The hotel room was far larger than I expected upon entering. Staff was friendly and courteous to myself and other guests. It is cheap, but the stay didn't feel cheap. It's a 10 minute or so walk from the nearest metro station, but the walk was made pleasant by the excellent bakery (fantastic pastries) just a block from the hotel, which I frequented […] for breakfast-to-go. Firstly, when I checked-in, I was given the keycard to a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. When I went back to the desk, they courteously apologized and, for free, upgraded me to a larger (double-occupancy, two bed) room. This room was not very clean, though, and to make matters more disgusting, they had let the need for the shower's corners to be re-caulked […] lapse for so long that the floor in the bedroom and its carpeting would keep getting damp and wet... such that there were MUSHROOMS, WHOLE MUSHROOMS - 3 OF THEM - GROWING OUT OF THE CARPET! YUCK! Even though I has already paid to stay there for 9 nights, they never once washed or changed-out the sheets or pillowcases - they only "re-straightened" the bedsheets. I could smell a sour smell on all the pillows by the second night, so I needed to put a fresh towel between my face and the pillow. Also, no air conditioning at all in this hotel. Luckily for me, it was cool in June when I stayed there. They need to at LEAST have some box fans available. The people at the desk downstairs were courteous and polite, I am a fair person and would say nothing bad about them, but the management of the hotel is so bad the desk persons can't fix it. This was one of the eight hotels we stayed in during our euro trip and i have to say it was the worst one. The room had no ac or fan and it was really hot. The reception people weren't very helpful with anything much. Whenver we stepped out they'ld ask us our room numbers which was really weird because we never encountered that anywhere else. Actually […] the worst thing about the hotel were these very people at the concierge desk. They weren't very helpful or welcoming. This hotel wasn't great, but also wasn't horrible. It is a bit on the rundown and dirty side and the neighborhood surrounding it isn't great. The front desk receptionists were helpful when asked for information, but not overly friendly. The biggest problem with the hotel is it is pretty far away from Metro stops. Although it looks relatively close on […] maps, it isn't when actually walking it. Also the description the hotel gives of being "near the Eiffel Tower" is just false, it is not anywhere near the Eiffel Tower. Read more

Rude. Unhelpful staff. Minimal amount of English spoken. Communication was very difficult when asking about nearest amenities. Housekeeping staff repeatedly tried to enter our room an hour and a half before we were due to check out. Renovation work going on all the time. Very noisy. Holes in bedding. Rusty and mouldy shower/bathroom in general. Shower […] did not drain properly, the bathroom stunk because of it, it also made the plug float off when showering and I hurt my foot on it several times. No room to get dressed/undressed in bathroom. Radiator would not turn off. All furnishings in general were very tatty/damaged in some way. Plug sockets were loose on the wall. Generally the hotel was very worn looking and needs immediate attention. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, never mind return. Read more

Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip privat in Paris und hierfür reicht dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle aus. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein und im Bad war es nur schwer möglich sich irgendwie zu bewegen, aber das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher erhalten.

Hôtel convenable. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient petites mais propres. L'hôtel est calme et proche du métro et des bus. Les équipements sont corrects ( séchoir à main inclus ) : douche + wc.

Hôtel très bien situé à mon goût avec restaurants à proximité et places de stationnement faciles à trouver près de l'établissement. Chambre très petite mais fonctionnelle. Excellente qualité du couchage. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est excessivement cher pour ce qui est proposé.

Il serait préférable de ne pas indiquer Kyriad Porte de Versailles et de préciser qu'il y a 20 minutes à faire (à pied). L'ascenseur est vétuste. Carte magnétique (serrure) au fonctionnement aléatoire. Bon à Paris, on ne peut sans doute pas demander que tout soit nickel pour un prix raisonnable.

Je n'ai jamais trouvé dans cette catégorie d'hôtel de chambre aussi petite (6m2) avec aucun rangement pour ses affaires: ni penderie, ni porte manteau (il faut dire qui'l n'y avait pas la place) une fois son sac ouvert, plus moyen de se déplacer tellement c'est exigü ! je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel

Une arrivée épique avec un étranger qui découvre 6 personnes dans sa chambre, l'impossibilité de payer ma taxe de séjour, j'ai du faire 30 min de marche pour trouver du liquide, puis de la monnaie. For meg var dette er veldig greit alternativ, fordi det var det billigste jeg fant i Paris. Men allikevel synes jeg at det ble litt langt å gå til metroen da hotellet lå midt mellom 4 forskjellige stasjoner. Ellers fornøyd, da jeg føler jeg fikk mer enn det jeg betalte for.
