code on Hotels.com was wrong: GU15, rather than GU51. Our room was too hot even after swtching off radiator. Although on the inside and away from M/way, vehicle noise was intrusive anytime a lorry was leaving the services.

Hotel set back from motorway so hardly any noise. Room very clean. Minor maintenance issue reported to staff. Other than that, no problems. Dog accommodated. Late check-in accommodeated. Staff cheery. Just as we usually expect from Days Inn. Plenty of parking, being part of the services area.

Receptionist tried to take a payment from us although we had already paid. Toilet seat broken. Wash basin dirty. Overall dirty. The worst Days Inn we have stayed in. usually use this chain as previously we have been satisfied. Will think twice about using them again. Would never stay at Days Inn Fleet again.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Fleet Days Inn the checkin staff were very helpful and upgraded our room from a family room to a room for 3 with a double bed and single bed. We also were able to use an access road so we did not have to add milage by going up and down the motorway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Fleet […] area. Good but we were misdirected by the receptionist and it took us an extra half an hour to get there. Then she didnt apologise either which was a little rude. Convenient though and Waitrose just across the road which helped as we were travelling with young children

Hotel in perfect location for the Farnborough Airshow, right next to a motorway service station that includes Waitrose and WH Smiths. Room smelt very musty, heated towel rail was falling off the bathroom wall and the cleaner had not done a great job as a number of hairs were on the toilet seat and around the basin. The room smelt very damp with the […] smell hitting us the moment we walked into the door. We were on the ground floor and when the people in the room above us arrived the noise of them walking around was very loud with the celling creaking during every movement.
