We found our room to be very comfortable and clean. We first stayed in a double room and later switched to a triple - both had plenty of space. Good location and decent breakfast buffet if you get it. They do have free wifi as well as a business center

We visited our daughter in Madrid but traveled around and stayed at several different hotels. I must say that the T3 Tirol had the most comfortable beds of them all. This hotel exceeded my expectations: fantastic location within walking distance to city Center but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel is located in a nice residential and shopping area near the beautiful Parque del Oueste and not far from the Palacio Real and adjacent tourist sites. We were there on business. I liked it as a hotel EXCEPT we rented a hall for a business meeting and needed to have 15 laptops on their wireless internet. The system crashed in the evening when guests got back to their rooms and got on line. The hotel is not prepared for business meetings with larger technology requirements.

Un hôtel de 8 étages qui ne paye pas de mine extérieurement. Arrivés à 10h du matin de Paris, nous pensions déposer nos bagages et récupérer une chambre dans l'après-midi. Eh non, elle était prête ! Un personnel très gentil, une chambre parfaite (demandez côté cours car la rue est passante), 60 chaînes TV, sèche-cheveux, très propre. Une excellent petit […] déjeuner (10€+taxes), il y en a pour touts les goûts : céréales, charcuterie, viennoiserie, fruits frais, gâteaux, un très bon jus de fruits, et j'en passe... Placé idéalement à deux minutes du métro Arguelles, du grand magasin El Corte Ingleses (des Galeries Lafayette espagnoles), et à 10-15 mn à pied des principales curiosités. 立地条件としては、地下鉄の駅からすぐなので、非常によいです。値段的にもリーズナブルだし、部屋の中は非常にきれいです。フローリングが清潔の掃除されていて気持ちがよかったです。インターネットが有料ですが、８ユーロほどで、３、４日使えるので問題ないと思います。また、マドリッドにいく用事があれば必ずここに泊まろうと思っています。

L'Hotel è ubicato in un quartiere leggermente decentrato, ma elegante e con negozi aperti anche fino a tardi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e si vede che l'Hotel è nuovo, il personale è cortese e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli dalla mattina del check-out alla sera della partenza . Non è compresa la colazione,ma di fronte si trova una pasticceria dove […] con soli euro 2,20 si possono avere caffè e latte e un croissant o altre paste a scelta. La metropolitana si trova a 100 metri dall'hotel e si gira tutta Madrid senza problemi (mai vista una metropolitana così pulita!!). Inoltre se non si hanno bagagli particolarmnete pesanti, la linea arriva fino ai terminal dell'aeroporto con solo 1 euro di tariffa normale + 1 euro di supplemento per accedere ai terminal.Per raggiungere il centro a piedi con andatura normale ci vogliono circa 20 minuti che per una metropoli come Madrid direi che è più che soddisfacente.
