Just stayed 1 night but come up to Whistler 1-2 times per year. We stayed in a Queen/Loft unit and all was great. Only 1 concern... Ceiling fan light not able to turn off, therefore overnight no fan and very warm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall descent stay. However, it was very warm in the room and hotel. Should invest in better cooling overall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great location and loft design. The kitchenette was great for cooking dinner but the dishes were left dirty in the cupboards -still easily cleaned by the tools provided.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent location and value"
Great hotel. Great room and location. I would definitely recommend. Check in and finding hotel was a bit trying but overall a good experienceGenuine Expedia guest review
The Negative Didn't spend much time in the hotel room. Pop machine broken all day No Ice machine No pool in the hotel, had to walk up the street somewhere else. No free parking other than lot #4. Reception guy said a 5 minute walk, sprinting maybe, 25 to 30 minute return. Or $48.00 to park underneath the hotel.:\ The patio chairs were for little children, […] the decking cracks were big enough the fall through, The deck was not level, couldn't get comfortable. The TV controls didn't work very well, like they needed new batteries. Staff was polite, but directions and time way off on some issues. The positive The bed was ok, firm Large 2 person shower, (Yaaa) It was nice glasses, wine glasses cups and plates, small fridge and cooking stuff, that was handy. Kitchen table and chairs small cramp area. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel just in the center of village"
We spent two nights in this hotel and every thing was good but the noise in the street, out of hotel control.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location in Whistler Village"
The woman at the front desk gave me the best service I've ever received at a hotel. She even left the hotel to help me find the entrance to the parking lot which was in an odd location near another hotel about 5 minutes walk away. Because I had to enter by the back of the hotel since we cannot drive our cars in the village, the hotel seemed dingy looking. […] But my hotel room exceeded my expectation, was clean with nice furniture, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, fireplace and air conditioner. I had chosen this hotel because it had a pool but the pool was actually in a sister hotel and I had to use the public washroom to change into my bathing suite which was weird. The air conditioner didn't work and it was 28 C degrees and I called down to the front desk twice but they only had two people working, so no one was available to help. At 11 pm, I finally went down to the lobby and the very busy staff person came to my room and fixed the air conditioner. They charged $24 for parking and I had to pay to use the internet, another odd thing in this day in age. Being right in the village made it easy and fun to find restaurants, so my experience ended on a high note. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Short stay in Whistler"
Room had a small kitchenette, which would have been useful on a longer stay. However, as the room was small, this mean that the sleeping area was quite cramped. Nice balcony. Hallways were rather dingy and rugs needed cleaning but room itself was quite clean. Tiny lobby. Pay parking rather expensive and no free internet, which should be standard in […] all hotels by now. Not the best hotel but we got a great price deal on line. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Satisfactory accommodation for a reasonable rate in an otherwise very expensive city to stay in. The Trattoria restaurant that is a part of this hotel is excellent!Genuine Expedia guest review

Stayed in a loft with a queen size bed. Was very happy with the room, and the location is hard to beat. Service was good as well. Would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"You get what you pay for."
Nothing special. Whistler is expensive and this place wasn't cheap by any means but it's one of the cheaper options in the village. Did the job but wasnt impressed. Staff were mediocre and easily overwhelmed. Location is about all they have going for them.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed in the Loft room for 1 night, was nothing special. I asked front desk if it was possible to stay in a room with a potential view and the only help I received was "you're facing the lane". This was disappointing to hear as no effort was made to accommodate. Parking was overpriced and the amount of $20 as posted on the website differed to the $25 […] we actually paid. Only a small difference but it's the principle here. Overall stay was okay. Would definitely pay the extra to stay at a more reputable resort next time... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Top location, For price you pay for accom wifi should be included think that is a bit poor that you have to pay would definitely look for somewhere that included in futureGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The stay at this hotel was okay - good price, but room was outdated and in need of obvious repair. Likely will choose another place next time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Average hotel in the village"
Cheap hotel in the village. Recommended for young people looking to enjoy the night life in whistler. Found it loud couldn't get a good sleep. The other guests were loud and drunk goin in and out of there room throughout the night. Room was also facing the village stroll so outside drunks also loud. Room was small and dusty but could expect much for […] the price. Had a hard time finding the check-in place to drive up. Had to pay fpr parking and walk around to find place to check in. Was expecting the pool and hot tub but thats only in another building mountain side. Overall would not recommend going again, will pay extra for a nicer stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Unexpected costs not appreciated!"
Upon arrival we were advised that parking was going to be an additional $25. I saw no mention of separate parking when booking the hotel. The next surprise was the fact that wifi was not free! My first reaction was " you gotta be kidding!" The response from front staff was that it is common to be charged for wifi. In the past year I have travelled widely […] in South America, Europe and North America and cannot remember being charged in any hotel ever. Quite to the contrary wifi was open in hotels in Charlston South Carolina and New Orleans - no password required at all!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Great place for family reunion! Best deal! Coming back for longer stay. Overnight is not enough :)Genuine Expedia guest review
Pool and hot tub were closed during stay yet I was never informed in the week before my arrival after I had booked. Disappointed with hotel staff and housekeeping. Would not recommend!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to every thing!"
Nice place to stay, close to every thing in Whistler and beyond. Bummer they charge so much for parking on the premises, but I suppose that's the curse of all places in town. Walking to the public parking spots, both free and pay as you go, isn't a big deal and all are close by.Genuine Expedia guest review
very good hotel，We are very like it. It is good price and hight quality !Genuine Expedia guest review
"3-star price, 1-star quality."
Internet costs close to 5 dollars per hour, which in my opinion is ridiculous. Parking is ~25/day which is not unexpected but still frustrating. During our stay, we had some, likely high school students staying in the room beside us and the room across from us. They were up partying for most of the night and were having loud conversations in the hallway […] at 3am. When we called the front desk, they basically brushed off our complaint. On the hotel website they said that the minimum check in age was 25, this was definitely not the case. There's not even a continental breakfast. Now if I was staying at motel 6, I wouldn't expect anything else, and would not feel frustrated about any of this, but for the price that we paid for this hotel, I was expecting something a lot better. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but with so many other options nearby I'd recommend staying elsewhere. "Small room for the cost."
Very tiny room, could barely fit into the bathroom due to the position of the doorway, horrible design. Definitely not an executive hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
The loft rooms are excellent for travellers with pets. The hotel goes out of its way to make you and your dog feel welcome. We forgot the food and water dish, but there was one in the room. Whistler is dog friendly, but there needs to be more relief areas in the village.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely place to get the best of everything"
We enjoyed our time here. We had a loft appartment and it was very comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
The location was in the heart of the village that is why I chose this hotel. My 1st time staying here. The front desk guy that I dealt with was great. It was noisy in the area of where our room was. Room 211. Not that the hotel had any control. It was during the Telus event happening in Whistler. I was quite surprised that the bathroom did not have […] an air vent. Not sure if it is just my room or in all the accommodations. Minor detail here but either the blow dryer or the plug did not work. All in all, it was a great stay in a great location at an inexpensive rate. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We booked our room for 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed which was meant to sleep two was very very uncomfortable, no support and ridiculously squeaky. That ruined our stay.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great Location - Ideal"
We had an overall wonderful experience with the staff and the accommodations as a whole. We read all the good and the bad comments/reviews. To answer the "bad" comments I can say this: Hot water situation: The valve is just very sensitive. It takes a little longer than normal for the hot water to get to temperature, but once it does it's very good. […] The dial is just very sensitive. Parking and hard to find location. Take a moment and figure out where it is, it's that simple. Wifi cost, being from Canada we just used our phones and hotspot hub, so we had no need for hotel wifi. Less than a 5 minute walk to either Blackcomb or Whistler gondola. Walk to many restaurants. Hot tub etc in 'other' building. Room was small with only one lounge chair. Well equipped for in-room breakfast. Parking is available but expensive.Genuine Expedia guest review
I enjoyed my stay...good location, cozy bed, hot shower, polite, efficient staff. An option of decaf coffee in the room would have been better than just regular coffee. "Weird for Whistler"
Normally in Whistler, hotels will let you park until the afternoon of the next day because you are skiing or snowboarding all day We checked in at 6 PM and when we went to check out the next day (on a Monday) and they let us know we had to remove our vehicle from the lot immediately. So we paid $25 to park for less than 8 hours. We could have. And […] would have found a 24 hour lot instead of splitting our time between the two lots. The staff was rude when they explained this to us and completely unsympathetic I understand that this parking situation is a perk. But if they couldn't accommodate us. Or there was a possibility they couldn't they should have given us all the options up front when we checked in Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Cozy hotel steps from the mountain"
Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had the bare essentials to make a simple meal. Working wood fireplace was great. Washroom fan was broken and the clothing storage space is minimal. With a lot of gear the room can get clustered pretty quickly. Overall it was good experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
I booked a night for Family long weekend and still received a fairly decent price. I was very happy with the room with the exception of the heater kicking in and out all night and the noise coming from outside which made it pretty difficult to get a good night's rest. The staff were very pleasant.Genuine Expedia guest review
"only great benefits of hotel were location"
I think its crazy that u have to pay for internet at the price u pay at the hotel that's nuts. Also the room was super small and they put us in a room that was near the back on the hotel and ypu could hear utilities trucks showing up at 6 am. Like that's crazy. The hot tub and pool were on the other side of the street. The hotel staff were extremely […] rude at checking there were tonnes of hidden fees like 72.90? For parking . The door to walk up stairs was a pain and barley opened and impossible to get open after a couple of drinks . It was cool they had a fire place but didn't give u logged to burn . O hh there 5 dollars hidden fees hidden fees hidden fees. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Overall we had a great stay, a little disappointing that the pool and hotel where across the street and there was no place to change. It was a little strange to have the restaurant look over the pool. The cleanliness was alright you could tell the room had not been dusted in awhile. IGenuine Expedia guest review
"horrible customer service"
This place is a joke everything is located at the surrounding hotels including the lobby bathroom i had to go across the street and the pool is in the hotel behind which was Rly embarrassing not to mention cold to go there in a robe. No service people to assist with bags or parking(which is also in another hotel) we hauled our bags up to flights of […] stairs because we didn't get our key until 430 even though check in is at 4. We finally got to our hotel room freezing and the source of heat (an ac in the window) only blew cold air. We were forced to buy a fire log from the lobby which was to small to throw off any heat. The room was dust covered..the bathroom had no fan so when we used the shower the walls dripped with brown condensation. On our way out all the staff had to say was did u use anything from the mini bar we said no and she said Ur good to go...no thank you for Ur visit or questions about how our stay was...needless to say this hotel is a joke and we will never be back! First time here stayed overnight, we booked online with the address & google the address... thought it would be a no brainer to find. Not so, it took us more than half an hour going thru 3 different hotels with the help of my iPhone's GPS to locate the hotel!? My comment: please get a more UNIQUE name other than Executive xxx or xxxx Inn or xxxxx at […] the Village... it would be a big help! Other than the name thing, everything is cool!
