Worst bed ever, totally worn out. Bathroom door design made it hard to access bathroom. Shower head would work great as paint remover! Room very dark and poorly set up.

The location is fantastic!! The room itself was poorly cleaned, really dusty and there were dirty dishes. They do not have adequate parking for the number of suites, we had to park in a public lot away from the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned daily and we could not get coffee for the second night. All in all it's a run down, dirty hotel with poor service but it's right on the village walk with a cheap price tag.

I was wanting a romantic wknd w hubby to celebrate our 21st anniversary. I wasn't able to sleep in the bed as mattress had dip in the middle,so I slept downstairs on couch. Bathroom had no fan and door cldn't open very wide because it hit toilet fortunately we r thin and cld slide in. The layer of dust on bedframe/lamps over bed was thick,I had to wipe it all down,i hav asthma. It was a great location and we had friends staying 1 flr down so we didn't bother to move rms.

Cut my foot on glass not cleaned up from previous users (it was under the coffee table). Front staff cleaned up promptly after complaining. On the good side, one night refunded and close to all amenities.

We stayed two nights in a loft-style room (bedroom on second floor) with our small dog (fee involved for pets). The hotel provides dog beds and dishes, but we declined this service as had brought our own. The location is outstanding - just around the corner from the gondola and adjacent to fine restaurants and shops. Th only thing I would have liked to have in the room was a recycling bin - we just grouped our recyclables together on a shelf for housekeeping to dispose of.

They charged us $25 extra per night because we had a small non shedding potty trained dog that is cleaner than most humans. And when we entered the room there was noticeable long white hairs all over the couches. So I'm not sure exactly what the extra $25/ night covers? Because it doesn't cover cleaning.

I have never complained about a hotel, and I dont know if I should in this case, as pretty much everything was really good. However, they wanted $28 for parking (even though I am just a motorcycle). I ended up parking about a kilometer away at a free parking lot and walking it. Also, was looking forward to going for a swim in the advertised pool. Be advised, pool is in a completely different building about 400 -500 meters away. Everything else was good, but had I known the above 2 points, I totally would have picked a different hotel.

A disappointing stay.........the general condition of the room was poor and needs serious attention. We stayed three nights and on the last day there was no maid service. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk they did not send anyone to service the room all they did was provide us with 2 clean towels! Not acceptable!

While the location itself was great, we were not given the room we registered for and I am certain we were not given the price we registered at. The room was supposed to be a loft. We got a room with a step-down bedroom. And although the room was clean and the kitchen area was good, the washroom was horrible: awkward layout, small and hot water took forever to heat up. I left without taking a shower!!! The vending machines on two floors was out of water! In the summer! And navigating the hotel at first was a gong show. Not the best stay.

We had a very good time. This place is inside the village and it is very convenience to everything. If you want to cook and stay for weeks this is an excellent place. Very clean, front desk people are very helpful. You have to pay for your parking. Security wise this is very good. we had a good comfortable and sleep. If you need internet, you have to pay extra.

Just stayed 1 night but come up to Whistler 1-2 times per year. We stayed in a Queen/Loft unit and all was great. Only 1 concern... Ceiling fan light not able to turn off, therefore overnight no fan and very warm.

The Negative Didn't spend much time in the hotel room. Pop machine broken all day No Ice machine No pool in the hotel, had to walk up the street somewhere else. No free parking other than lot #4. Reception guy said a 5 minute walk, sprinting maybe, 25 to 30 minute return. Or $48.00 to park underneath the hotel.:\ The patio chairs were for little children, the decking cracks were big enough the fall through, The deck was not level, couldn't get comfortable. The TV controls didn't work very well, like they needed new batteries. Staff was polite, but directions and time way off on some issues. The positive The bed was ok, firm Large 2 person shower, (Yaaa) It was nice glasses, wine glasses cups and plates, small fridge and cooking stuff, that was handy. Kitchen table and chairs small cramp area.

The woman at the front desk gave me the best service I've ever received at a hotel. She even left the hotel to help me find the entrance to the parking lot which was in an odd location near another hotel about 5 minutes walk away. Because I had to enter by the back of the hotel since we cannot drive our cars in the village, the hotel seemed dingy looking. But my hotel room exceeded my expectation, was clean with nice furniture, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, fireplace and air conditioner. I had chosen this hotel because it had a pool but the pool was actually in a sister hotel and I had to use the public washroom to change into my bathing suite which was weird. The air conditioner didn't work and it was 28 C degrees and I called down to the front desk twice but they only had two people working, so no one was available to help. At 11 pm, I finally went down to the lobby and the very busy staff person came to my room and fixed the air conditioner. They charged $24 for parking and I had to pay to use the internet, another odd thing in this day in age. Being right in the village made it easy and fun to find restaurants, so my experience ended on a high note.

Room had a small kitchenette, which would have been useful on a longer stay. However, as the room was small, this mean that the sleeping area was quite cramped. Nice balcony. Hallways were rather dingy and rugs needed cleaning but room itself was quite clean. Tiny lobby. Pay parking rather expensive and no free internet, which should be standard in all hotels by now. Not the best hotel but we got a great price deal on line.

Stayed in the Loft room for 1 night, was nothing special. I asked front desk if it was possible to stay in a room with a potential view and the only help I received was "you're facing the lane". This was disappointing to hear as no effort was made to accommodate. Parking was overpriced and the amount of $20 as posted on the website differed to the $25 we actually paid. Only a small difference but it's the principle here. Overall stay was okay. Would definitely pay the extra to stay at a more reputable resort next time...

Cheap hotel in the village. Recommended for young people looking to enjoy the night life in whistler. Found it loud couldn't get a good sleep. The other guests were loud and drunk goin in and out of there room throughout the night. Room was also facing the village stroll so outside drunks also loud. Room was small and dusty but could expect much for the price. Had a hard time finding the check-in place to drive up. Had to pay fpr parking and walk around to find place to check in. Was expecting the pool and hot tub but thats only in another building mountain side. Overall would not recommend going again, will pay extra for a nicer stay.

Upon arrival we were advised that parking was going to be an additional $25. I saw no mention of separate parking when booking the hotel. The next surprise was the fact that wifi was not free! My first reaction was " you gotta be kidding!" The response from front staff was that it is common to be charged for wifi. In the past year I have travelled widely in South America, Europe and North America and cannot remember being charged in any hotel ever. Quite to the contrary wifi was open in hotels in Charlston South Carolina and New Orleans - no password required at all!!!

Nice place to stay, close to every thing in Whistler and beyond. Bummer they charge so much for parking on the premises, but I suppose that's the curse of all places in town. Walking to the public parking spots, both free and pay as you go, isn't a big deal and all are close by.

Internet costs close to 5 dollars per hour, which in my opinion is ridiculous. Parking is ~25/day which is not unexpected but still frustrating. During our stay, we had some, likely high school students staying in the room beside us and the room across from us. They were up partying for most of the night and were having loud conversations in the hallway at 3am. When we called the front desk, they basically brushed off our complaint. On the hotel website they said that the minimum check in age was 25, this was definitely not the case. There's not even a continental breakfast. Now if I was staying at motel 6, I wouldn't expect anything else, and would not feel frustrated about any of this, but for the price that we paid for this hotel, I was expecting something a lot better.The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but with so many other options nearby I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

The loft rooms are excellent for travellers with pets. The hotel goes out of its way to make you and your dog feel welcome. We forgot the food and water dish, but there was one in the room. Whistler is dog friendly, but there needs to be more relief areas in the village.

The location was in the heart of the village that is why I chose this hotel. My 1st time staying here. The front desk guy that I dealt with was great. It was noisy in the area of where our room was. Room 211. Not that the hotel had any control. It was during the Telus event happening in Whistler. I was quite surprised that the bathroom did not have an air vent. Not sure if it is just my room or in all the accommodations. Minor detail here but either the blow dryer or the plug did not work. All in all, it was a great stay in a great location at an inexpensive rate.
