We spent a night in November for my girlfriends birthday. We got the Fallsview King Jetted Tub Room. The rates we cheap because of the time of the year but it was worth every penny. Great service from all the staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the Horseshoe (Canadian) Falls. The hotel is in a great location because it is located on the main strip which is a walking distance from the falls, lots of resturants, lundy's lane, clifton hill, the casino, ect... You won't be disappointed with this hotel. The only thing I can complain about is the parking price. I did think it was a bit much but it could very well be the normal in Niagara Falls.

After reading several other reviews berating the Radisson, my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by our room. We regularly travel to Niagara Falls, and like to stay in the Fallsview area. The Radisson gave us a King Junior Suite, complete with a jacuzzi tub and kitchenette, for less than we have paid at other hotels for a regular room. The service was wonderful, and athough the room needed to be updated (sofa needed to be replaced, and there was a waterstain on the ceiling of the bedroom), we were within walking distance of just about everything. What a great weekend!

both my husband and i were a little wary of staying here especially since we had read of some less than stellar experiences in this hotel within a few days of our own reservation and we must say we were more than pleasantly surprised! the attention and care received by the front desk was more than adequate... especially after discovering that the atm in the lobby was not working properly. the room offered a view which we were more than blown away by and the comfort of the room as a whole was wonderful. The location to everything we were looking to do was also ideal as we were able to walk to almost everything. the only slightly annoying thing was that the Tim Hortons and Pizza hut Express in the hotel were never open.. but we also didn't drive 7 hours to eat Pizza Hut, and coffee could be bought at any of the three Starbucks that were on the same street as the hotel. My husbands only real complaint was that the carpets in the hallway looked as they were overdue for a much needed cleaning. After staying for four days this being our only issue with the hotel to me is pretty good. Considering that we had not been able to take a vacation for a few years this was just the experience we were looking for and will absolutely stay again!

My wife and I paid for a king bed suite with fallsview and were given a two queen suite with a partial fallsview which was ruined at night due to the giant street light in front of our window. When I showed them that I had paid for the king suite they apologized and gave me free parking and free breakfast, neither of which helped me to sleep any better while being crammed into a queen bed. They overbook their hotel so getting the room you want is a crapshoot. Also, there is a pool but no hot tub. The hot tub area is connected to the pool and is just a ring of seats with jets and 80 degree water.

For example, one of the chairs was broken and air conditioner smelled bad when heated. Also, there was a slight scent of cigarette, although it was non-smoking room. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the location of the hotel was good. We would probably come back.

When I first booked, I had reserved a city view room. Upon arriving and checking in, which was very pleasant, we were a little disappointed with the city view room. It was big but a little outdated with an "old" smell. We went to the front desk and the desk clerk offered us a small fee to upgrade to a falls view. The falls view room was perfect. The beds were comfortable sleep number beds and the view was amazing! Definitely worth the upgrade. The only downfall to the entire stay was the $20 a day parking, but you could take your car out as much as you wanted for that fee. We already want to return to Niagara and would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi King suite at the Radisson in Niagra Falls 4 nights. The room was wonderful. The sleep number bed was to die for, and besides the jacuzzi tub, there was a very large walk in shower in bathroom, and refrigerator and microwave. Which came in handy because food and drinks in the falls area is more expensive than at home. Our view of the Falls from the room was fantastic! We were on the 13th floor at the end of the hall which put our view way past the Mariott hotel which sits in front and to the left of the Radisson. The jacuzzi tub is on an elevated platform in a corner of the suite with a row of windows facing the falls. The only downside is beware of Mariott guests with binoculars enjoying the view from the Radisson instead of the Falls. Parking was a shock but we did receive a break because we were there 4 nights.

Lots of nice resturants in walking distance. Starbucks across the street. Friendly staff. Bad: No parking, they take your car. (very quick and friendly to get it back though.) The attached Tony Romas has breakfast but its an afterthought. Food was good though but one waitress and a makeshift buffet. $20 for parking. The help desk is just a ploy to sell tours. (avoid if you dont want the sales pitch) All and all a very nice place to stay, will stay again if in the area. Also if clifton hill is your thing this is a bit far for a walk. This area is a bit more "adult" than clifton hill. (good thing if you dont like kids! :-) RJW

Only thing I did not like was the advice given by concierge. He just seemed a bit too eager to have us book a 4 hour trip on the falls for $80 per person ($160 for a couple) and ignored repeated requests about some of the less expensive more popular tours (such as Maid of the Mist). After I concluded that the concierge was probably getting his bread buttered by this particular tour group, I basically went elsewhere to get my advice. I believe that any hotel that offers a concierge service should make sure that the interests of their guests are looked out for over the interests of the local merchants. This was clearly not the case, here. Otherwise I can say the overall service was great and there were no complaints. Parking attendants were especially helpful!

We thought we were going to be staying in a more luxurious hotel. The rate was high, the location was right, the hotel brand has a good reputation. We were wrong about that -the room could have been cleaner - there were crumbs on the floor from the last occupants. We found some hairs on the bathroom floor. But the worst was that the room was a designated non-smoking room but stunk like smoke. The room reeked and was very stuffy even after we turned the A/C on & left it on for five hours while we toured the sights...

I went back to the front desk and again told them that the air conditioner was broken and that I was staying in the room until someone came and looked at it. It was then fixed within an hour and took another hour to cool off the room. There was also a Pizza Hut that was next to the lobby but it closed at 10pm.
