Due to road construction entrance not easy to find. But all else was great! Room larger than Four Points we had stayed in while in Memphis. Best Western in the past has not been my first choice. I have stayed in several over the past year in various parts of the country. I have yet to be disappointed.

Very convenient to I81 but lots of construction that is why I didn't give the "surrounding neighborhood a 5 when the construction is finished it will go to a 5. I would reccomend this to anyone.

The room was quiet and situated overlooking the mountains. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Although it was on the 2nd floor, that floor was accessible from the parking lot without having to use the elevator. I had quite a hike and an elevator ride to get the chihuahua to the "dog walk area". I guess I could have stayed on the first floor, but […] found the floor I was on to be excellent except the hike for the dog. The motel staff was extremely cordial and helpful, especially the housekeeper named Fanny. Breakfast was a lot more than I expected. Not only was the usual cereal, bagels, muffins, and coffee, milk, juice, and other items found a breakfast bar, there were scrambled eggs and sausages one morning and bacon and omelets another. There was also biscuits and sausage gravy both mornings. I forgot about the fresh fruit and yogurt, as well. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this motel and would definitely stay there again. My room had black shoe prints on the tile in the bathroom. Everything else appeared clean. Breakfast items that should have been hot were cold. Items that should have been cold were room temperature. I enjoyed staying at your hotel. It was very clean inside and outside. The construction around was a little problem getting in and out, but I understand progress is a mess at first. I found the hotel room to be clean and neat. The room was a big surprise to us. We expected the usual minimal furnishings, but this room was so well appointed and comfortable. Definitely a step above most hotels in this price range. Love the down blankets and soft soft pillows. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Decent pull out couch and comfortable true king bed. Nice outdoor swimming pool open until 10PM. Good hot buffet breakfast included until 10AM. Check out time at noon. Very clean. Nice shower. Safe location convenient to interstate a few miles from restaurants, etc.

For the choices in the Morristown area, you can't beat this hotel. It's not a large metro area, so you just aren't going to get the options we'd usually go for (we are Embassy Suite devotees). However, as many times as I've stayed in Mo-town, this hotel continues to be the best choice around. They have a very friendly staff, and they are always willing […] to help. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is KILLER good. (Full spread--bacon, eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal... you name it.) There are restaurants nearby. I mean, seriously... it's all you need. The one negative? Our room overlooked the busy highway, and it was pretty noisy at times. I wish it had been better insulated... but we were only there 2 nights, and it was livable. We are heavy sleepers. I've stayed there multiple times, and this place never disappoints. Read more
