I met the night clerk - who I thought could have been more excited about his job and was a little disappointed that he wasn't friendlier. I do understand that he is young but is not someone that I would have put out in front of customers. However, I ran into the Manager on Sunday morning and he was FABULOUSLY friendly, so he made up for the young impersonal clerk from Friday nite's check in. The hotel was clean and well-priced and I will look for a Super 8 hotel for every softball tournament! I will not pay ridiculous prices to sleep somewhere and in this case it was MUCH cheaper than a KOA cabin! Thanks for booking it for me!

They were very acommadating to us when we wanted our two rooms on the same floor, and even upgraded us to a suite, where we cold prepare food. We will Definitely go back.

Easy to find, and the price was right. Outstanding customer service.

The room was a bit on the small side but worked out for what we needed. Not too far from things if your familliar with the area.

This room was extremely cheap and worked great for what we needed it for (a place to sleep for a football game the next morning). Very tiny room, but very comfy! My husband and I will be staying here again for the next big game... Go COWBOYS!!!

Depending on your budget this may or may not be the hotel for you. I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night nor a "family" vacation stay. The location is off the beaten path unless your destination in the Harley Davidson Dealership next door. I rated my stay 3 out of 5.

For being an inexpensive place to stay, it served my purpose for one night.

Odors in Lobby, elevator, halls and room. Room was very small. We stayed there because previous ratings were high/good. Wife wanted to leave before we even got to our room, but it was late and we stuck it out. Should have left. Phone in room broken, didn't work. Won't stay there ever again. Motel was not easy to get to. Had to use GPS to find it. Several motels next door that looked much better and easier to get too.

The hotel was clean, checkin ws prompt and the room comfortable. We felt the rate was reasonable and we were pleased with our stay.

Stay here if all you need is a place to rest your head at night. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room, unless of course you are a smoker. Breakfast in the morning is small, and the same thing every day. I would say that it was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. The rooms are compact and wouldn't be comfortable for multiple people. There is no pool or hot tub, so really there are no extras to offer. So if you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head while traveling through KC then this is your place.

Would not recommend the room for more than one person to stay in. Wireless internet was nice, but wouldn't suggest it for programs like Skype or video conferences..connection gets lost frequently. Tasty fresh baked cookies every night at the front desk is a pleasant treat. Continental breakfast is the same everyday so if you don't like biscuits and gravy plan on eating somewhere else. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

For the money I paid, my value expectations were exceeded by the friendly and professional staff from the manager to the room service attendants. The facility was also very clean and offered a delightful and tasty complimentary continental breakfast. Thank you.

It was nice for what I paid. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner didnt work most of the night and we asked for non smoking and our room smelled horribly of smoke where we had to open up a window for most of the evening we were there.

This place is right on the Freeway, so the area is very convenient and safe. I felt good entering the hotel. I felt the room could be a bit cleaner, but it was acceptable.

Our Non-Smoking Room had a terrible smoke smell

The hotel was in a good location and descently priced but I was there with my wife and 3 kids and and when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the place. We were on a second floor room so I was curious as to just how bad the problem was, They were all over the night stands and desk. Wife and kids weren't really all that thrilled.

Great location...safe. Rooms are extremely small..Great if you only need a place to crash for a short period. Not recommended for any lengthy stay. Room was in need of re-model, but overall clean enough for the price.

The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The actual condition of the building was what was expected (decent) for the rates of rooms. The bedding was horrible. As I was pulling back the bedspread I noticed my blanket was in ver poor condition. It was madded with cigarette holes in it. So poor that if at home I would have thrown it away! Then as I go to fix my pillows I noticed that the pillow cases were filthy!! I mean filthy!! My friend who also stayed in the same room found it disgusting as well. I then smelled the pillow case as well as the blanket and neither smelled as if they were clean at all. They both smelled badly! We both had agreed to never stay here again!!

We usually seek out Super 8 while traveling. This one was really nice. Room was small but comfortable with all amenities we needed. Recommend it.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and each time we have had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. The rooms have always been very clean. Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know.

small rooms booked a non-smoking room received smoking not very happy

Room was clean and I was surpised to see a refridgr and micro in the room. The Harley store next door was fun.

For what we paid I would say it was very nice. Good rate, good staff, clean room.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the appointments in the room. Very comfortable bed and sheets.

This was a nice, clean room for the price we paid. We were looking for an inexpensive room but just wanted it to be clean. We got this.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was small so if you plan to stay in your room this probably isn't what your looking for. We just needed a place to shower, change, and sleep-perfect!

The single Queen room was very small. It was almost shockingly so. But since we were there to see KC and visit friends at the nearby air force base, it was just fine. We never woke up early enough to eat the breakfast, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We were just 10 minutes from most parts of KC. The bed was a 7 on the comfort level. The pillows were a little small for my hotel expectations and the mattress was strangely both firm and soft. But the price could not be beat and was well worth paying a third of what was available in the city and about 20% off the next door hotels. If you do not plan on staying in the room, a great buy.

Room was a little on the small side, and unfortunately the hotel is right next to a motorcycle dealership but the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Very reasonable price. I would stay there again, but since I'm a light sleeper, next time I'd probably request a room on the opposite side of the motorcycles so I didn't have to hear them starting them up at 6a.m.

Very clean, and a great price. The only problem was (and this was no fault of the hotel) that there was a party of people in the hall talking loudly at 11:30 (for about 1/2 an hour). I called the front desk and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately the "party" didn't understand that they should be quiet even after the front desk person left. Eventually (about 20 minutes later) the noise subsided.

Room was clean and comfortable. A little small. They had a very plentiful continental breakfast served in an attractive nice sized room.
