I thought this was good value, although we only stayed one night, it is an extended stay facility and I thought provided a good clean and comfortable atmosphere whether for a night or an extended stay. The flat screen tv is a nice touch, although it could have a bigger channel selection. It is nice to be able to walk next door to a good Restarant/Bar […] that is family friendly. We didn't try the "Grab and Go" breakfast, so no comment on the selection for breakfast, but there is a Denny's less than a 1/2 mile away. The room as a whole was nice. This was a overnight dinner getaway before going on a cruise. I had planned a nice dinner where i would need the stove top. The first room only 1 burner was working. So when I talked to the front desk, they tried to to give us another room. However, neither burners were working. Overall pretty good. We were placed in a room right near the elevator, which was good. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the hotel because of the family reunion, but it did not seem like there was enough of a lobby or other places where we could go to just sit and read or spend some time out of the room. Not good. Usefully our stay at extended stay were good. Not this one. Room was not ready when we checked in at 3.30PM. Some of the lights were not working. TV was an old tube small TV and was not working properly. Lines all over and sketchily images. Bed was old and not comfortable. carpet was dirty.

People in lawn chairs in the parking lot running around drinking beer. Kids running in and out of the hotel all night. Facilities of the room were in bad shape. Won't stay here again and will tell others not to. Terrible.

Filthiest room we have ever been in. They do not clean under chairs, beds, etc. Sheets were stained and the chair was in such bad condition (dirty/stained) we asked for it to be removed. At check in the room had not been serviced, there was garbage in the trash bin and the floor was not vacuumed and they failed to leave coffee.

We chose this hotel because of the flat screen tvs that appear in their room review photographs. We paid a more money to stay at a hotel that featured flat screens because it was our intention to stay in our room and enjoy watching our team play in the NCAA Final Four. To our disappointment, we were given a room that did not feature a flat screen TV, […] instead we watched our team, Ohio State University, in the NCAA Final Four on what appeared to be an approximately 15-16" screen old box tv set (have photo of television in our room). Upon our discovery when we arrived, we politely asked about a room with a flat screen, they replied that they didn't have flat screens. After a moment of hesitancy when the clerk could sense our disappointment, the desk clerk said, "We have some flat screens, just no rooms are available with them". There were 15 cars, including ours in the lot. The hotel was not at fifty percent capacity. I am curious what the percentage is of flat screens in their hotel. I had the choice of other hotels, but I chose to pay more for this convenience. Don't be fooled if you are betting on television viewing pleasure on a flat screen. Hotels... don't advertise it if you cannot offer it. Disappointed Ohio State fan. Read more

It was extremely hard to find. Even with GPS. You can't see it from the main street and the desk person had a very heavy foreign accent & was of little help. You must put a large sign on the berm at the main intersection on the main road. Thanks

I have stayed at many hotels in this chain. Unfortunately this hotel had the most uncomfortable bed. It was loud, hard, and would not "give" at all. In the end I had to sleep in the recliner just to try to relieve the back pain I experienced as a result. I will not be returning to this particular location.

Bed was very hard but sheets & pillows good. It was almost clean - they missed some corners/cobwebs. Windows were old but could be opened which I like. Staff was nice. A mixed bag - but good price. Primanti's next door was great. One caution - my GPS could not find this hotel.

I expected much more than we got considering the price we paid and the hotels.com description of ammenities. Problems: 1) Internet access was an extra five dollar charge 2) The room most definitely stunk--cigarrettes and dirty clothes seemed to have left their […] marks. 3) Loud parking lot celebrations--young men (long term hotel guests) having barbecues and drinking near their cars in the evening.
