We just needed a cheap room to stay. But after coming here, I'd rather shell out a bit more and find a nicer place. Non-smoking room(s) all had heavy smoke smell. The beds were not comfortable and pillows had absolutely no support. I had to use my clothes to lift it up. The neighborhood was kind of ghetto hence we couldn't get a good rest.

Stay Suites Check in 04/05/2013 1045pm • No desk clerk, told to wait by security guard • Security guard says move my car parked outside lobby as no apparent designated parking for registering • I said I parked there not anticipating I was going to wait so long. He replied I am first in line. I move the car; of course the desk clerk returned and is […] taking care of someone else • Key is on a cardboard key fob normally used in key cabinets for businesses with the room number written by hand on the cardboard key fob • Rooms are converted apartments, with dated soft good and hard good furniture. Carpet is stain or worn or both. • Room only has lockable dead bolt, door handle does not lock • Light switches located on the inside the hinge side of door, not just inside door as you enter which is counter intuitive. These do not work anyway. Have to turn on light by light switch near the kitchen • Smoke alarm is beeping low battery indicator so have to disconnect • Air conditioner is mounted high on the wall and blows right onto the bed • No end table lamps next to bed • Table lamp next to tv has no bulb • No remote for tube tv – TV turns on but no programming available – just snow • Closet missing rod to hand clothes • No cover on bed, only blanket, sheets and 2 pillows • No clerk or drop for key available for checkout at 530am Monday 4/8 Read more

We had the worst Vegas experience. Not aware lobby closes at 11pm, although outside sign reads 24/7, so we weren't able to check in until next morning. No room was ready for us. When we received our key, we were assigned an occupied room. We had to wait for housekeeping to clean a room for us. The neighborhood looked kind of shady but we only saw the police at the hotel next door. The room was clean except for a couple of missed items from last stayers. ( an empty liquor bottle under the bathroom sink copboard and spilled dried coffee in the desk drawer) There were no roaches or other bugs. A crowded weekend in Vegas left this place as one of my last choices. Way overcharged, Loud guests and cops showing up to settle a dispute, No recommendations from me. Furnishings were minimal ( a bed and TV with stand), but clean. Wont stay here again.

I've been in many low rates hotesl around the US, but this is really disappointing. Although being near an Air Force Base, the neighborhood is unsafe. Many people on suspect activities come in and get out of some apartments. Two times I saw Police activity inside the Hotel. The staff is ok, the reason that I did not check-out early.

It was cool. Alot of convenient shopping locations. I would stay there again. I had a room with a refrigerator,stove,microwave...basically a full kitchen and 2 beds and cable tv. I had all I needed for the night.

When we arrived the receptionist was on her cell phone and continued to talk while we were checking in. When we got into the room there were pubic hairs on the sink and in the tub, and there was urine in the toilet. I felt digusted I didn't even want to sleep on the bed. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff was terrible never looked up and was rude. The area is unsafe thank God we had bear spray to take in our room. We had to sign a waiver that we wouldnt have firearms or weapons in our rooms. Great.. the thugs get to have weapons them but we can't....

When I checked in, I was informed the lock on my room was being changed and I would need to wait for the maintenance guy to return from Walmart with the new lock in order to get my key. Economy motels do not provide enough towels. Bring your own. That said, the staff was polite and helpful, room was big and clean, bed comfy and the TV worked, unlike some 5-star places I've stayed.

Will never stay here again. The door to our room didn't even shut all the way, the A/C was out & our room was up to almost 90 degrees. Told the front desk twice & it never got fixed. The first night we stayed there was cops everywhere right outside of our room arresting someone. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

well, the room was big, and it had a kitchen, but it was so dirty! If u walked without shoes you would find a layer of dust, and other non-identified stuff. This was the worst hotel I have personaly seen. I ended up checking out before I stayed. I am disappointed that Hotels.com would even list this place as an option. It was the cheapest rate but I figured it couldn't be that bad if it showed up on the site. I was wrong. I guess I need to assume the worst and read all reviews before booking.
