Nice hotel, a little over priced for what you receive. $220 for a one bed, small room. A couple of the pillows we had in the room were stained yellow, which we had to have replaced. There is no hotel parking, it's a parking garage that you have to pay to park.Genuine Expedia guest review

Dirty bedding was still sitting on the floor next to the door outside of the room when I checked in (after 4pm) which immediately made me wonder about the service levels and cleanliness. We had a suite, 3 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was only stocked for 2 people. There was no refrigerator and 2 bottles of water for $3 each! The sofa sleeper was awful :( Springs and bars made a very uncomfortable night's sleep. I used the 40% option to find my hotel so I was not sure where I would be staying until I pre-paid. I was so pleased with the Hilton. We arrived at the hotel around noon and since check-in time wasn't until later in the afternoon, I was certain they would not be able to give us a room yet. The lobby was inviting and modern and checkin was pleasant and efficient. the valets who patled and retrieved the car were quick and courteous. However, our room was huge but poorly appointed. The room was missing one of the T.V. remotes which was never brought to the room after we called the front desk. The room kind of had a musky/ smokey smell to it, but the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. We had a problem with the room next to us, they were extremely loud at 3-4a.m. We had to call the front desk twice within an hour. This hotel is clearly old, but has been well-refurbished. It had some plusses, and a few minuses. First, the good news. It was reasonably priced. It was close enough to the Indianapolis Convention Center to walk, and centrally located to everything downtown. The room was good-sized (in fact, it was ENORMOUS) and well appointed. The AC worked well, and […] the bed was comfortable. The bedding was excellent. The restaurant was good for breakfast (although I had the plentiful buffet--smoked salmon was a treat). Minuses? Parking was very expensive per day, and Wi-fi access was not complimentary. AND-- There was not a drop of natural light in my room. There was a tall and very skinny window, but it was obscured by a between-pane mini blind that could not be opened. My colleague had a room with no window at all.
