Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff really prided themselves on customer service. We arrived early on a red-eye flight at 5:30am and the hotel allowed us to check in early rather than drop off bags in a tired state and roam the city until the normal check-in time. Wifi in the room did not work but the hotel seemed to know this could be a problem […] so they proactively checked in on the status and promptly refunded us for the wifi. The wifi in the common areas was excellent so we used that instead. And while in a busy area, the hotel was fairly quiet for a central location. Read more

The location is very convenient. There is on-going renovation nearby in the day time but the noise level is bearable. The room is a tad small but it was very clean and cozy. Overall the service is okay, it really depends on the particular staff. Some staff is more helpful than the others. I stayed in the deluxe room, but it looks like a standard room to me. The location is great, it is near all the shopping areas at bukit bitang and pubs/clubs. Also, it is near Jalan Alor where you can find many nice food. It is near two monorail stations - bukit bitang and imbi station, you can choose which one you want to go to, hence very accessible if you want to travel outside bukit bitang area. Me and my friend actually walk to the KL tower from our hotel. I suggest walking to places that seem far, as you can discover a lot of good places as you are walking from your hotel to other places. I would stay here again but only if I could get a non smoking room without an adjoining room. The floor had a strong tobacco smell and I could hear the conversation of the ladies in the room next door. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable, reasonable price, and great location. I reached the hotel and tell them my hotel.com reservation number. The staff named 'hafiz' insisted that it was expedia online voucher instead of hotel.com. He then asked me to print out the actual voucher itself even though he can find the booking in the system and he was not willing to help print the booking. He asked me to go find an internet cafe […] and print the actual booking on a piece paper. When I asked him if I can just email the booking to him(since I have the email in my phone), he misunderstood thinkin I'm trying to ask him for wifi. He replied, 'we don't give free wifi' which I thought is very stupid of him. He then accepted that emailing the booking confirmation will be fine (which I find quiet ridiculous since they must have a similar confirmation email from hotel.com). The room stinks of cigarette smell. I stepped on cigarette ashes on e carpet. The bed is awful. At night, there is a live band playing on the street and I can hear them outl oud (since I'm staying on 5th floor). The only good thing is the location. Not bad, goos location, but be aware of late night noise on the weekend since live bands and karaokae sounds are too loud from the streets. Nearby shopping centers and jalan alor. Jalan alor is a must go.

위치는 이보다 더 좋을 수 없을 듯 합니다. 부킷빈탕 지역에서 이 정도 요금의 호텔 찾으시기는 힘들꺼예요... 도보로 3~4분 거리에 타임스퀘어 및 파빌리온 등 유명 쇼핑센터가 밀집해 있어 지내기도 편리합니다. 다만, 밤이 되면 모노레일 지나가는 소리가 간간이 들려 민감하신 분이라면 숙면을 취하는데 방해를 받으실 수도 있습니다. 또한, 열대지방의 특성상 호텔 어디에서나 개미를 보실 수 있으니 이 점 각오하셔야 합니다. 저는 출장으로 2박 3일 머물렀는데 개미나 모기에 물린 적은 없습니다.

L'hotel etant dans une rue adjacente, un peu en retrait, nous ne sommes pas dérangé par le bruit généré par l'activité nocturne.
