we booked what we thought was a 1 bedroom appartment and on arival were given a studio, had sent email for sea view and all we could see was the other balconys of the hotel, we booked for 2 weeks and the hotel said they could maybe give us a 1 bedroom for the 2 nd week, at extra cost of £25 per day, we did not stay for 1 day and spent the first day […] of our holiday looking for another appartment, we did ask to speak to the manager but they said come back on monday as he was off, the girl on the desk was not helpful at all and insisted we booked a studio, so we got our bags and left when we found another appartment, we returned to see manager on monday and still did not get to see him but we had to pay 89 euro for 1 night, and we didnt even stay there. When booking, I asked for a room on either level 2 or 3 but not 1 i.e. A block as when previously having experience of the lift not working and my husband being 85 yrs found difficultly walking up stairs (not down). Of course, not one listened and we were down in the depths of A block AND THE LIFT WAS NOT ALWAYS WORKING. On top of that, whilst the apartment […] itself was clean, the beds were very very stained and torn in places and could do with new mattresses and the springs in them were well past their best! They dug into you . We did however, take advantage of their eveing meal and found the staff in the dinning room very pleasant and helpful and cost wise, it was far cheaper for a three course meal than outside. It was a pity thought that the food was not always hot and therefore we had to heat our meal up in the microware provided. The studio apartment did have a lovely view of the sea but we did sometimes want to walk out which was not always possible because of the lift situation. Read more

The location of this hotel is great, we found the reception staff not helpful at all, the rooms were clean and tidy, the room walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next door!! Hamnar man rätt är boendet utmärkt. Lägenhet mot poolen och med havsutsikt är bra, men vi fick ett rum i en mörk bunkerliknande källare där instängdhetskänslan var total. Galler framför uteplatsen som låg utmed promenadstråket. Hörde många anda gäster klaga. Akta er för A-huset i källaren! En av receptionisterna var otrevlig och usel på engelska, de […] andra mycket bra. Vi fick betala mellanskillnad för att uppgrader boendet efter ett par dagar. Internetuppkoppling kostar 1 euro för 20 minuter, men datorn kopplade ur efter mindre än 10 minuter. Det brydde sig inte receptionisten om, hänvisade till att det inte var deras sak. WIFI fungerar i lobbyn och kostar 4 euro för en timme. Maten hörde vi var tvivelaktig. Läget är bra, mycket fina stränder men som vanlig massor av musikmaskiner och flasksång som ljuder till en bit in på natten. Inget tyst läge. Poolen strålande, särskilt för barnfamiljer och takterassen den bästa vi upplevt. Den var något alldeles extra. Kan tänka mig att återvända men bara om vi kan boka rätt rum. Read more

Flott bassengområde med stor plass og rikelig med liggestoler. Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. Bra leiligheter, men med varierende beliggenhet fra det helt flotte til det mindre bra. Rett ved en svær strand. Masse restauranter i nærheten. Supermarkeder og drosjeholdeplass rett ved.

Benchè la struttura sia in posizione centrale..non manca nulla... L'aspetto esteriore non rappresenta quello interiore, il residence è piuttosto datato..necessita di manutenzione... poca sicurezza,ognuno fà quello che vuole senza controllo... Non consiglio la struttura a clientela Italiana.
