Was a very clean room with a small kitchen, Not far away from all the sites and Casinos. Excellent value for the money! Will stay again upon returning to Gulfport. This isn't a 2 or 3 star hotel, but is at the top for a 1 star.

It was a quick overnight for a concert we were attending at the Gulf Coast Coliseum. It was convenient since we could walk across the parking lot and didn't have to drive over to the concert.

Room was modern and clean, linens were fresh. Nothing extravagant, but that's not unexpected in the $80-100 range. It's just a high enough daily rate to keep out the drunkards and riffraff. I was there F/Sat, and there's a train at 0630 and another at 0645 that runs fairly close by. Parking was abundant which was a big advantage for me since I was driving a collector car and wanted to park it away from others. Staff was friendly, even at 0330 when I checked out Sunday morning.

Guests are offered a complimentary hot breakfast each morning from 6am to 10am in the breakfast room adjacent to the lobby. We offer milk, juices, coffee, muffins, danishes, breads, bagels, yogurt, fruit, fresh hot waffles, sausage and biscuits, omelets, sausages and a variety of accompanying condiments like jelly and cream cheese. For those who want a little more, we have a Waffle House right next door, less than 5 minute walk.

Recreation

Our hotel is the only one in the area to offer a full tennis court to our patrons. We also have a fitness facility which includes a treadmill, multi-gym and stretching bike. Enjoy watching TV on the 32" LCD and hydrate while you workout with the onsite water cooler. We also have an outdoor swimming pool open March through October (weather permitting) until 10p each night. Beaches, Beau Rivage and Imperial Palace Casinos are only 5 miles away. Only personal issue was that I was not aware that this was a non-smoking motel until arrival. As a smoker I had to go outside to smoke. Not the motels fault. I was pleased to see that the room had a microwave, refrighratror and a safe. Very good TV selection.

When we arrived fourmhours early, the staff let us check in early and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. I am allergic to smoke and many of the other hotels in and near Biloxi would not guarantee a non-smoking room. The room we were given had some issues; the refrigerator didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. I called the front desk and got the clerk who could not tell me how to do it so she asked someone else. Their response: Do you want another room? So we move. This room had working things, which was good. […] Comfy beds and nice furnishings. Met a housekeeper who asked me how was our stay. I told her it was fine because I didn't want to go into the whole thing. She immediately comes up with a survey and asks me to fill it out with all 10's! I told her I couldn't do that because we had some issues. When I told her about some of the things, she took us down the hall and started trying to fix them. I listened to her for a minute then walked away. Really, all 10's? No ma'am. My son had to ask for them to unlock the pool at 3:00 in the evening and then the color went out on the tv. The location was fine we didnt mind the little drive to Keesler AFB. But we were dissapointed with the housekeeping. Our stay was five days and not once did they change the sheets on the bed and a couple of days didnt even make the bed! We wont be staying with this hotel ever again nor will we stay with the Best Western chain again.

OMG THIS WAS THE GREATEST HOTEL I'VE EVER RELAXED IN! EVERYONE WAS SOOOO FRIENDLY & NICE. THE STAFF WAS AWSOME GREETED US COMING IN & GOING OUT! JUST SUPERB!

Our room was not very clean. There was mildew in the shower and the floors were dirty. It took us two days and three requests to get clean towels and wash cloths. We were told they were out and were washing them each of the three times we asked. At breakfast a couple of days the trash was overflowing. Disgusting when you are trying to eat. The pool was not clean. Entrance to hotel is not going to be easy to get in and out if area develops much more. Staff was very friendly and meet all our needs. Had to request more towels on first nite. Did not get another coffee pack for next day. Had to request one. Breakfast was fair.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there 4 nights. Overall our stay was good and we felt safe, which was very important to my wife. I am a large man and the sitting compfort could be better.The couch/love sofa was too short (low) to the floor and it was difficult to rise to a standing position getting off it. The only other chair in the room was an office […] chair at the desk. I did not like the vanity/sink being in the open room and not in the bathroom. The bed was comportable and we slept well. The breakfast selection was good, but the attendent either did not or chose not to speak English. She seemed to understand what we were asking for, but never verbally responded to anything. The staff here at Best Western were kind. The problem I encountered was the room was rather small. Perhaps I expected a larger room. The room was clean, but there's an area in the bathroom on the floor, next to the door which was dirty, as if it's never cleaned. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeper loved our kids. Afternoon front desk staff was very helpful. Knew good restaurants. Wished the beds were a little softer, I think our room wasn't one with the new pillow top beds that they were installing. Overall enjoyed it. Less than 5 miles to beach.

This hotel was quite a ways from the beach. The rooms were clean and the staff were not rude yet did not go out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. The bed was not the worst we have stayed in but the pillows were terrible and lumpy.
