Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview

I booked this hotel without any prior knowledge. It seemed expensive, but the best deal of a lot of quite pricey hotels... and we would not have a view of the falls, but i hoped it would at least be comfortable and convenient. We arrived early and were happy to find that we could check in , and we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the […] horseshoe falls. It was such a nice surprise! And to boot the room was absolutely beautiful, the bed and linens sumptuous. And I should mention that the clerk who helped us at the front desk was just as helpful and friendly as she could be. A perfect view of the Canadian Falls. Just a ten minute walk, downhill, to the falls, and a 15 minute walk to most everything else. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

The Radisson is a clean, well maintained hotel,. The room was quiet and the view to the river and partial falls was beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional- very nice people. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I love the free internet service and bottled water. It would be nice if there's at least a small refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed our stay...and by the way, the housekeeper assigned to our room is great. I believe her name is Tammy.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful and our view was more than we could expect. Despite preview reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with a coffee maker and refrigerator. Would absolutely stay again

Overall the hotel was nice. Found a few things disturbing. Upon check in found bottle of water half full left on bathroom sink. Hairs left in shower. Didn't agree with making parking mandatory valet at 20 dollars.

It was wonderful! The staff was nice, room was very clean, bed was comfy. Even when we opted to "not be disturbed", the cleaning staff left us a goody bag w/fresh towels and ammenities, which was surprising. Perfect location near food and attractions. The only real isssue we had was our TV remote didn't work very well, even after we'd complained and […] they "fixed" it. But we didn't go to Niagara Falls to watch TV. And, the heated poo; wasn't very warm at all the night we tried to use it. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone at the front desk to complain to at 10 pm. I would definitely stay a Radisson again! Despite the fact that the toilet overflowed and our key card reader stopped working, we still enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Would stay again.

The staff is very courteous and pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite upon our arrival and greeted daily. They provided us an umbrella during a rainy downpour. tea and coffee was available in our room with a fridge, and microwave. We even misplaced and left behind some clothing which they had in their lost and found hours after we departed and are now […] mailing to us. Wireless internet included was also a plus If I had to have issue with anything it is the naivety and young approach to dining referrals. As a couple in our 30's we did not appreciate the referrals of wings and pizza that mulitple front desk advised. Great Service. Very clean and we were impressed with the new renovated rooms. The only thing, there is a limited view of the Falls, it gets blocked by the Marriot in front. But for the price it really doesn't matter.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a microwave and refrigerator, which saved us some money as we were able to bring leftovers back to the hotel. We were disappointed with the pool as it is only 3.5 feet deep and the jacuzzi for the pool was the same temperature as the rest of the pool. The internet was extremely […] slow. We had better luck when we traveled around the falls than in our room. We kept our Do Not Disturbed sign on the door as we did not want anyone entering, but came back to find a bag of new towels and amenities on the door, which was nice, and surprising. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which was beautiful, but the carpets looked like they needed sweeping.
