My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were very cleaned. The hotel was in a great location with several resturants and shopping places near by and the breakfast was great. Next time I'm in the area I will book at this hotel.

We stayed only one night. Room seemed a little dated. The hotel has dark blue carpeting so you can't tell if it is clean. Our daughter went to take a shower and her feet left black footprints because of the carpet. Felt we could not take our shoes off after that. Staff was friendly and it is in a great location!

This hotel was new, clean, within walking distance of nice resaurants, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When we decided to stay a second night in Dallas (after having already checked out and left the hotel), we came back here, even though our tournament was over and there was no reason to stay in Farmers Branch. Great value.

I attended a conference hosted by a local "5 star" hotel. My colleagues stayed in the hotel where the conference was. I decided to take the extra time and stay at this Holiday Inn Express. My friends were jealous that it only took three minutes to check in (literally), that I had a refrigerator and microwave for the marvelous dinner I couldn't finish, […] and that I had free internet. My bed was just as comfort, and the free breakfast supplied ample protein choices. They had to pay too much for carbohydrates. The only thing that was missing was the "do not disturb" sign & when we asked if the cleaning staff had another, they did not. However, we were leaving later that hour & did not bother the desk. I also could not get the phone to work - but that was probably just me.

Very Noisy. Party with loud music until almost midnight. Thin walls=in your room. Staff courteous. Standard room does not=non-smoking, so make needs known. Location a bit hidden but close to dallas parkway. Complimentary Hot breakfast was nice.

My wife and I came to Addison to see and visit our granddaughter and our new (one month old) great-grandson. We had a very pleasent stay, with good buffet breakfast each morning, and so close to a lot of wonderful places to eat. Would recommend this hotel.

I came to this hotel for recreation, relaxation and I was not disappointed at all. I based my decision on a majority positive comments. You can really walk to at least three restrauants or dirve three miles to many others. I give this hotel four stars myself.

This hotel was great they keep the room clean and the grounds were nice, there were lots of placs to eat around the hotel. We had very little interaction with the staff but whenever we did talk to them they were completely friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed.

Rooms are really big with 9 foot ceilings. Had a well stocked breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc. The only negative is that the location is in industrial area. Not to many restaurants, gas stations nearby.

Very comfortable hotel, They had all the paper work for my 4 rooms all ready before we got there. I was checked in before my group was able to get out of the van! The free breakfast was a treat! Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed for a weekend with my husband and two children. This hotel was suprisingly quiet and tucked away just off the highway and a block off the main road. I just looked at the name and booked a room because i thought,how wrong could you go with holiday inn? I only needed to stay 1 night and leave the next day for the airport . However on arriving the key card machine was not working and we were told that someone would go up with us every time we wanted to go to our room .Even though the staff were usually […] at the front desk most of the time to take us up,but u do not want to be tied down like this when ur at a hotel . Neither did they give us any discount or any other form of relief for our inconvenience. If it was a small mom&pop hotel i wouldve understood but for a name like Holiday inn u expect better . The machine should have been fixed within the day.Instead we were told it would be fixed after 4 days since this being a weekend. And then the hotel itself was a little seedy looking,musty smell in the corridors from the carpets,low lighting so the overall effect was not really what you would want for a family hotel . I had stayed at a holiday inn in richardson 10 mins away a few times and those stays were splendid . Im not sure if this hotel has been sublet to a family (which they proudly display on the front desk) and holiday inn does not really care about this so taht why theyre so apathetic about it .
